What can I say? If you are into Jeeps and that lifestyle you will love this place especially the new location. In 1977 I fell in love with a black and tan Golden Eagle and promised myself Id own one. I purchased the first Black And Tan edition last January and loving every single moment. The Jeep wave program has given me the opportunity to meet Ron in the service department and I have to tell you he is top notch much like all the other associates there. I could have shopped elsewhere but these folks won me over from the second I stepped into their lot.

The folks at Spartanburg CDJ were great! We live over 70 miles away from the dealer but was able to do a lot of the paperwork online before ever arriving to purchase our new Jeep. They were very accommodating and had us out the door in less than hour when we came to pick it up. With our three kids in tow, this was greatly appreciated! Terrible customer service by Ricky in service department. Had an appointment that I was late, which I knew I would have to wait longer, but was told it would be the me start day. Then I told him the service was under warranty and he said he would determine that. Then was abusive to me claiming I hit something which I told him I did not. Then wanted me to sign a document stating I would pay $119 before they would eve look at it. I have 31,000 miles. I refused to sign and he told me go go elsewhere.Will never buy or service my vehicle from these thieves again.

You know it MUST be a great place because many of the staff members have been there for YEARS! They obviously treat their staff like they do their customers. Came in after reaching out about one of their pre-owned mercedes they had listed online. It was slightly out of budget so I had to offer a good bit lower than list (cars condition was reflected well in the listing as well), didn’t end up coming to a deal but the customer service here is arguably the best of any dealership I’ve been to (I work in the car business) Renee was unbelievably helpful and did all of the little things perfect to make it an awesome experience, I wish that I could have payed more and gotten the car. Would recommend picking up a car from here 100%.

Soo I came to this dealership searching for a really nice challenger.. but someone got it before me so I was kind of disappointed, but they were extremely nice with me, Derrick was sending me different options until we fount the perfect one for me. I can tell you that Im a really picky person and I compared the price of all the dealerships on the state plus Georgia and North Carolina and they have the better prices in all the area. So I extremely recommend you to take a look first on this dealership if you want to buy a car, just you will need to decide fast because they sell the cars extremely fast! ♡

The work done in the Service department is almost always high quality, but good luck getting anyone on the phone if you need to call for whatever reason. You will just get transferred to a line that no one ever answers. Unfortunately theres no way of getting a hold of anyone unless they reach out to you.

In the past I had issues with the customer service in the service department, and vowed never to return. Ive been driving 30 minutes out of the way for the past year to service my vehicles.Today because of the timing, I decided to frequent this location thinking things would have possibly improved. But no they only got worse now mind you I drive my car daily and would have noticed that the door cover was bulkled at the top of the door whenever I noticed it and brought it to the attendant he pretty much ignored me and my husband who does not like to be confrontational pretty much said their not going to admit doing itSo I suppose I am left to get this repaired myselfEvery experience here has been a disaster and I suppose leaving a review isnt working either look at my results because previous ratings were negative also

Horrible service! Had my jeep towed in due to severe engine shakes and being unable to accelerate (I have 50k miles on the jeep) they call me claiming it was a leak in an o-ring and tell me the 60k jeep warranty wont cover this and that I have to used my extended that I purchased, 2 days later its ready to pick up. I dont even get it a mile down the road and the same problem happens so I take it right back up. (Whatever happened to mechanics driving the vehicle to ensure its fixed properly) This time they tell me its something else that now its an ignition coil. Once again supposedly the 60k jeep warranty doesnt cover this and once again its up to my extended warranty. Next day its fixed and I pick it up. I got to thinking about it and actually called Jeep Customer service. Explained to them what was done and guess what they tell me...all of that is in fact covered under my jeep 60k warranty and that I shouldnt have had to use my extended warranty at all. This place is absolute trash and only wants to scam. I have opened a formal complaint against Spartanburg Jeep with Jeep as well as will be contacting the BBB. Needless to say I am beyond disappointed in the service here, lack of professionalism and overall dishonesty. Im looking at trading in and purchasing a new vehicle next month and well one thing is for certain I will NOT be using spartanburg Jeep.

They never called me when my Jeep repairs were done. Complained to the management, heard nothing. Several months later I needed a code looked up. It was a four (4) minute job! They refused to do it and said I’d have to wait a couple days. Complained to management again and again heard nothing. Worst maintenance service ever! Don’t even bother with em!*As further evidence of their douchbaggery, the same dude responsible had the audacity to reply as though he wants to help! Yup, that’s him in the comments! I recently bought a 2020 Dodge Challenger. Their online price was the price. It didn’t include a bunch of incentives that nobody qualifies for. They honored my supplier pricing that I qualify for. They gave me a good price for my trade in. This was the easiest car I ever bought and I’ve bought quite a few in my day. I didn’t have to waste all day playing the back and forth game. The salesman was very helpful and has called me twice to make sure that I was happy with the car. I highly recommend them. I don’t write reviews but I thought they deserved it.

Came in today with an approved loan amount out the gate. First, they tried to low ball me on the appraisal of my car. They also tried to get almost $5000 out of me for a down payment. They completely lost out on a sale being greedy and telling me something bogus, like I already didn’t do my homework before I walked in the door. Wanted to give a price of 23000 for my trade in and then had the audacity to ask me why don’t I ask my lender for more money on my already approved loan, ha! I politely thanked them, walked out the door and took my business somewhere else. I then, took my Challenger to Carmax to get it appraised and they gave me a price, which was extremely close to my pay off amount and was basically close to what the trade in value should have been per NADA on my car. I went to Benson and not only did they match what was appraised from Carmax, but I also didn’t have to put any money down and I walked out with what I wanted, at a lower cost then what I was approved for originally. The sales guy was nice but buddy with the long beard, that tried to explain to me the stupidity on the trade in value, was cocky, arrogant and had a really poor attitude about him. And what’s sad is my best friends boyfriend, identified exactly who was talking to me and said the customer service from him is horrible.

So I visited this dealership about a year ago. A few nights after I bought the car, I found the one they sold me online for about 4K less than what I paid for it. I asked about this and (Tony) tried to tell me it was a typo but clearly was not. I still have the pictures to prove this. I also uncovered by my bank that (Bryan) completely fabricated my income by 3k/ month and lied about my job status. I have proof of this as well. I asked for but never received a copy of my credit application. I am still financially recovering from the situation they put me in which was a completely fraudulent deal. I had positive equity on a trade in and over 4K down and ended up 10k upside down. I have served my country for almost 10 years in the US Army and I am completely disgusted that this is the service I received from my own country and especially my home town.

They had the van that we were looking for and we bought it sight unseen from hours away. We worked with Chad and he helped us through the process, everything worked out great. Other positives are that their dealer fees are less than many others and they are quick to deliver your new vehicle.

Poor customer service. Spoke with Kempton the “internet sales manager” on Thursday about a truck that was in transit. I felt the reply I received regarding the truck was very generalized and not an actual person. I sent another email to verify that I was interested in the truck and would like to come look at it, once it arrives.Monday morning I reached out to their live chat again to verify that they were still going to contact me as soon as the truck was in. They then informed me that the truck was now there, and I could schedule a test drive for 5pm. I asked them to verify that the truck was actually there, because I am 2 hours away and I didn’t want to drive down and find that it still had not arrived. They verified it was in fact there, and I began my 2 hour drive.Thirty minutes later I get an email saying “the truck has been sold”I’m not sure if this person knows the first thing about their job. I’m not sure if they actually did sell the truck, or this person still has no clue if it’s there or not. The listing still has not been removed from their website, and still shows in transit.I was never able to get a straight answer from this person. I’ll never buy from this dealership based entirely on the run around I have gotten pre sale. Who knows how they would treat me if I had an actual issue with a vehicle I purchase from them.This “too big to fail” mentality will catch up to them one day.

Bought a vehicle from here in January. The paperwork and everything was finalized late in the afternoon. Once given the key to the vehicle the salesman said the spare key was misplaced and would be mailed. It has been months and every time we get in touch with him an excuse is made. Also have not been able to get in touch with a manager or anyone else. Each time I call and request to speak to someone about this issue I am either “accidentally” hung up on or do not get an answer when transferred. I left a voicemail at some point and never received a call back. Unfortunately I do not live close enough to just randomly show up. However, I guess I will be making a trip back to this horrible place at some point if I want my key.

Tried to buy a car from them and they dragged their feet so much untill they were able to sell the car to another person. Also I read the reviews from the Commerce Director and all I have to say is read the script between me and Jeff your internet sales manager. Tried to price gouge me with the national rebate lol. Then strung me along for days when I had money to EFT right over for the car. Long story short, if you want to be mislead and pay more for your dodge come here. Also will run your credit with no interest in selling a car to an out of state person.

Leased a 2017 Jeep from these folks through Ally Financial. Sales folks and GM at that time very diligent to say there wont be any problem turning Jeep in or purchasing at end of lease. Left message for Mr. Patel at dealership to no avail, and revisited dealership on 12/14/2020. Come to find out theres a dealer purchase price and a individual purchase price, and and was told by a sales manager thats just how business works. Naturally they were more than willing to put me in a new vehicle including that dealer cost through Ally. Thats fine Ill purchase the vehicle. So I have sent emails as well as made multiple calls to Ally requesting the buyout letter so that I can purchase the vehicle through my credit union. This has been going on for two weeks now and today I have now spent over 8 hours trying to get a simple buyout letter from Ally, to no avail. Use extreme caution if you consider working with these folks or Ally Financial.

My experience here was rough. Went to buy a jeep with a specific budget in mind and was constantly being up sold. I found the whole situation frustrating. I felt like I lost 3 hrs of my life.
