These guys do an amazing job! I have been super impressed at the timeliness of their work, quality and their honesty. We have taken vehicles in on multiple occasions where we thought it was potentially something very expensive to fix. On all of those occasions, they were thorough in their assessment and honest to tell us that it was just something minor and repaired it at little cost. They are always great at showing the old worn out parts that came off the vehicle and explaining what they fixed and why the failure happened. I would and do recommend this company to my friends.

Went in to change my old water pump. Told the mechanic ahead of time that I bought the parts for the car, never said any issue and told me that was good. So I scheduled an appointment. Went there and tried to charge me for the parts, and then refused to work on the car. Didn’t give me a clear reason. Waited two weeks only to have to find a new mechanic and deal with this kind of treatment.

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles here since 2012. Great service, very friendly staff, and were welling to help work within my budget if needed. Estimates can be given upon request at no cost to the customer. They always call first before performing the work or if any issues come about. If youre not knowledgeable about mechanics then thats okay. Before or after the repairs of your vehicle they can explain in simple terms what the problem was and how it was fixed. Old parts are often kept for explanation to show you what has happened, what the part is called and its purpose, and the best solution to have it fixed. First vehicle I brought to them was an 1992 Isuzu Trooper in near poor condition and since I didnt have enough money to pay for all the major things that needed done, we agreed that Itll be a side project for them to tinker with when they had the time. After taking possession of my Trooper for about two months, I received it in fair condition and the total cost was within my budget. They helped kept my Trooper going during two years of ownership until I decided to sell and purchase another vehicle that suited me better. We try to avoid owning vehicles with major issues. We use Motor Service at least four times a year for light service repairs. Thanks Motor Service for all of your commitment and great customer service youll provided to all of us satisfied customers!

Impeccable service and customer care. I live in Texas and try to visit relatives in the Black Hills annually. I try to hold off repairs on my vehicle until I can get to Motor Service . Its a 1000 mile trip but well worth it.
