This Bi-Lo has always been well stocked each time I have shopped there. Clean, easy access .Clearly see from road. Yes they have wheelchair ramp, and clean restrooms. Prices are reasonable,I especially like buy one get one free items. Do need a bi- lo rewards card, is easy enough to get in store. Store aisles are wide enough for shopping carts to fit both ways with room to move around to shop. I have never witnessed blocked or cluttered aisles when shopping here. I especially like the produce section, clean, fresh fruits and vegetables. Large variety. Parking lot free of trash, shopping carts always available. Select from large or small. I highly recommend this bi-lo.

This is a very nice store to shop in the staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked they have great prices on beef and chicken. They have a local supplier I believe that supplies some local beef as well as they have Angus beef. They have the really good cuts in the deli as well they have deli meats that are very good. They have fresh bread thats excellent theyre cookies are out of this world. You like coconut cookies they have one that has almond joys and coconuts pecans they are just delicious. They have a discount for seniors on Wednesdays thats the day I always go I just shop there today got an additional 5% off my groceries which came to $8 and some change. You can use your rewards card and get discounts on gasoline at participating Shell gas stations. Shell gasoline is by far the best for your car because of the additives that they put in there help to clean your engine as you drive highly recommend Shell gasoline.please if you like my review hit the like button I need all the likes I can get it adds to my points and totals thank you.

A great local grocery store that will be closing soon. Supposedly, it will become a part of another chain of grocery stores. Otherwise, its the go-to place for good foods at great prices.

Apparently this store requires facemasks to be worn by all employees and customers. I am one of those customers that WILL NOT wear a face mask because I believe it is very unhealthy to breathe in carbon dioxide constantly. Yes they have good deals and is a very clean store and well managed with awesome customer service, but I will go elsewhere because the way I know to SAVE LIVES first is be healthy myself and its not healthy for me to breathe in my own exhaust fumes.

This isnt my neighborhood Bi-lo so it was a bit difficult finding what I was looking for.Bi-lo would be much better if stores had same lay-outs.

Usually I have a great experience with this chain of stores but today I went for some kind of ice cream that my husband loves and theyre all sold out and so was the Ingles. Maybe I can find it tomorrow after work.

I absolutely love this Bi-Lo and will drive all the way across town to come here before I ever set foot back at the HEROIN circle location. Staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The store is well stocked and clean, unlike its sister location.

The BI-LO on aASHVILLE HWY is the one I like the most.

The Bi-Lo pharmacy employees are the best. They are so helpful and always call you by name. They make you feel appreciated. I live 30 minutes away, but the drive to get where you feel like more than a number is worth every minute of it.

It’s always easy for me to get in and out of the store. I have three children so that’s a plus. It’s always clean, organized and the staff is nice. They also have the best store brand salted butter that I’ve tasted. I do a lot of from scratch cooking so quality ingredients are very important. I can depend on Bi-Lo’s brands to make my dishes taste delicious.

This location is well stocked. The cashiers and bag boys are very pleasant. What I like about going to this location is they are so personal with you. They know their regular customers. The managers are very professional and helpful. In fact the whole staff is knowledgeable of where to find specific items which is rare in the big stores. This feels like a family store. Love. It!

Good store & great employees, except behind the deli. If you ever need anything expect to be ignored for quite a while. Ive been going here for years and have never once been quickly acknowledged or helped. Every other department is friendly and eager to assist customers & deserves 5 stars.

This Bi-Lo is one of the best, but thats not saying much. The prices here are always outrages and the food is always near expiration. The staff here is usually friendly though.

Its great to see their renovation but now that they have raised prices Im only buying sales items and heading to the cheaper stores with better quality. I special ordered a certain type of meat twice with all My info and have yet to receive. Im certainly disappointed with their lack of concern for their customers.Could management get on the ball and drop these prices back to normal ? 😠

The BiLo on Reidville Rd in Spartanburg was clean and well stocked when I arrived for a casual shopping trip with a friend. I quickly found several buy 1 get 1 deals that I could not resist. The produce and meat area was well organized. I found items, such as chi chi chips, that I have not found in area stores. Cookies were also BOGO, and here you can just get one for half price. Diet pepsi was 5 for 10 bucks, but youll have to get 5 items to get that price. It was a quick in and out for me, as I went through self checkout. Easy peasy. The bad news for BiLo fans is Food Lion just bought them out. It wont be the same.

Bilo has a very clean well organized store at this location! I am impressed with the staff and the management and truly enjoyed shopping here now. (This was not always the case) Definitely worth stopping in next time you need a couple things or a full cart - excellent service, selection and best prices in town!

We chose your pharmacy bc its what we can afford out of pocket after calling every pharmacy in town. We chose you for a reason!! If we wanted Walgreens, thats where we would have gone!! No one thought is would be necessary to tell us you were CLOSING when we picked up meds less than a month ago?!? The ONLY reason we come to your store was for medicines that we can afford. I would give zero stars if it was an option, simply bc that is not how you conduct good business! People with medical conditions already have enough stress. Shame on you Bi-lo

Its always great to shop here always have everything Im looking very neatly stacked!! I went here to do my wic check and everything was perfect no problems at all. And I also buy other convenient stuff like diapers. Very convenient and also has its own coupon system you can use on the website and app!! Totally recommend!! And this supermarket its always very clean and very neat. Not to much people as well. So Im coming back to do my grocery and everything I might need! Thank you!!

Theres a manager named Sherry here...somehow she still has her job despite her horrible attitude. However the store in general and all of the other employees I encounter when I shop here are great. I will continue shopping here because its very close to my home & I know I save money. The food they cook is great as well & the deli is my fave! Happy Bilo shopper 99% of the time.

Cashier was extremely friendly and understanding. She took the groceries out of the buggy for my mother as well as bagged them and put them back in it for us!! It was very unexpected!

I feel like for as many employees were there at the time that I was, that they could have opened more registers. There were several people in line and only 2 registers open while employees were just standing around. The prices were good, and we got a couple things that were on really good sale.

Worst experience in a grocery store. Cashier refused to take my money, worst attitude of a customer service representative that I have ever seen. Called corporate and hopefully it will be handled. Not to mention I had to do my own price check just to prove she was wrong in the first place. Needless to say, if your cashiers name is BJ, watch out, it could get interesting. Oh, and if you think Manager Sherry will help, think again. Shes more focused on not upsetting her staff. While the cashier is running her mouth at me, in front of Sherry, her concern was not the customer, but making sure her cashier was ok and calm. One Bilo has already closed in the area, hints why I went there in the first place. Keep it up and youll be next. Oh and if you dont believe me, more than half of the incident was recorded.

What a train wreck...I felt like if Disney had a yesterday land, Bi Lo would be the main ride. Ill stick to Publix, process are lower and your dont need a special savings card.

Prices are ridiculously high. The pharmacy department needs some improvement. The main pharmacists is rude.

Went to Bi-Lo for the first time in over 5 years. It will be another 10 before I dare venture back. The prices were wrong throughout the store to start. Second, after getting to the register, BJ was rude as hell and refused to take quarters for a $6.00 purchase, which is illegal in all US States; All US minted dollars and coins are legal tender in all states. Sherry, a manager, advised using CoinStar to convert the quarters? We recorded the happening and called corporate whom was horrified by the experience. Corporate stated their policy is to offer coin rolls, but using logic, that would not be an option as rolls come in $10 increments; there are no $5-$6 quarter rolls. Meanwhile, the lady in front of us paid completely in random change....which leads me to believe the cashier was reverse racist as the woman was African American and I am white. I will never shop at BI-Lo again, and now understand why theyve been closing everywhere. Never again.

Im a regular shopper of Bi-lo.Offers bogo on a weekly basis. Sales are decent and can be seen in their web site. Produce is limited to just your normal eats.Wanting anything gourmet isnt there.It certainly would be betterIf produce dept.would increase their variety and lower prices, Id be buying produce there instead of Aldi, Fresh Market...

They threw a birthday cake together for me in less than an hour! And it was exactly what I needed! Thank you Bakery!!

Employees are reluctant to offer help. I have to use an electric cart, so getting needed items off the top shelves can be daunting. Easy to find specials, deli staff is great.

Busy on a Saturday. You can tell it is the only Bilo still open in Spartanburg. They have almost completely reconfigured the store, but, I think in a good way.
