For people who love scented candles, this is probably the best place to go for great quality. Prices are high, much higher than Im comfortable paying for myself or for casual gifts. However, for a true candle connoisseur or someone that is dear to you, these products may be worth purchasing. The workers are all friendly and informative, and the products are all very neatly organized. Perhaps this store deserves 5 stars, but the absurd pricing simply wont let me give it more than 4. I can get candles elsewhere for much cheaper, and a novice to the scented candle world wouldnt be able to tell the difference. Only shop here if you can handle paying the premium for high end candles.

We had a wonderful experience going here. :-). We were greeted immediately with a warm, welcomed hello.. We were made to feel welcomed and at home... We was helped immediately to our needs...We actually wasnt looking for a candle as much as we were looking for scented ideas..We was at another location before this and I am glad we came here because they have many many different varieties and ways of scenting rooms.. Not just candles but diffusers and lamps etc etc etc... I was Impressed with the overall variety...BUT, mostly i was Impressed with the employees... ALL EMPLOYEES WERE AWSOME :-)... They were kind and helpful.. They all helped each other and worked as a team.. As i stated we were not looking for a candle BUT These on the ball employees here at Yankee Candle Co. Helped us find a great way to scent our master bath... I bought a diffuser and am very happy with it... I brought it home and set it up quick anf conveniently.. Overall, I would say I highly recommend the Yankee Candle Company and specifically this one.. These employees are awesome and this place is nice to come and shop at..

The manager Tiffany was extremely nasty and rude. No one greeted us when we walked in the store, and didnt say anything until we came to the register. She had her children at work with her at the store and sent them to the back when customers came in. The customer service and common courtesy was extremelyyyyyyy poor.

Bad products I placed a order last week well it arrived very disappointed. Products where so old and no smell at all. Will never shop here again.
