I was very impressed by the professional mannerisms of the the staff working to assist customers. They were knowledgeable and sincere. Mya waited on me and gave this technology challenged middle aged lady Exceptional service. I especially liked how she was patient and didnt make me feel foolish or rushed. I was nervous to go to this store based on some other reviews. I honestly believe that everyone has an off day, sales representatives included. And sometimes as customers we are too demanding and sensitive when it doesnt go our way. Thanks to the wonderful atmosphere and professionalism This is my MetroPCS.
Terrible customer service. The teenagers working behind the counter couldn’t care less. Rude and unwilling to find a solution. They were too busy playing on their own phones to help even try to solve our issue with a faulty phone purchased barely a week ago. The “manager” Josh refused to seek help when his limited knowledge was not enough. What an absolute joke of customer service.

My husband and i went on a Saturday to switch to metro. We had an ok experience i guess. They didnt ask what plans we wanted and put on the highest one. But never the less we got it fixed walked out with two phones no security plan! But my real issue was when i took my mom, the following Monday, to switch over. I paid 162 to switch over two phones two days before i took my mom. The girl told me that in order to switch my mom it was gonna be 132. On the $50 dollar plan because it was mandatory that they add the security package...insurance case tempered glass...it was company policy that had apparently changed in two days...when i questioned she rolled her eyes and said we have to do the security package! So i politely left this store and went to Asheville hwy store. Where i got great friendly service and got a phone for much cheaper than $132...$89 to be exact. Funny how the security package is policy on one side of town but not on the other!

Had the worst customer service of my life, I wish I could give minus 5 stars. Started porting my number before I realized the price was more than I could afford. I wanted to try again with cheaper phones. Lady just cancelled everything. I said can I still do business with you she said maybe but Id have to wait for the other girl and then she left. I started to leave but I checked my phone and it wasnt working. Other girl had attitude and didnt offer to make it right or to help. I spent almost 2 hrs on their land line in there lobby with my old carrier trying to straighten it out. Bad customer service could careless. DONT BOTHER TRYING TO DO BUSINESS HERE. ABSOLUTE NIGHMARE

Great deals on awesome smart phones. They have the latest Androids and Iphones and the staff is very helpful when helping you choose the best device to meet your needs. They also have a large variety of accessories so just about anyone can find something that is right for them.
Bought a charger. Charger went bad after a week. Unfortunately they dont do returns on accessories and only have a 7 day exchange period which they fail to tell you that when you buy their garbage products. Nice little fine print on bottom of receipt. First time I ever shopped there. And since they dont want to do right by their customers it sure will be my last time as well.
Switching my bf from Verizon to Metro was easy and he is super excited about his new phone and the unlimited data.
