After paying a $1026.13 dollars for a small counter top, Was told it would be here in three weeks because they had in stock! I said perfect stated he didn’t have finances to order without being paid up front! So went down to Spearfish and paid in full! Was to include install! 6 weeks later shows up with counter top delivers it and says “You don’t want me installing I would mess it up! In addition to not being cut to fit! This wasn’t Chuck original owner but new Owner! I would never again do business with if they don’t make it right! And it doesn’t even fit so we have to cut it to fit! O stars! Just gave him one more chance to make it right he said he will. When he makes it right I will remove post! I get small businesses but you have to know what includes! This was a 6 foot 4 counter! I’m on fire! Like I don’t have enough on my plate

We went in to find a young man seated by a desk. He was not wearing a mask. We informed him that we were looking at a complete redesign of our kitchen. Since this would take time, we requested he wear a mask. He refused. He said he would wear a mask in our home but not in his business. He then told a strange story about working with farm animals which made him immune to Covid-19. I explained that I felt uncomfortable, and because I was in a high risk category, I asked him once again to wear a mask. He refused again and started to talk about wood designs, etc. We walked out. He cost this business a potential of thousands of dollars because he was too obnoxious to do the right thing.
