Huge facility with large storage containers. Very clean and easy to get to. Dont try to turn left on New Cut Rd if your going during rush hour, its impossible.

Very nice place..employees were eager to help, and met me in a very professional manner when I first walked in the door made me feel right at home. I do think their prices are a little bit too pricey but the employees there make up for the difference they were all very nice very helpful and every time I go there they always are the same.Thank you so much for being a great U-Haul place yall keep rocking

I had a hitch put on my Jeep. Time schedules was 11:00 AM to 12:45PM. June 4, 2021Came to check on vehicle and 1:00 PM. and it was not finished. Noticed exhaust pipe droped down. I wondered if It caused any damage to exhaust system . Will have mechanic check. Called that work was finished at 2:30 PM.Inspected when got home and noticed cut mark on bumper . Also place cut out on bottom of bumper to fit hitch in. Was not told about notching bumper or cut mark. Why did technician not tellabout what he did. Bad way to do business. I would not advise using them for hitch installation.

Very clean. Well maintained. Its not the cheapest storage around. But for me, it was worth the extra dollars. Theres also random police 🚔 presence. Great benefit.

We rented 2 trailers in as many days to help a friend move. Everyone was efficient and courteous and personable. A large facility that was exceedingly well run.

Took my son to help unload the uhaul, the place was quiet and clean. A lot of carts were available for use.The lot that she got was very spacious.They were able to get the contents of an entire house in there neatly. It was perfect. If I were going to use a storage place, I would use this one.

Beware of all the fees. Thats where they get you. And boy do they get you.

We arrived a little early, so online check in was not available. I went inside and received excellent help renting a utility trailer and then the gentleman came outside and hooked it up for me. It worked perfectly for our purposes, and checking it back in was a breeze! Thank you!

Please be truthful in your reviews, because you have told a fib about the hours of operation. Please take notice of the pictures I uploaded. Theyre screenshots of both Google maps and the U-Haul website showing the hours of operation for this location. Also, please keep in mind that this is a relatively new location, and comparing it to Whitney Rd. isnt a fair comparison, plus, theres no cause for name calling !!! That store has been open for quite a few years, where this one has only been open since October 2017. According to the review you left, 3 days ago, which would have been Monday, after 8:00am and before 6:00pm, there was someone here to assist you. Any information you received regarding storage was for a different location all together. At the time of your review, this location didnt even have any storage. It was just within the past 2 weeks that we received the first of our outdoor storage facilities. So they say the first month free I called and spoke to a worker named SHANNON she said they charged me on the 30 th of September but I moved my items into the unit on August 31st 2020 so I shouldn’t been charged until October 1st which the first of the month THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DO ANYTHING TO GET MONEY THEY ALSO TRYING TO CHARGE ME FOR AN EXTRA DAY THEY CLAIMED I KEPT THE UHAUL BUT MY PAPERWORK SAYS SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT SO WATCH BEFORE YOU STORE YOUR ITEMS IN ANY UHAUL IS PLACE CUBESMART IS WAY BETTER AND ILL BE MOVING ALL MY ITEMS THERE ASAP

Had reservations for another location. No one showed up at that place so we transferred to this location. They gave us a $50 rebate as well as a discount if we delivered to a certain location. They were fast and had what we needed especially with such a short notice that we gave them.

While traveling through Spartanburg, I stopped at a QT gas station to fill up. Karl from the NW Spartanburg store was also getting gas. Apparently he had just gotten off work and was offered to check my tire pressure on the 6X12 trailer and the hitch to ensure that it was still secured properly. You rarely find people like this that go far and beyond the clock in/out. This exhibits good character. You guys in Spartanburg are fortunate to have Uhaul employees like this among you. Thanks again Nick!

Truck was ok.My issue is those boxes they sell you the handles are tearing there was 10 lbs. In a medium box handles just tore

Only issue I had requested the newer square style van to rent they confirmed they had one available but whe I went to pick it up was not available but still they provided a low mile van I still made it work attendant was apologetic. About it I still would recommend uhual.and would use them again

Website and door at office says 8-5, M-Sat and 9-5 on Sunday. NO SIGN OF LIFE hear on the 3 trips weve made to unload this truck. I have NEVER seen such a lack of concern for customers from a business before. STAY AWAY from this location and save yourself the hassle. Whitney Rd Uhaul has way better service than these jokers.

Bait and Switch, We call Uhaul on the phone over a month before moving from Myrtle Beach to Inman, was told they had a outside unit 7.5 by 23, go to the unit on the day we move and find out not only was there no unit of that size but everything they had was indoors. The units they has that we could use was 8x8x6 far to small then what we were promised. Also the unit we were going to get was the first month free, and would be 139 the second month, now would turn into over 250 because we would have had to get 4-5 of the 8x8x6 units. Do not go with this company unless you know exactly what you are getting.
