Eyes on Main has the best staff who always treat you special when you walk in. The professionalism of Lewis and Jennell is very comforting for the health ofmy eyes. Also, the assortment of frames is great and they make sure you are satisfied. I am very pleased.

I really liked Doctor Martin. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He didnt treat me like he was in a rush to get to the next patient. all of his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Martin takes the time to make sure you have all of your questions answered with a thorough eye exam. He is very knowledgeable and he uses the latest technology during your eye exam.Dawn is the eyeglass specialist. She is friendly and kind as you look through all of the many eyeglass choices. The entire staff is patient and courteous.

Been going for little over 10 years now and still am I greeted like family with bright smiles. Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor like Dr. Martin. I’m always amazed at the different themes he has in each room, makes you think you’re in a whole new world.

This was my first eye exam here. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. The ladies up front were very nice and professional. The Tech and Doctor were great. Dr. Martin took time to explain things to me, which I really appreciated. The ladies who helped me with picking out new frames were not only helpful, but honest as to what looked okay vs. great. I loved their honesty!

Eyes on Henry was a wonderful experience I had no idea of what glasses did and didnt fit my face and this one woman went an extra mile for me. I started at six pairs, then four, then the favorite two it was really hard but, I made the correct choice cant wait to get them and show them off. Everybody was really nice and friendly I recommend this place to any and everyone.

If there were a more thorough optometrist town, Id like to meet them, but the doctors and team turn over every stone during the appointment. They cover all the bases for us in being experts in their field, take ample time for every question, and provide a clear and actionable plan for my family members health. I would give them 6 stars if that was possible!

BOTH Dr Martins are the best. We just had an eye appointment on Friday. I love their office. They are both great with my daughter who is 9 as well as myself. I would recommend anyone who needs an eye exam medically or for vision to go visit Eyes on Henry and their staff.

My 5 year old had an exam at Eyes on Henry and when I say that the staff was AMAZING, they were exactly that. The wait time was only about 20 minutes after filling out paperwork. The tech was very nice & professional. And Dr. Martin was great about getting me fitted for new contacts. My appointment was a great experience thanks to the very kind & professional staff!

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Louis Martin for many years. We have always found him, and his office staff, to be very efficient and very knowledgeable. We arrive for our appointment usually a few minutes before our appointment time and have never been left in the waiting room for an extended period as sometimes occurs with other physicians offices.We have always felt that we get a very thorough eye exam. Never have we felt that him, nor any of his staff, was in a hurry or either in a rush to get us in and out the door. They take the time needed to answer any questions we might have about our eye care.I have recommended Eyes on Henry to several of our other friends who might not be happy with their eye care professional. And, will continue to recommend them to other because of the excellent service we have always received.

I have given this office every opportunity to actually work with me and am now incredibly frustrated. We were overcharged $116 dollars and which they have been holding as a credit. I have been trying to get this money refunded, as it is mine not theirs, for roughly one month. I have called over and over, get the run around, lied to about the office manager not being around to return my call over and over. It’s unreal I simply want our overcharged credit back with a check. I actually work during the week so going in person creates another problem and an unneeded visit and time off work for something they should be able to do over the phone. I am sick of being lied to every time I call just refund the money that you overcharged me! One month and counting. Don’t waste your time on this joke of a business. I know I won’t ever again.

I didnt visit. I made the appointment yesterday before 11am, cancelled before 5pm and was told I would have to pay a $25.00 fee cause I didnt cancel within 48 hrs, I didnt even have the appointment that long. Poor practice if you ask me.

He takes plenty of time with his patients; I never feel as though he does not have time for me. And he confidently answers all of my questions. I feel very good about allowing Dr. Martin to care for my eye sight.

His entire staff is friendly and very helpful and I wouldnt consider going elsewhere for my vision care. Dr Martin addresses all your question. Staff was very friendly. Was seen in a timely manner with an appointment. I hate making appointments and you still had to wait a long time not the case here maybe about 10 min. Good average prices for professional business unlike a substitute like Walmart. Good quality material not knock off like Stratton where for examples they used bare minimum anti reflective coating that wore off in a few months. If no insurance I’ll spend my $1000 prescription here again with people who care about my eyes. With VSP insurance it was down to $336 Out of pocket great price compared to no insurance. No ones perfect so I don’t give 5 stars.

I have also seen Dr. Janell Martin on one occasion, and found her to be equally as good. I would highly recommend Dr. Louis Martin for your eye care needs. Their staff are very accommodating as well.

My special needs teenager LOVES this eye doctor and simply will not see anybody else! Dr Martin and his staff are wonderful! The offices are fitted out with stacks of interesting and unusual items, like aeronautical posters and wall-art, pilot-chairs, outdoor sports artifacts, etc, wherever you look you have something interesting to behold and it all makes for a wonderful experience when coupled with the polite, yet swift and efficient manner in which the staff undertake their work. We have always had good experiences here and hope they stay in practice for many years to come since our eyes are better for their existence. Thank you!

I’ve been going to EOH for about 10 years now and I love it! The decor has that cozy/homey feeling and the staff provides excellent up to date care.

Dr. Pack is so nice and always concerned about the people he sees, His staff is the best. They are nice sweet and makes you feel so relaxed and they are the best in eye care. I started with them 43 years ago.
