Absolutely the worst place to go. They are shady and unprofessional. They screwed me around and for two days was supposed to be working on our paperwork for a 2013 Explorer then turned around and sold the car on day 3 to someone else. We could have bought the car two days prior had they processed everything like they kept saying they would.They were supposed to have ran the credit to start the buying process but they never did. We had to call several times trying to figure out what the hold up was. We could never get a straight answer. Instead they tried to lie on their own salesman and blame him even though he had turned the paperwork over to the financial guy who was the one who never did his part on the deal.They never wanted to talk about a price for the Explorer but kept pushing another car, a Buick Enclave that has issues once it reaches 60 mph. Also one of the other salesmen approached our salesman asking him why we were test driving more than one car. Our salesman explained the other car had mechanical issues so we were now looking at the Explorer. The other salesman replied that we were wasting gas.... Ummm excuse me but no one buys a car without test driving it. These people are ridiculous. Also if you do go there check the KBB prices so you know what the vehicle is worth. I would rate this zero stars if it would let me.

Definitely would refer future customers.Update: During the time of purchase I notified the salesman that the tire pressure was low on the vehicle. He said bring it back so I had to come back that Saturday so that Saturday came he said bring it back again I work 6 days a week it becomes impossible to do so. So today I woke up and my tire was almost completely flat and would not hold any air at all so I drove to my nearest tire shop and they stated it was a pin hold in the wall of the tire. I called the dealership and made them aware that I was at the tire shop lady on the other end of the phone stated she would have someone call back. Received the call back and I asked would I be reimbursed for my tire and I was told no because I had the car for a month. I haven’t actually had the vehicle for a month very close but not a full month. I just feel if I called on a known issue and said I had to go ahead and get it fixed that no matter what it should have been reimbursed. Great experience turned horrible.
