Beware Of False Promotions!!!!I signed up online and everything went smoothly. The staff at the office was nice BUT the First Month Free promotion is not what it seems. I moved in on Sept 10th under the promotion thinking I would have til Oct 10th to either pay or move out like other storage places. That was not the case and was informed that I would need to pay my rent on Oct 1st or risk a late fee and being locked out. Im not happy with that at all and feel they could have been more transparent with the promotion. So if you move in later on in the month thinking youll have a full month free, you will not.

Cristina the property manager was very knowledgeable she helped me find the best unit size to fit my needs. I recommend going with her for any storage needs.

The most unprofessional experience at a rental in my life. We were given an address to a unit that had no office there so as I drove a 26 foot uhaul with a dolly inside while the gate was open we realize shes not at that location because there is no onsite office. Then told we had to go to another location to sign everything. Not only that but after we try to leave the gate was closed and you need a code to get out. After calling 5-6 times we finally got a hold of someone again and they wouldnt give us a code to get out. We had to wait until someone who already had a unit show up to let us out. Then when we arrive at the office we should have been told to go to in the first place Im met with nothing but attitude as if she did nothing wrong saying oh the sign says theres no office there...... Then when we got there we were told the online special you have to pay upfront for 3 months and pay an admin fee which was not listed online. Even when signing we were being rushed and expected to sign before reading and told us I can email you a copy after. If this wasnt my only option I wouldnt give them a dime.

Management was very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and ready to use. The unit was also very easy to drive up to for unloading. The property is very secure and in an easy location to get in and out of. Would definitely recommend storing here.

The staff was always respectful, knowledge, and helpful. The establishment was always clean and well lit. If ever I had the need to use Storage Rentals of America, I will. Thank you guys for making it so easy and convenient.

Trying to deal with the call center was a nightmare, but when I went in person it was a great, smooth experiance. There, Christina was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I recommend walking in, not not relying on a telephone conversation.

Nice people. Immaculately clean unit. Seems secure and easy to access by renters.Lock from other CubeSmart isn’t compatible at this location. So the actual cost was significantly more than the online reservation. Wasn’t told until it was time to pay that I’d not only have to pay for a lock, but also a one time fee, and their insurance because i wasn’t told ahead of time that a copy of my homeowners insurance would be required in order not to be required to purchase theirs.

Im currently laid off due to the pandemic and they would not even work with me on payments. Saying I cant make partial payments to catch up on my bill. Ive been renting with them almost a year now. Good way to look out for your customers as the whole country is either out of work or dont have a job at all

Michele is the best. We hit it off right away. Ive never used a storage unit before and words cant describe the way she made me feel. Ive worked in customer service all my life and she made me feel like a valued client. KUDOS TO MICHELE VANDERSCHANS

One night I had to pick something from the storage box quickly and as it goes if you are in a hurry, the boxes caved in and I had to sort them again, what I already hadnt planned for. Due to this I overstayed the 9.55 PM exit time by two minutes and had to ask for exit granted. So far so good.The next day the management of this facility had nothing better to do than calling me and explaining me, that they would let that slide one time and multiple times assured that if it happens again I would get evicted and would have to gather all my stuff.Lecturing me one time would have been enough. Repeating the same scenario over and over again is a pointless waste of my time and not at all appreciated.This is a behavior I regard as highly unprofessional. Additionally the manager didnt at all react to my attempts to cut her off and the scenario went on for more than 5 minutes while I was driving with colleagues in my car.Not recommended. Not at all.

Store 6420. We dealt with LaToya Foster, general manager for our check in on 6-15-16 and what a treat. Not only was she ALWAYS smiling and pleasant in general, she was more than helpful. She was extremely busy but still kept that smile and helpfulness right up front and center. CubeSmart, I hope you appreciate what you have. She truly was one of the nicest most professional people we have dealt with in a long time. What a pleasure to have that kind of service these days! Hope to do business with HER and your company again.

Not too congested with other unit owners...at least during the times that I go by there that is.

Before I even made it to SC the staff treated me so kindly. Once I got there the kindness didnt stop. Every time I needed to make a trip to move things out of my unit I, as well as my children, were constantly offered ice cold water. If I had to use a storage unit again I will definitely use Cubesmart on Reidville road. I will also recommend them to anyone .

This location of Storage Units of America is great, it’s clean and easy to navigate . And the employees here are very helpful and knowledgeable! I wouldn’t choose any other place to put all my stuff.

Great service, Michele was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I have had the pleasure (ha) of moving quite often over the last 20 years. CubeSmart has customer friendly terms and their facilities are well-lit, neat, and clean.

I was very impressed with the phone interview and the quick setup for reserving my storage unit. Once I arrived at the facility, Pamela handled all the paper work quickly and even took me out to the unit to view. I also received a phone call from LaToya checking on my reservation. I am thinking of renting a second unit from here and not going any where else. The prices are very competitive as well.

Today is my first time getting a unit with cube smart and the managers Michele and Maria were polite and friendly. So far I have not had any problems or complaints to write they were super nice and I was in and out super quickly. I would recommend them if your looking for storage units. The only downside is I do wish it could be 24/7 so its open at whatever time you need to access it, but I guess for safety its open til 10pm but heck their so nice it didnt really bother me and I got a unit with them. :) Plus your first month is free. You just pay a one time fee of $24 and $10 for your insurance and thats it. A free month of storage pretty good I think. And its month to month no CONTRACT which I liked.

I moved back with my mom and needed to find somewhere to put my belongings. I was already stressed out enough, but Maria at Cubesmart did her best to help me find something suitable for my price range and the storage I needed to fit my things. She was so sweet and made sure I was more than taken care of. Definitely recommend using this location !!

Super friendly, very helpful AND first month free (ok, well not technically free bc you had to pay a $24 admin fee...whatevs). Unit was nice and clean and the only problem is the bay door wont stay up when you roll it up. All in all, good deal. Be prepared, though, bc they require you to purchase insurance and Ive never had another place do this.

I didnt leave.....these ladies were helpful........they made time for me because I didnt know my size of storage room I needed.......we talked,,, I wasnt just someone in their face........they really need a 10......thanks for everything ladies
