I came in sometime last week. Haven’t worn glasses in over 15 years. Always got razors from the dollar store and even had Lasik surgery. I was nervous about going in but the lady in the back made me feel comfortable. Nikki answered any questions I had she is amazing what she does. I used Stanton in another state while traveling but unfortunately I had an issue with my glasses and not able to resolve until I returned home. What is the sense of making an appointment with them if they cant stay on schedule, I made an appointment with them for today @ 12:25pm, I sat down spoke to the gentleman next to me and he said his appointment was for 9:30 its now 12:15 pm there was another couple there that were waiting for 2 hours this is the 2nd time that they have done this to me and I will not go back poor scheduling and very disrespectful to the fact that people do have things to do I am rating this as a one star I want to give them 2 negatives but then I wouldnt be able to post my review so if you want to go there dont be in a hurry or have anything else planned cause you can make A-day out of it, so no sense in scheduling appointments, cause it wont be on time,

I had the best experience ever with this very important thing I have been meaning to do for the longest but when I went to lens crafters they were very rude. I decided to come when I absolutely had to. I had the best experience with this guy be Shawn Hawkins he was absolutely the best ever. His joyful attitude not only he knew the answer to ever question. He was what they call the supervisor. He absolutely deserves so much more cause he cares about his job and is passionate.

The people I dealt with on my initial visit were pleasant enough. The cost was astronomical, almost $1,000, and certainly not 2 for $59 as advertised. When I went to pick up the glasses, I was made to give a review right at the counter and when I hesitated, the lady offered to WRITE IT FOR ME! Because of the price, I gave three stars. I was less than 5 miles away, still DRIVING, my phone rang. I didnt answer (DRIVING) but it rang again so I did. It was STANTON OPTICAL telling me that they are rated by those reviews and could I CHANGE MY REVIEW TO FIVE STARS!!! So I am changing it...one star because the glasses are good and I can see...same as the glasses I have bought my entire life. So no, wont be returning to Stanton Optical. This is MY review and no one else wrote it for me.

Veronique was fantastic and turned my disappointment around. She took the extra effort to understand that I really valued the speed that their on-site lab offers. When “the computer” indicated my glasses would need to be made off-site, she took the time to follow-up with her superior and the lab. The on-site team pulled through for me.

The optometry team at Stanton Optical was efficient, clear, and professional for my annual eye exam. There were issues with my new eye insurance not covering all of the aspects of the exam in the database, but were quickly cleared up by Veronique. I was grateful that she went above and beyond by correcting the errors with my insurance so that I could receive its full benefit. The environment welcomes and values new patients - I would highly recommend this team.

Horrible service I went a week or so ago to get my prescription updated. I call and had an appointment but had to wait at least 30 mins before I was seen. Little did the optometrist know I could see he was playing on his computer, until he saw me glaze over then he shut the door. Finally I was seen & it didn’t even take 5 mins for the exam which I thought was crazy… I decided oh it’s whatever people are having a hard time right now so I went ahead and picked out my frames order the lens the total ended up being close to 300.00 bucks for two pairs. Waited two weeks to even get them when I did the prescription was wrong… had two different people at Stanton tell me this was normal… wore them a week nothing changed. Went back yesterday and got my refund minus the eye exam which was the initial problem.. during my visit had to wait 30mins that visit and they even helped someone that walked in after me.. the woman was rude to me the whole time I was explaining why I wanted a refund. I Will never go back to this place if you value your eye sight I recommend an actual optometrist office not a store front..

She had bought her last pair from them and they were able to look up her prescription and even the exact same frames she had chosen. The associate was named Victoria. She was nothing by friendly and kind from the start. She asked about my mama and how she was doing. We chatted about our kids and being parents. She treated me like a person not just a customer. In todays world its easy to become jaded with our jobs but we must remember that people need people. That we are all connected, we all are dealing with our own struggles and that being kind and showing empathy can make a huge difference in someones life. I recommend taking your business to this Stantion Optical because you can get glasses from many places but here you get treated like a friend. They have my business in the future.

The eye Dr. was professional and very accurate in acquiring measurements for my prescription. The ladies on the sales floor worked as a team to ensure that I felt comfortable during my glasses selection phase. The sales professional who really impressed me was Jazmine. She is extremely knowledgeable about glasses options and lens specifications. Jazmine has a calculative thought process that rivals any optical database. This is in the sense that she can make recommendations directly tailored to the patients interest of eyewear as in correlates to Stanton Optical’s extensive inventory. I recommend this location to obtain an eye exam and for the purchase of eyewear.
