JUD is the reason I will continue shopping at Shoe Carnival. I walked in to return a pair of shoes, a gentleman addressed me in a very chipper voice saying, “got a return or exchange?” How pleasant was that! I commented how nice he was that I was returning shoes instead of buying and he simply stated (very nicely) “returns are just part of the business”. I thanked him for being absolutely joyful. HIS NAME IS JUD.

Its a nice environment and the guy up front is so very helpful to me and my son Ricky. Everytime we shop at this store that sweet man is always there and helps us. Ricky has autism and has outbursts because hes nonverbal. But that man is so helpful and didnt judge my son or me because of my sons disability. I wish Id gotten his name so I could mention him on here. Long story short, I will be back! Thanks again!☺️

This store has a very wide variety of shoes and accessories. The store was very clean with great customer service. HOWEVER, I spent over $200,just to get a $10 gift card. Go check this location out. You want be disappointed with the selection of shoes and great customer.

I could not find any shoes buy one get one 1/2 off which was surprising. I went on mothers day weekend and found some cute stuff but dang I was hoping for that buy one 1 get 1 half off deal. 😂Other than it was fast and easy experience. The customer service was very good.

I have purchased footwear from my local Shoe Carnival at least a half dozen times. Probably more. I have never had a bad experience. Their prices are in line with the competition. Buy one pair get a second half off is your best bet at getting a good deal.Employees here always seem to be happy and enthusiastic which seems rare nowadays.

Friendly staff, wish they had explained their sale better. Nike sandles was on clearance but only the ones that didnt velcro. Wasnt explained on sign didnt know until I was at register. Was self explained. Then treated like I couldnt read.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is courteous. The shoes are always placed in a manner they are easy to find. I like the basketball game they have which keeps the kids entertained while we are looking for shoes. I like their buy one pair get the second 50% off. Having 2 small children which are very rough on shoes makes it easy on the wallet when buying shoes which is quite often.

Always find what Im looking for

I arrived 15 mins before they closed. I knew what I wanted either Nike or new balance tennis shoes. There were 3 salespeople at the front desk. They pointed to where those brands were but that was it. No salesman came to help to see if they could help. Then at 858pm I couldnt find a show that fit right I just decided to leave. There were 5 salespeople at the desk talking amongst themselves. As I exit, 1 turned around and said, have a good night. Yeah, thanks for your help. I wont be back.

I cannot thank these guys enough. I got a $90 pair of Nike shoes for $72 and 2 pair of $60 converses for about $40 a pair. You cant beat the deals they have and customer service is on spot. Definitely worth checking out.
