Small enough to fit into book bags and cute holders that keeps them from having to dig it out is a win win for this mother! And the sleep aromatherapy will definitely give you a good nights rest, I promise that you wont be disappointed!

I was on vacation and came in here with my aunt. It was a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. They always have deals going on too.

The place was really organized and the employees were really helpful. One employee in particular was LeAnna. First I came in and asked her what she would recommend putting on a gift card, and she gave a perfect reasonable amount. Then i came back later and needed a quick gift. She suggested candles on sale for a great price. She really made my shopping experience easier and much more pleasant. THANK YOU LEANNA

I always have a great experience at this location. However, this time not so much. I was greeted by a nice lady at the door, went to get my lotions, then went up to checkout. I was then rudely waited on by Karen. She was giving me a hard time about using a coupon, which I never have any issues with. Finally, she says she’ll do it for me this time, but the system doesn’t recognize coupon codes. So even though she took it, I wasn’t pleased with the way I was treated and she didn’t even bother being friendly. I am still going to visit this location, but I’m hoping this employee has a better attitude next time I do.

This bath and body works is pretty efficient when it comes to getting the help you need during your visit. Checkout ranges from being very expedited to a crawl. It just depends on if they are training newbies or some cashier vets are behind the counter. There inventory setup is neat like most other bath and body works stores so you wont get too lost in there. The employees are very friendly and have that classic bath and body works tactic of seeking you out if you need help versus out having to seek help yourself. Overall its a decent place to get your fragrance binging on.

I hated the experience we had to endure yesterday as we were taking advantage of the sales. A sales rep walked over because our hands were full with bags from Victoria Secrets as we were trying to pick out lotions and sprays, so she accommodated us with a shopping bag as she stood to assure we werent stealing. It was uncomfortable so we just wrapped it up and proceeded to the register as we waited on two cash paying customers, their transaction went smoothly so as we make it to the register we waited at least 10 minutes for the cashier to make sure we didnt have counterfeit $20 she went over the money at least eight times before she came to the conclusion that we were actual paying customers with real cash as other customers stood behind waiting for that humiliating encounter. I should have paid with my card to eliminate the frustration but instead I had enough cash on hand to cover the charges and didnt think I would be treated in such a manner especially from my same race when she didnt do the customers of a different race previously like that. I hate that I will not ever go back into that store when I visit the Westgate Mall to keep from being prejudged because I have enough money to assure you that I dont have to steal absolutely anything from anyone. Unfortunately Bath and Body Works lost a valuable customer from being uneasy of our presence!

When I want my house to smell like unicorns, magical fairies and rainbows i come here. Im no joking! You like things to smell good you go here! Lotions, candles and diffusers this place has got it. Staff are cool sometimes depends on whose been there for longer then a month. Sometimes female staff members dont know how to approach males when they go in here. Its a store aimed towards women so...makes sense. Other then that awesome.

Went to the store for a in store only special Friday and Saturday just for them to be sold out on by 3pm Friday with nothing for Saturday. Buyers beware!

It provides the consistent experience of any other store. The staff were very friendly. It was a busy store that day. Not so many men products, but there were a few. A pretty decent selection even good Christmas ideas

I love stocking up on there bottles of hand sanitizer and room spray. Lots of great smelling scents to choose from. A little goes a long way!

Apparently the check out employees receive a commission. I attempted to purchased items on sale, the total was $10 more than the total should have been because of the sale.I also gave the checkout employee a $10 off of $30 coupon, and she IMMEDIATELY ripped it in half AFTER she gave me the total and told me that I could not use it !She should have told me that I could not use the coupon when I handed it to her at the beginning of the failed transaction.I then asked to speak to the store manager and was told that she had stepped out even though I saw her go to the back of the store 30 seconds before.I called the store manager Lindy on the phone and she would not clearly answer my questions and address my complaints ?GREEDY AND DISHOEST EMPLOYEES !!!!I will forward my complaint to Bath and Body Corporate.

I always love shopping here. The prices are a little pricey but when you can catch a good deal it is well worth your shopping. I love being able to get atleast 3 to 4 different scents. I shop mostly in the summer and Christmas because thats when I personally have money to splurge on myself & others.

I was recently at Bath & Body Works with a friend to pick up some items for Christmas.It was INSANELY busy but they were actually prepared for it. They had 4 lanes (and a mobile device to make 5) staffed and moving quickly. They had a staff member helping customers get lined up into the different lines and prepared to checkout which helped a lot.

Its a good location, as all mall stores it is busy and very small.

Generally always has a sale, but be careful to read the signs to understand what is actually buy 2 get 3 free, etc. They will definitely ask for your number/email to send you unsolicited emails/ads. The store could be a little larger as well.

They was VERY pushy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and pressured to buy something, so in return, I left without buying a thing . extremely disappointed in the sales team and their behavior

Not a good experience thanks to miss yolonda was it.. We needed to go shopping.. I wanted to look at the store to get something for our bathroom..We walked in, I made eye contact and said hello and I was immediately ignored and made feel like I did not belong there... We left immediately:-(.. I never even made 15 steps in the store and i could not get out fast enough.. I feel this person immediately made me feel uncomfortable and we left... We will not likely ever return and we found just what we needed at Yankee Candle Co. Where we were treated quite Warm, Welcoming, Respectable, Equal, decent, and fair...If yolonda stands and welcomes others like she did us... You folks will see more posts like this and furthermore, will drive business off as it did us... We are appalled and offended at the ignorance this employee displays... No we absolutely do not recommend shopping here..
