I am very unhappy and upset that Vital care has the worst customer service that Ive ever seen! My husband came home from the hospital after a 3 week stay and is on 7 liters of 02. We are supposed to go to a Pulmonary Dr right away, Vital Care cant get any portable tanks, I realize that there is a very high need of 02 because of Covid, but they will not answer the door at the office even tho you can see people inside. I have called the number on the door 4 times this week and left messages just to ask when they might have tanks in and about a wheelchair. I have never even received a callback from anyone at Vital Care. I went right over to Lincare and they came to the door and talked to me about the tank shortage and a wheelchair thenwe discussed getting an order from the Dr to change companies. I at least want to use a company that knows how to treat their costumers/patients.
I am not very happy with vitalcate when I finally was able to start the company they brought me my concentrator and six oxygen tanks well I went through the six oxygen tanks within a months time now I am waiting for another delivery Ive called them four different times one time when I called them they told me I dont get another delivery of oxygen tanks for 90 days who can live trapped in their house for 90 days waiting for oxygen tanks when you have to go out pay bills buy groceries and see your doctors that is ridiculous there is no oxygen too well I will be getting a hold of my doctor and I will be looking for another oxygen company cuz I sure dont like this one
This place is bad news, they wont return a phone call. They promise to deliver oxygen on a certain day and dont show up. Try to steer clear of this place. ☹
Huge computer message. Left two messages. No calls back. I then called back and hit O for operator. Live person answered, well, sort of. I asked to speak to the person who had left messages previously, and was told that she would send her an email?? HUH?
AMAZING people, helped ensure that I could go home with oxygen ( would have been required to stay another night without them jumping in to MAKE it happen). They also went above and beyond with a small portable system for work as a teacher. I dont even want to post what they did- in case it was an exception. I will say that they made me feel like a special VIP! HIGHLY recommend! Of course they deliver, but if you are going to their shop, be sure to call ahead. They cannot have people show up without an appt., due to COVID.
Initially was extremely grateful for the servicemen who brought my equipment after being released from the hospital 🙏.Two month’s later disappointments. After calling to have my equipment recovered I keep getting the run around. finally two month of not using the equipment and paying for it, I called my physician for a prescription to give to the office for pick up. After calling a couple of times I was attended by a “Debbie” who was the rudest,mean, unsympathetic, and unprofessional customer service rep!She yelled at me saying she was short drivers and told me to take the equipment myself...Eventually had to contact my medical case manager from insurance to reach out to Vital Care and tell them to pick up.The following day the equipment was picked up.Ironically I need other medical equipments but refuse to ever use this company or associates ever....Note to Debbie: If you are not passionate with your career find something better because working with ill people does not go with your rudeness.
They are amazing. They really helped me out and were great about communication. Everybody I dealt with was incredibly nice and compassionate. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you VitalCare Health team!
Vital Care has given my husband the worst service imaginable. They do not return calls, service the equipment or help get supplies in any way. The oxygen concentrator finally quit working so my husband took it in. They gave him a receipt for it and offered no other machine or any help. Because of the Medicare rule for keeping it 5 years no other company will take the account. My husband is without nightly oxygen. I wouldnt give Vital Care 1 star if I could.
Individual that distributes equipment is more of a sales person than someone trying to fit you with the right mask. People never return calls and support equipment, masks and hoses never fit each other. They will not accept the equipment back but you have to return to RoTech which is just as unresponsive. They then charge you for the equipment. I wish there was another place in town to go.
I have had very good service and they have gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my needs.
My Mom was prescribed a nebulizer 1 week ago to help her breathing. Still haven’t received it. “It’s still being processed” is their answer. I’m no doctor, but when an 80 yr old needs help breathing, I would think she needs it sooner than later. On the bright side, they finally called her back today.Update no nebulizer still. It’s still “Being processed”. Horrible service
They only accept appointments on Monday and Tuesday.
