Been trying to get here for 4 months. I pulled up as they were closing. I was upset and those sweet girls let me in to get my hair dye. Love them for that. Thats going above and beyond. Thats outstanding customer service. Thank you

Have never left a review that will be so negative!! I will never step foot into this business ever again after the basic lack of humanity committed today. Older gentleman came in for assistance in choosing a polish for his sick wife. Treated as a joke and someone to laugh at. Employee with green streaks in hair responded with sarcasm and chuckles. Older gentleman very politely placed items back and left. Disgraceful act. Kindness is a virtue that obviously has not been learned by all!!

This was my first experience shopping at Sally beauty supply and I had a great experience thanks to Jacqueline Kennedy. She was really kind, helpful and patient. On the same day I went to another store across town and had a poor experience. In the age of online shopping, people like Jacqueline are a really asset to physical stores. I would highly recommend this store to any friends and family and would go there when possible. She went above and beyond her duties, I walked away with the feeling that she genuinely wanted me and other customers to have a great experience. Thank you very much Jacqueline!

The cashier talked to me like I couldnt afford to pay for my stuff cause I bought something for 200 dollars

Good products. But they false advertise. Poster in door says Buy one, get one free. Sign on shelve says same thing, listing product specifically. I bought product, and paid for it. Looked at receipt in front of clerk, and I was charged buy one, get second 50% off. When I pointed it out to clerk, he tried to explain that the computer was right and the advertising all over the store was wrong. I tried to convince him for a bit that advertised price rules all, and got argument back. Line of customers was growing (only one clerk there) so I gave up and left.Bad customer service. Poor advertising policy and computer issues. Not going back.

They have the merchandise and friendly and helpful staff. Hope they get more business.

Theres was a young lady she was so nice greeted every one that came in and left helped with any questions u ask. She had like turquoise streaks in her hair on 12-23-18.shes the best one I came in contact with so far.
