I always find good deals. The staff in Spartanburg Westgate and Hillcrest are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go over and beyond if you need their service.

This is this is a wonderful place to come and shop for shoes. They have great customer service and good deals on shoes. When you join their club and get points and always getting great deals. A lot of times when you buy a pair of shoes you get the other one for half price. They always have specials on shoes so come on down and check it out. This location is the WORST!!!!! My family and I went in there to get a couple pairs of shoes for my kids and had NO HELP what so ever!!! Then when we got to the register, the worker was on her phone yelling at whoever she was talking to then when we got to the register, she walked off to the back and never came back out to check us out!!! SHE DOES NOT NEED TO HAVE A JOB if this is her customer service skills!!!

Shoes are pretty pricey if youre planning to only buy one pair. Theyll buy one get one half off is a great deal if youre buying in bulk

It drives me crazy that they run the same “deal” all the time! “Buy one get one half off”. That’s not even a good deal, because you get half off the shoe that’s lower price & it forces you to buy 2 pairs of shoes. Can’t we get a new deal? It’s been the same one for I don’t know how many years & it’s the same in like every shoe store... Other than that they have a pretty good shoe selection. I don’t purchase many of my shoes here though.

There is usually a good selection and they try to entice you to buy that second pair with their discount. I cant comment on their inventory so much, as far as size goes because my feet are a little bit odd shape. They do carry shoes for all ages. From casual to running. It is at least worth a look.

The associates and manager were incredibly rude at this location. Ill drive a few extra minutes to go to Greer next time.

Always shopped at Rack Room and always had a pleasant experience but not this time. One clerk was awesome but the other names Cieria was so rude. I asked about our points she said we had none and explained that my wife received an email stating we had multiple points. She stated it dint matter what the email stated they have to go through corporate. Just a nasty attitude. I will shop at Rack Roim but definitely not that one.

Whenever I need a pretty good pair of shoes at a price that I can afford oh, thats where I go they have a pretty good variety, wow being reasonable the staff is nice for the most part they dont hover over you are watch every move you make but theyre very courteous and I appreciate that but raccoons usually has a very good selection of shoes free of looking cheap

Bought a pair of sneakers for supporting my feet. Was not expecting to get a pair of concrete soles....Nike has went old school and I loved the style but......they were as hard as walking on concrete. Bad customer service. Very rude and disrespectful.

LOVE shoes, & Rack Room is a good place to start, with name brands at discount prices & BOGO!! Their stores are just the right size to browse for yourself, pick out shoes in your size, sit on a bench & try them on, then check yourself out in a FULL-LENGTH MIRROR.... an essential tool many shoe stores miss (dont u hate those tiny little shoe-mirrors?)!! So I usually try Rack Room first!

My husband and I entered the store, we were not greeted with a smile or hello but instead with the associates carrying on a very loud personal conversation. Did not ask us for help during our 30 minute shopping trip. Did not speak with other Customers either. We love rack room and shop with the company regularly but not this location. Horrible customer service!!

Sent me to Spartanburg Hillcrest store instead of ordering the shoes I wanted in store. Then after purchasing the shoes at the other store I also purchased socks, Hillcrest said if they didn’t fit to just return. Went to the store closest to me(westgate ) and said they could not return my socks(brand new with tags and receipt). So I called Hillcrest and they said they would be happy to except my return. I will take the drive to Hillcrest now, to avoid going to this store.

U can get many different kinds of shoes and buy one get one half off...Have always like this place..👍😁..Been shopping here for years and get a better deal later than you can at any of the factory outlet stores and buy pretty much the same shoes - brand names so on ....
