I have been working with Medhi, the owner of Aerus Electrolux, for the past 3 weeks on repairing my 25 year old electrolux. This has been difficult for us due to the Covid 19 & I live 2 hours from Spokane. He was so patient, obliging and helpful. I ended up purchasing a new machine (I was due after 25 yrs ) and he gave me a great tradin value and price on the new Platinum Electrolux. Have it at home & love it. Hughly recommend this business for service, repairs & new purchase.
