After searching high & low for screening for my grandfather we were finally able to get in contact with the best specialist in town! Dr. Sumrall & team were very attentive and thorough with my grandfather. They took the time to answers any questions we had and ensure we didn’t leave with any! My little one needed a hearing test and after having a bad experience previously at a different doctor’s office, I was hesitant and wanted to do a lot of homework before I settled on a location. My kid is too special and sensitive and making a poor decision could lead to tears and I really would rather not have to deal with that. I did my homework and Modern Audiology was the best place to try. I was able to get a fast appointment and the experience could not have been better. My child was happy the whole time and looked at the process as a neat experience to tell friends not something she will have to tell a future shrink. I am beyond thrilled. Scott listened to our concerns and tailored the session just for us, I will for sure be back and will tell others !

I brought my son to Dr. Sumrall last week and he performed the necessary tests and explained the details of the test and the results. He took the necessary time to help us understand and not just rush us through like cattle. Kudos to Scott Sumrall. Dropped in one morning to make an appointment but short time later I walked out with much better hearing. With the hearing aids I already was using I couldnt hear very well. Scott fitted me with newer hearing aids and now I hear much better, no more your TV is too loud. Communicating with family is so much better. I give Scott Sumrall five stars since he improved my hearing problem I had for some time, he deserves consideration.

Good bedside manner (chair-side in this case) is just as important to me as expertise since I see a lot of specialists for numerous issues, so I highly recommend Dr. Sumrall.

Made an appointment and when I arrived they were closed. Waste of my time...

My fathers hearing aid stopped working on New Years Eve day late in the afternoon. Making several calls, all the places I tried were closed due to the holiday, then I called Modern Audiology. Modern Audiology was also closed, but thankfully my call was forwarded to Dr Sumralls personal cell phone and he answered. Dr Sumrall offered to meet me at 5 pm to open his office and look at my dads hearing aid. Dr Sumrall was able to get my dads hearing aid working and didnt even charge for his services. I am extremely grateful as is my father. My father is deaf in one ear and without the hearing aid for the other ear he is almost totally deaf. Dr Sumrall at Modern Audiology provided us with Excellent Customer Service and we are greatly appreciative.
