Love my new electric guitar - staff was very helpful. I just wanted the bare minimum to practice on and they helped me find something low cost and functional. I really appreciated them not trying to sell me more than I needed and them testing the mini amp and guitar together before I purchased anything. Thanks guys!

The guitar teacher here Jesse is outstanding.. No spoon fed lessons here like other places and he can and will teach from beginning to Professional level in any and all styles of music.. This hands on dexterity, Music Theory and notation...not follow blindly tabs.. He is a BMG recording artist with big names and has traveled the world playing in multiple different genres.This mans students are teaching at other locations around here, so, Come invest into your guitar and musical knowledge with him.. :-) You will not regret learning as he will make you a working thinking musician, not another one of the typical guitar players ;-).. If you play guitar - Stop by and see him a bit ;-). . U will benefit from it...

My husband ordered our daughters instrument on line two weeks ago it has yet to be delivered to the school. If we had known this we wouldnt have rented from this company. They should be clear that they take forever when it is ordered on line. When you call the local office you are routed to customer service who are of no help..poor customer service! Maybe if you could actually talk to someone who works at the store this wouldnt be a problem!

I have been a customer for 8/9 years and used to buy all my kids music and supplies here but today I was in a bind and needed french horn string and they wouldnt sell it to me. They would be glad to fix it but not sell the string. Funny how Roper Music was glad to help. Ill do my business with Roper from now on.Thanks for nothing Music and Arts!

The staff were great people but I ended up taking one class of vocal lessons, not being able to show for the second, then having to pay for the next 2 weeks in order to cancel. I ended up paying $150 for one class and that left a bitter taste in my mouth despite their policy

Im not the type to complain however it seems like everytime I do business with this store its a hassle! If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would! Lets start with the fact that we were misinformed by an employee about the hole grow with me, trade in process for my sons Cello. It took 3 different visits before we found an employee who was able to upgrade us to the appropriate full size Cello. Which by the way did not come with a bow like we were assured it would. After that the brand new full size Cello was made with the wrong bridge and would not hold the strings properly for tuning. So we send it in for repair. Told one week time frame.... That turned into two weeks, no call, no update nothing, so finally after 3 weeks (last Friday) I call the store to get an update. I was told that the Cello definitely left the repair shop but wasnt on the delivery truck and wasnt in the store so they didnt know where it was. That the manager would look into it and give us a call after the memorial day holiday. Again, no call, no update! So today (Wednesday after memorial day) I call to see whats going on. Now Im being told its in the repair shop and wont be available until Friday, oh wait it was supposed to be delivered today, but it wasnt. So I ask whats taking so long and still cannot get an explanation other than I dont know! Not to mention that in the meantime my son has had to borrow a cello or miss out on end of the year ensembles and concerts, due to the lack of professionalism and customer service of Music & Arts! So know I have over $1000 tied up in an instrument that my son cant even use and that we wont even get until after the end of the school year! This will be the very last time I ever do business with them and I strongly urge you not to as well!

A SERIOUS Music Store. Quality Instruments (from axes to oboes) & all the Supplies. PLUS: Musicians that work there, unstand your needs & provide the answers!

Dont do business with this company. They will take all the money out of your bank account and leave you broke no matter how much you owe. Then their incompetent customer service reps will tell you your acting like a toddler when you call them out on it.
