This Place is awesome. I needed a new battery replacement for my phone and they got me in and out in 30 minutes. The employee named Cameron took care of me, and he has the best customer service ever. This place is way better than cell phone Repair. I recommend them and the price is fair. Not overly expensive.

I placed an online order for a twin pack of batteries that showed in stock. I received a large box with one small battery in it. I have been in contact with customer service but there has been no resolution. Today I had to make my own purchase of the missing single 18650 battery at my local Batteries Plus. My total cost is $40.43. The store was kind enough to give me a discount when I told them my problem but I have yet to see any recompense from my online order. Dont purchase from Batteries Plus online, instead, go to your local store.

I had them replace a battery in my cell phone and then did a great job. It took about an hour to have the work done. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful.

We went to Batteries Plus today for a new truck battery. I cannot tell you how helpful they were! Adam came out & changed our battery & was SUPER friendly!! We will definitely be bringing back more business to this store! They also quoted a price to make my daughter a key fob for her car. They do a little of everything! I had two phone that needed new screens. Well they were only able to replace one phone screen because the other phone had an adhesive issues with the screen. That was fine because they fixed my other phone up like new. I went when it wasn’t really busy, and by the time I had eaten at the sub store across the street and got a nap in my car ( I had to work that night) they had me done. I was impressed and waited a few months before adding my review because I wanted to make sure everything worked properly.

I took my watch they scratched the back on my 2nd trip to the store the clerk asked what did I want him to doOn my 3rd trip today the manager wasnt there as I was told when the 3rd clerk came to examine the he reported couldnt help me it was the manager job I asked that the manager be called I was told he was off today.I spoken to in a flip manner, whenevera customer has a concern must they make multiple trips and still no one helped I cant in good I cant recommend this store in Spartanburg SC asked for corporate# was. Told he wasnt allowed to give out!

I had a very good experience dealing with batteries Plus bulbs. I had to order a battery charger and cord for my streamlight flashlight they did not have one in stock but they went out of their way and ordered one for me and got it in as soon as possible. I am very very pleased with this company..

Ive used Batteries Plus, etc on several occasions....two of which were, (to me) emergencies. The employees that have assisted me there have always been polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Even when parts have had to be ordered, they arrived quickly and my devices were repaired quickly. In addition, Ive always been pleasantly surprised at the cost of repairs.

I ordered online and got a call from a polite man about ten minutes later. My order was ready. When I went to pick up they were just as polite. The young lady that greeted me was helping another customer but said she would right with me. The fellow I spoke with on the phone came out almost immediately and remembered calling me. He went to get my battery topped of with acid and quickly returned. He refunded my core charge while the new battery settled since I had my old battery. A few minutes later I had a new battery ready to go! He even explained the warranty and how to keep the water filled to prolong life. He seemed quite knowledgeable and the other employees I saw helping people really seemed to be as well. Beat the heck out of the service at a big box or even an auto parts store. I would pay a few dollars more for the good service but the battery I got was priced better than elsewhere! I will be back for all my battery & bulb needs.

I came in to get a battery for a UPS and I delt with Chris. Chris was knowledgeable and personable. He immediately knew the battery I needed and was willing to test and make sure it worked before I left the store. The world needs more people like Chris. Whomever is in charge of bonuses and raises needs to give Chris a promotion, bonus, and trip to Fiji.

I WAS HERE FROM CALIFORNIA TO VISIT MY FATHER AND MY PHONE BATTERY WAS ACTING UP AND JUST MENTIONED TO MY DAD ABOUT WANTING TO REPLACE THE BATTERY IN MY I-PHONE AND HE RECOMMENDED YOU FOLKS, BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY PLACE HE BUYS BATTERIES. I DIDNT THINK YOU WOULD DO AN IPHONE BATTERY, BUT TO MY SURPRISE IT WAS NOT AN ISSUE. TWO GENTLEMAN THERE WERE VERY POLITE AND ONE TOOK MY PHONE, TESTED IT, REPLACED THE BATTERY WITH-IN 15 MINUTES AND AT $30 DOLLARS LESS THAN WHAT I WAS QUOTED BACK IN CALIFORNIA AT A PHONE REPAIR SHOP. THE PHONE IS WORKING GREAT, COULDNT BE HAPPIER AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND BATTERIES PLUS BULBS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!

To begin, I wish I could less than a 1 star review.I have never in my life received such awful customer service and service in general. I had to come back to this place 4 times just to get my screens fixed on my phone. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. A month later, and Im now having to buy a whole new phone because they messed it up so bad. Nothing works on my phone anymore. Trying to talk to those guys is a waste of breath. Oh, and when someone sees this a comments to call the corporate, I tried and was told the district manager would call back, still havent heard anything from him. Please dont waste your time or money here, youll have the buy a new phone anyways.And no, the store manager is not willing to help with your concerns, all he did was give me a phone charger. The charger was helpful considering the phone doesnt even work anymore!!

Best price on a battery for my Hyundai with the recommended cranking amps. Paul was the installer he was extremely friendly and professional and we had a nice conversation while he installed. Had my phones back replaced and had to go up there again because the first time they didnt have it pressed long enough so the back started coming off. Then my phone stopped working and wouldnt get signal and i couldnt send messages without being on wifi. I have unlimited data and that stopped working too. Dont know if them fixing it had something to do with it but it was fine before i got it fixed the first time. Had to go buy a whole new phone.

Great price and service. My only concern is the date code on the last two batteries I have purchased. These are $100+ 12VDC batteries. I bought a second battery of type SLI26 for a general purpose battery. The date code was 2/19 (manufacturers date.), 6 month old already. I know the warranty is only 2 years but past experience indicates 4-5 years of expected service from these batteries, especially at this price. I would like to see fresher stock as in more recent manufacturer dates so I get full life for the battery, regardless of the warranty

I was a little surprised that the store technician wanted to sell me a strap to handle the 6 batteries I bought for $800.00. When I would have appreciated borrowing it. I managed without it. When I bought a set from Interstate they GAVE me several straps. A different technician at your store said the other guy probably didnt loan one because people dont bring them back - however I was going to be back to return cores. Other wise purchase was fine. Im a regular customer.

Re: Number appearing on Intake Form: OA4512648 Store 228. Iphone 8 screen replacement. Following the replacement of the LED screen the fingerprint scanner was inoperative. I returned to the store advising of the problem and your representative(s) said it was an operating system error. After some research, I learned that the original button must be installed when replacing the screen as a replacement button would render the fingerprint feature inoperative. Your technician suggested that I have it repaired at the Apple Store. I have been shopping at your store in Spartanburg, SC since it opened. The folks there have always been professional. This recent experience has not been pleasant and I still trying to decide what action I should take.

I have been to this store 3 times in the past month. Each time that I have been in the store, the salesman tries to hurry me of the door and does not want to help with anything. They act as if they dont want you in the store, and they act like they know it all about electronics, and trust me they dont.I left there and went somewhere else and got the item repaired in less than 5 minutes. I have spoken to several people and they have had the same poor experience that I have experienced.I hope they get better with their service, or they not have many customers.
