Other than the crowd, it was good. Employees are mostly helpful if youre in their area. But if not they direct you to ones that are more familiar. The secret shoppers are very obnoxious but I understand theyre just doing their job. The checkout line was so long but I was there a little after noon so thats understandable as well.

After viewing a clip on YouTube about how good the headlight restoration services were at Walmart, I decided to give them a try at the Dorman Centre Drive location in Spartanburg. I was not disappointed! The headlights were restored like new, and for a price much lower than even the labor for the time they took to complete the job! With the longer nights approaching, Im glad the folks at Walmart Care Care Center eliminated the film over my headlights and restored them to their original brilliance!

Worst Walmart Ive ever seen! Very poor management. Shelves always look empty so theres a poor selection every single time Ive ever gone. Restrooms filthy, deserted buggies littering the aisles, overflowing with restock or broke down boxes. And forget the customer service center. Biggest mess I ever saw. Doesnt anyone here do restock? Dont even get me started on rarely having any buggies for customers. I guess they dont employ cart pushers either. Awful!

I went to the optician place to wear my glasses have been broken and the lady unlike Americas Best she was eager to help me and didnt stop till she found something that fit my lenses that were broken out of my other glasses.. I cant remember your name but you were kind of short black headed and I give you so many props you were awesome.. even though I didnt buy the glasses she offered to hold them for me and wish me the best.. she is great ♥️

Does no one use cash at Walmart anymore and I was not made aware of it? All of the self-checkouts were card only and only two of the full service Lanes head cashiers with about 50 people in there in two lines. This Walmart thing is getting ridiculous..... I pretty much try to avoid Walmart at all costs unless I absolutely, positively have to. The quality of their items is not worth the hassle of their check out process.

1st off store was NOT stocked as it should have been one thing I did like was how wide the isles were that was nice not like others that has isles so skinny you have to been in a line to shop.... I wasnt really impressed with this store as i said NOT stocked well and items on some shelves were in disarray..... but as with what is Walmart will never go out of business because they know the consumers need the items they have that prefer to be in store rather than online...what is online is just the price not including taxes but instore is what is online and taxes included then one gets taxed again... they may say not so but Ive experienced it... any thumbs up for big isles.

Not the best Walmart. Shelves sometimes arent stocked. Items are often misplaced or hard to find. Shopping cars are rarely available inside when its busy. You have to corral one from the parking lot and push it in. This is the case so often that Im in the habit of just bringing one from the parking lot everytime. The clientele that shop here are definitely not great.As far as Walmart corporate goes, they do have food prices. And great selection.Ive returned multiple items here without issue or questions asked. Store gift card is issued if you dont have a receipt.

Its a hit and miss type of thing. Experience can be easy breezy, or long and drawn out. I would like to see them put in self checkout machines that takes cash. Some times a person does not want to leave a record of purchases. In my case. Shopping for birthdays of loved ones.

Bathroom was filthy and not suitable for a person with disabilities. I dont go shopping to the Walmart at the Dorman Center because it usually dont stay stocked. (Food and household items)

Worst Walmart in area. I dread stepping foot in the store. Its filthy and disorganized. The floor employees actively avoid you.I went to get paint. No one was at the counter, no sign. Nothing. I caught an employee that told me the paint mixer hadnt worked for 3 months and no one works in that section. A sign would have been helpful.

Never really cared for Wally world. Its always busy and I can never find anything if I do end up going cos I never go so not sure where they keep some things. And its always something like coffee stir sticks or masking tape and takes forever to find it for me. I know I can get a bunch of whatever for decent price is only reason I do go. They have stuff and its low cost.

Worst Walmart Ive ever been to! Beginning the experience the parking lot is extremely littered and someone almost ran over my children and I who were in a parking row end where the yellow stripes are. I witnessed an EMPLOYEE throw her disposable gloves on the ground before she got in her vehicle to leave, four gloves! Then since we are traveling we needed to use the restroom before shopping. One toilet was filled all the way above the seat with paper, so obviously someone did that on purpose. The walls and floor were filthy. And there was no soap at all, during a time where people are freaking out about germs. The paper towel dispensers and dryer were all broken. The condition was shocking! Next the store itself was dirty and didnt look like it had met a broom or mop in months. The theft alarm at the door went off several times in the 15 minutes we were there, so maybe this is a high crime area but Im not sure. Then last of all there was not one self check out that took cash, not even exact change. Only 2 real live cashiers and their lines were long, so I dont know if they were taking cash. I honestly thought I had already seen the worst Walmart in a high crime area in Florida, but this one beat the Florida one by far!

Horrible experience overall. I had a Handicap person and they had no available riding buggies. The lines were ridiculously long and there was no one on the floor to assist. The workers didnt seem to know what was going on or care.. Will not return. Do better Walmart.

Everything was easy and quick. I was in and out with an 18ft trailer I so needed. He answered all my questions that I asked and I was pleased with his knowledge. I will recommend anyone and everyone to get a trailer from here. Best prices I could find.

Shop ay 630 sunday mornings. Nobody stocks shelves overnight. Many empty spots on shelves. Poor managing

Terribly understaffed. Took me 15 minutes to get a small $2 product coz it was placed on top shelf. Also hadnt been moved up to front of shelf. Had to go looking for help. Ended up getting a customer to reach it for me. And dirty restrooms.

My wife and I visited the tire and auto center at the super Walmart in dorman center Spartanburg. We were very disappointed with the customer service. We had to wait while the associates answered text on their cell phones got other associates that had personal phone calls on the store phone and finally was waited on. No explanation of warranties exclusions or product information. Just flat out took our money. Then we had to wait an additional half hour for one employee to gradually throw the tires in the back of our pickup truck walking away looking disgusted without even a thank you from any associate from start to end of the visit. Well go to Simpsonville supercenter next time.

As always, they need more open checkout lines.

I love walmart, but this one for the last couple of weeks/ months has been missing alot of things. These are alot of items in the pet department and in beauty. I know that because of the pandemic some things are just naturally running low. Maybe this is the problem, but since there is also the same problem in different departments/ almost all other departments. I think someone isnt ordering right. Even though aggrevated about the missing products, I can still get the other 80% of my list there.

Walmart is garbo. Ive personally boycotted them. Always treating everybody like a thief with thier blanket policies. This one in particular is super Ghetto. This one may be where they came up with the people of Walmart meme. Do yourself a solid and go somewhere else. Go to Aldi, Go to Publix, Go elsewhere. Dont go to Walmart.

It was hot inside there . I was disappointed over the lack of craft items. I was looking for latch hooking sn a few more getting ready for fall, but nothing an someone said they dont carry much.

The shelves were bare. And what was in stock was out of place in mens underwear selection. Very disappointed. That is 3 Walmart I have visited this week and same disappointed selection. Find something you want you better get cause more than likely it wont be there again.

Watched a worker stick the bird at a customer. Shocked to see no review yet, as it caused a ruckus. Walked by to check his name tag. I believe it said Kaiden. I have not been in half the world’s spin, but this experience always frustrated me. Shame on you, Kaiden. Shame on you, Walmart.

I understand that employees are limited but a job still needs to be done.The shelves are never fully stocked, seemed to be missing various items from ALL departments.There is NEVER enough registers open.Waiting for customer service was almost 30 minutes! Where to start.....Outside - NASTY PARKING LOT!!!!!!trash can overrun. How about brighter lights!!!!!!Inside - stock in the way of shoppers. Blocks the ability to get to the items your trying to purchase. Empty shelves all to often. You have some staff that are friendly and acknowledge you and THEN you have staff the wont speak at all and then there are those on their cell phone who sees no one!The shelves where you get pens, paper etc. Messy!!!!!! Empty boxes on the shelves. Items not in the right place. Frustrating!!Clothing dept. Messy at times. Hard to find sizes at times. Overstuffed racks.Long, long lines!!!! Peak times between 5p-9pm😡😡. I am not employed with Walmart but yet, Im having to scan the items I want to purchase and leave the store....shouldnt I get a check for having to check myself out!?!?

They need additional & better scooters/electric shopping carts for handicapped people. The one I had was pulling to the side & bouncing like the wheel needs repairs. Other than that it was a nice shopping experience.

Great karaoke bar. Jeanette and I went there last Saturday night and had a ball. Beautiful bar and staff was very courteous. Great dj and great sounding system. Will will be going back Saturday night.

I dont like the free labor market. Self checkout is free labor for the consumer. No cash back from self checkout seems like they dont want to give anything just take you.

This Walmart is very dirty. My wife picked up a couple tshirts and there was garbage all over the conveyor belt and station Infront of the checker. Its clear, it doesnt get properly cleaned.

The warm Food was not really good and the boneless chicken was really dry. Most the time I was in there, i didn´t get what i wanted because it was out of Stock. The goods are in the wrong shelf or the prices on the wrong spot... who knows. The stuff on the shelfs is mixed up so you really have to search what you need. I stayed three Weeks in Spartanburg and since the first day the Pharmacy shelf was poorly stocked and didn´t filled up during the three weeks.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I paid $10 extra and placed an express (2hours or less) delivery order. It’s been 8 + HOURS -NO GROCERIES!!!! I’ve spent 53 minutes on the phone trying to reach ANY DEPARTMENT at this store!!! NO ONE WILL ANSWER. My daughter told me not to place my order because this is such a terrible Walmart. She is right!!

Having the app is great, it tells me right where the item is in the store. In and out, easy peesey.

Great for in store pickup but so great for online food ordering. Use app and park in a spot and they place into your car for you. No contact pickup. Very caring, friendly service. Just wonderful!!

Everything that probably can be said about WalMart has already been said. The good. The bad. The ugly...and yet all of it is most likely true depending on your perspective and/or personal experience. I guess, as bad as self-checkouts are...no customer/employee interaction, imagining that there are those who might not scan something...on purpose or by accident..and taking livelihood away from people. Im guessing that some knucklehead used some formula and determined that the potential loss is acceptable vs. having an actual cashier check you out. That in itself is bad enough but now they have self-checkouts that dont accept cash or dispense change, this eliminating ANOTHER persons job.

We travel all over the country and always go to the Walmarts, no matter where we are. Most are clean and well organized. Not this one. I have never been in such a disorganized looking store, so short staffed, and dirty. We gave up waiting at the deli and didnt even want to shop there. There were carts of things, including food items shoved in front and across from Customer Service, seemingly abandoned (Im talking about maybe 20 carts, all full). The staff looked overworked and stressed. Someone needs to have a word with the manager.

The technician Justin was Awesome with his service... I asked him about the tires that I wanted from the Dorman Center Walmart and he advised that they didnt have that tire but he immediately attempted to see if they have anything comparable to what I wanted and took the quote and found it with no questions.Ill be going to the Eastside Walmart more often.

Worst Walmart I’ve ever been to will never go back. The store is nasty the bathrooms are nasty the parking lot is nasty. Also I had two separate transactions two separate receipts. I exit the store they want to check my receipt which is fine, woman said that she could not find my dog food on the receipts. They take me up to customer service put me on display and go through everything in my cart. She placed one of my receipts and her pocket. She said I was shoplifting because not everything was on my receipt. I lost almost $400 worth of merchandise and my money. Now I have court and I’m band from that Walmart.

This walmart sucks, very dirty. They need to hire professional cleaners with all the money they make. They need to open more of the self check outs because they have horrible staff as well and hardly anything is stocked. The owner of this walmart should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Greenville Walmarts makes this place seem like trash. Add self checkout. Youd gain business. Everytime I hear Walmart in a conversation from anyone else talking about Spartanburg theyre always saying 1 of 3 things; Id try to just avoid Walmart, I dont like walmart, Id rather spend more than go. Good deals, good selections, usually poor customer service, checkout is the worst. ☹

This particular Wal-Mart had a excellent selection due to the fact that their shelves as well as their frozen foods were amply stocked. Of course much like Africa in the dry season where a myriad of animals are gathered together at the only water supply, a myriad of people were having at this most unusual sight as of late. Items, where they should be. And as quickly as they were being picked off the shelves, they were being replaced by a courteous staff who navigated through the crowd like New York bicycle delivery personnel giving access to the shoppers. And as busy as the store was the layout was such that a person person could walk through unhindered by unsuspected dead ends. I think we all know what that feels like. Also there were plenty of cash registers operating. Someone will probably lose their job for that. I thought that was illegal. Seriously seeing a Workforce of cashiers who could briskly handle the number of customers present was also another most welcome sight . Then last but certainly not least . Getting out of the store was as fluid as the shopping experience in the store. Because despite the congested parking area it also was also well- planned and laid out, making it user-friendly and easy to exit. I would recommend this Walmart for anyone in town or visiting.

Shopping for food was good, but I had to get someone else to call 3 times for an associate for jewelry. It took a lot 15-20 minutes. I just went on and checked out my food, took it to the car and went back to get someone to call again.

Atrocious. No physical cashiers at the front. All self checkout. Place was wrecked from all the school shopping.

Waited 15+ minutes for the customer service to open glass gate to get a FLOSS!! Asked for help about 5 times, and noone showed up! Not the first time noticed that the customer service is bad.

I politely walked up to an employee yesterday in the electronic section of the store and asked them if he was working in this area because I some brief assistance. Without even looking at me, he said Im on my lunch break and he continued to stand there and ignore me!... I was so put back by his overt rudeness. I held my composure and politely asked if he could just point me in the right direction then because I didnt have any idea where to find the electronic item needed. He turned around and pointed his and said go that way and left in which he turn back around and ignored me as if I had never been there. All I could think to myself was HOW RUDE COULD ONE PERSON BE!! It would have only taken less than one minute for the employee to assist me without interfering with with their precious lunch break. I would have accepted them telling me in a polite fashion or a smile that they couldnt help because they were on break,but instead I was on the receiving end of attitude and coldness...The only reason why Im giving the Dorman Center Walmart a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because another employee assisted and afterwards when I needed further assistance and recommended that I try using a Walmart brand of electronics. I will try to avoid asking ANY employees for any assistance from that store if I can help!
