My Kenmore that I loved, decided to call it quits. I can not believe the prices of new washes, so decided to go here. Walked in, told Ed what I was replacing, asked if he had one or something similar, he pointed me to one. We settled on price, they loaded it in my pickup. I strapped it in, bought it home, in love!

Buyers Beware,This business is running a scam on hard working individuals. Not having a lot of money, I choose to go to this shop and attempt to get a better deal on a washer and dryer. I paid 950.00 for a front load washer and dryer set. The first day I got home, the washing machine quit. In order to have this repaired I had to take it back to the store. When they fixed it and sent it out the next day, the washer arrived at my house with dozens of scratches and dents. When talking to Ed, who I presume is the stores manager, he informed me that they are not liable for damage and it unfortunate that it probably bumped around as they delivered other machines. No tie downs or covers were used and Ed refused to provide any information on how to contact his supervisor. If you want an appliance that works and won’t be damaged, DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

DO NOT purchase anything from this store. Absolute scam and the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered - if I could give 0 stars I would. Ed who I am assuming is the manager or owner of the store does not tell you upfront what their policies are until after you have paid which by the way there are no refunds/returns. 6 month warranty but you need to bring the appliance BACK to the store to be fixed. Also if your appliance is broken or damaged upon delivery and doesn’t work they are not liable. On delivery day I was told morning but they didn’t show up until almost noon - then come to find out they gave me the wrong washer !! Now they want to come back and switch it out - extremely rude on the phone telling me it will be almost a week from now and that I NEED to let them in and NEED to answer the phone . They couldn’t even give me an exact time or day - Like I’m not busy and don’t have anything to do except wait for them to fix THIER mistake. Unbelievable and they should be shut down . Go somewhere else . Not worth the money or headache

I originally planned on going to a used aappliance store closer to my house, but after being treated rudely and being shocked by how expensive the competitor was, I opted to look here. I couldnt be more pleased. Ed was the person who helped me. He was incredibly helpful, showed me what they had in stock and walked through my options with me. I was approved for a 90 days same as cash loan, which was incredibly easy to apply and qualify for. I was approved for a much higher amount than I wanted to spend. Ed knew how much Id been approved for, but he didnt try to talk me into buying something more expensive, just gave me the pros and cons of each option he showed me. They also provide delivery and installation for a very reasonable fee. I went in on Friday and will have my washer and dryer on Monday. You cant get much better than these guys. Good prices, good inventory, great service and a good financing option. I highly recommend them. Ill be back if I ever need another used appliance.

Friendly service from a local family owned store, great products and even better prices. They will repair your appliances or help you find a new one for your needs. They also take your old ones. Great place to shop!

I feel sorry for the folks that recycled/traded these in babies in.

They sold my wife a washer and dryer for $600.when we got home after installing it the wash machine did not drain at all,They would not refund our money but insisted they repair it. Now the dryer is barely working after a week of owning it. So I have to load up myself and bring it back to them so they can repair it.. I would not do business with this company again and I highly discourage anybody else from doing so.

Carl is the best. Went in needing parts to fix our dryer and left with how to fix and free parts. Would highly recommend coming here if you need some advice, parts or a whole new unit. You will leave with what you need!

November 20th we paid $380.00 for a refrigerator from this shop. It was a refrigerator for our garage, 3 weeks after having it, it stopped working. After all the food loss, driving 2 hours back to have it repaired, the manager was going to take the unit and look into, with no time frame in mind. If your appliance is left there for 30 days its considered abandoned. My husband is only home for 2 weeks. I asked him to refund, or replace the appliance, in which he refused. The only option was to leave it and come back to pick it up or fix it ourselves. Use this place at your own risk! This is not a business that takes care of their customers!

Wonderful staff. Great follow through with finding me the unit I was searching for. They originally didnt have it, but kept my number and called when they got one. Most places dont do that!

Bought a fridge for 300 bucks in may 2020 and the fan quit working nine days after I got it. I offered to just fix it here if they would.buy the new part that way I didnt have to haul it and they wouldnt have to.mess with it. Thats when they told me they only put used parts in their appliances to.satisfy their warranty. The new part was 22 dollars. They would not renew the 90 day warranty either cover the used part. So beware if you take your fridge back for warranty it will not be getting a new part. It will be getting a used one which has an unknown history or life expectancy.

Google and the sign on the door say they are open on Sunday. We loaded up the broken washer, drove to the store, only to find they are closed.

Ed helped us yesterday. Top notch customer service! We bought a fridge, washer, dryer and he helped load them into our van and managed to answer phonecalls with his wireless headset while we worked without skipping a beat! He knows the product and had good advice and pointers. Im a real customer and Ed is a real good representative for the store. Well shop here again.

They had pretty good options when we went to this store! The owner was really friendly. We got a washer and dryer that works just fine now. When we brought it home the dryer was not heating up but since theres a 90 day warranty we got it fixed and we havent had any problems! Glad we came here since washers and dryers can be so expensive.

I buy ALL my appliances here, my father owns some apartments and we also buy the appliances for the apartments here! The people are great and the delivery people go above and beyond for their customers! Since November I have bought 2 stoves and 3 sets of washer dryers! All are delivered and set up correctly. I love these guys... been buying here since the 90s.

I figured after seeing their ad on craigslist I said why not.Felt like they didnt want to be bothered,but still bought a washer from them.Had a couple of problems with the unit that I noticed but was not bothered by it until of course after the warranty(which was 90 days), it floods all over my floor.Bought a new one with the sale that is going on with the big box store.After spending about $300 with tax included I would felt as though I would be able to have at least a year or two for this washer,not 105 days.Felt ripped off and would not do business again with them.Plus, noticed they had a hand in reviewing there own business with 5 stars

I have bought my appliances here for years and was always very happy. Recently my washer went out about a week before my warranty expired. These guys went way above and beyond. They replaced my washer for free with a new/used one from the sales floor. If you want honesty, consideration and quality this is the place to go.

I virtually never post negative reviews about local businesses but I will make an exception in this case. Heres what happened. I needed a coin op washer and dryer set for one of my properties. I located a set advertised at this store. I watched them for at least 6 months and finally decided to buy them even though my laundry room was not yet ready. I called and told the salesman that I would pick them up on a given day. He assured me that theyd been completely gone through and were like bran new and worked great. He said he would put my name on them but if anyone came in wanting to buy them he would call me and Id need to pay for them over the phone or they would sell them to the other person. I got a call about 3 hours later saying that someone was there wanting them. I thought that was an odd coincidence in that they had sat for months but I paid for them over the phone. After that deal I needed a dishwasher so I called. I settled on the one I wanted and said I would be there on a given day to pick them up (I live over 1 1/2 hours away). Again I received a call within a couple hours saying that someone was there and wanted that dishwasher. Then I knew it was BS but I paid for them over the phone. When I got there to pick up the dishwasher they had sold it so I could either leave with a dishwasher I didnt choose or go empty handed. I reluctantly bought a lesser dishwasher.Due to delays it took nearly 8 months to get the laundry room ready and, when we did, we installed the washer and dryer. It quickly became evident that there were major issues with both units. The hot setting on the dryer didnt work nor did the coin op mechanism. Also one of the adjustable legs was missing. As for the washer, it would light up but wouldnt do a thing. It just sits there. Now they are both in a shop and Im facing a bill of several hundred dollars and Appliance Recyclers has lost the business of a property management company that could have been a lifelong customer of theirs. I hope it was worth it to them.

Good people operate this store. I’ve purchased several appliances and when a washing machine broke down under warranty I had zero hassle getting a replacement. The manager personally met with me and even gave me an upgrade. I highly recommend this place!

Carl was by far the most patient person with me. I had been calling around trying to either fix or replace my dryer and washer. Listening to how much everything was going to cost became overwhelming. Then when I called here his voice was kind and understanding. He answered all my questions happily. So I decided to make the drive to this location, I was able to purchase a mis matched set for less than it would have cost me for just one machine at another location. Thank you Carl for being such a great person.

I had my washer leaking and was going to spend hundreds of dollars on a new machine. I called and the sales associate talked me through step by step on how to fix the problem! So friendly and helpful!

They ripped me off with a stacker washer dryer combo. I was out of town when a rental property of mine had one of these units go out. They said they would take care of me with delivery and remove my old one. Cost me over $900 which I was okay with since they assured me the unit I was getting was a nice one. When I returned from my trip a week later I went and inspected the unit they installed and was so disappointed that it was an old piece of junk with the control panel half hanging on an it was smaller also. They wouldnt give me old one back (which was much nicer and bigger and newer - and I could have fixed it if I were in town). They also wouldnt take the junk they gave me back. I even offered to give them $100 just to take it away. At least they came and fixed the control panel. But I lost a nice 800 dollar machine for one worth maybe 250. They took advantage of me since I was out of town and has to buy something sight unseen. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY RIP OFF MILITARY.

Their warranties are a joke.....They make you bring down your appliance to there shop to fix a button on a washer.... After another employee said they would come up to house and fix the problem....Employees never call back and they give you the run around..... Good prices for appliances that dont last that long. Definitely a business for BUYERS BEWARE.

The sales guy was very friendly and helped us find what we needed. I never felt like I was being pressured to get something I didnt need and never felt like they were hiding anything from me. The prices are very reasonable and the 3 or 6 month warranty gives me more confidence in what they are selling.

I purchased a washer and dryer set for my daughter, the price was very reasonable, and had them delivered. The set arrived on time, the install went fine, they were careful not to run into the doorjam and the walls. Its been six months and the set still works great. Ill buy from here again

Bought a stove from this place a few weeks ago, from the start the big burner doesnt work. And the only way I can have it fixed is if I bring the stove back in, glad this guy has a good time ripping people off for a living.

I needed just one little part and they had it in stock—while other appliance repair stores said they’d have to order it and it would take a week to arrive. It was a more-than-fair price, too. Glad I called these guys.

The store clerk was very helpful and honest, and sold us a perfectly functional washer for cheap. We have had our washer for 2 years and have not had one problem. I recommend this business to people anytime purchasing used appliances is brought up.

WORST USED APPLIANCE PLACE EVER. Ed, the owner, talks a mean game about customer service and does NOT deliver. I bought a supposedly brand new dishwasher that had the case damaged in back which they fixed with fiberglass. They did not test it AT ALL. I know this because the tape and paper was still inside the machine. The unit was probably dropped bc the heating element was broken. The 90 day warranty is IN SHOP ONLY. So after having it installed professionally I had to take it out, bring it in. TWO WEEKS LATER they get it back to me after I have to call several times to take home and pay to reinstall. They forgot to give me the water hook up back. I go there for the fourth time while my repair guy waits on the clock. Get it come back home. NO. FRONT. PLATE. I call back and tell them I think they should bring it by my house. He refuses and isn’t even sure he has the right one. WORST SLOPPIEST SERVICE EVER. I had discussed helping the guy with his marketing before. No way in hell I would help these guys get more business. I think he lost my part bc he kept making excuses about not being there when it was taken out. YOU HAVE NO SYSTEM FOR KEEPING TRACK OF PARTS?Idiots.

We just needed a used fridge to use as a beer fridge in the garage. Appliance Recycling had several that would work, we were able to pick one missing a bit of a shelf for an incredible price! Much better prices than anywhere else we looked if youre OK with some shelving, etc. missing. They also had fully refurbished fridges for a bit more, which seemed comparable to other used appliance places and Craigslist. They also deliver for a very reasonable price!

Sell dirty and leaking washers and dryers. There are obviously no checking or refurbishing done on units. Warranty is a joke. They tell you to fix it yourself or pay to have it hauled back for them to do anything. Take your business anywhere else.

My dryer quit working and I went to the store to see about buying another used one to replace it. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I ended up bringing my dryer in to see if it was feasible to have it repaired. They provided the estimate the same day and it was very reasonable. The repairs were also completed the same day. The dryer worked for one drying cycle, then went back to having no heat. My options are to bring it back in for more diagnostics/repairs, or to pay to have them come to my home to repair. I am hesitant to have them do more work, since the first fix did not last.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!Horrible, As a disabled person would not recommend this business to anyone. I purchased a washer and dryer from them, the washer on 90 days same as cash, and a dryer cash. The washer worked, the dryer did not.They did not fully explain that with getting financing that you needed to pay $50 to open the account. Also that I would will be paying around $75 more then what the price tag was. Even though I am going to be paying it off within the 90 days.Because I installed myself, they refused to come out to my house to see what was the problem. Was told that I would have to have to bring the dryer back to them so they could diagnose the problem. Explained to them multiply time that I was disabled and getting this dryer into my house was hard enough, let alone taking it back out to bring to them. Told that bringing it back to them was the only option. I asked for a refund because the dryer didnt work, was refused. Told them if I did bring it back to them I would walk away from it because, one it didnt work, two they where not willing to accommodate me because of my disability.Had to pay for someone else to come into my home to fix a problem that they are most likely responsible for. The door latch switch wasnt reconnected when the dryer was checked at Appliance Recycling & Wholesale.So what I got from this was, 1. they didnt see if the dryer worked after they looked at it, 2. (Just from my limited experience) they are not willing to work with someone that is disabled.

I love this place bought a new stove for less than half of the new price got it home and it needed a new control panel they fixed it with a new 700 dollar part and had it fixed in four days . Awesome place

They have excellent customer service. We went in to see about getting a refurbished washer machine and instead was taught how to fix ours. Just baught the part from them and they explained how to fix it.

Bought a fridge back in September for $800. Got it SPECIFICALLY for the ice maker and how big it was to accommodate large family only to find out that the ice maker is broken and the warranty doesnt cover that. That wasnt mentioned before we bought it either.

Wish I had read these reviews before buying here. Bought a $500 upright freezer (6 month warranty) free delivery wasnt available for several days, so we borrowed truck and got it home ourselves.Unloaded, plugged it in - DOESNT WORK!!Called store and they did not seem the least bit concerned. I have a freezer full of meat at friends houses and rotting in this heat. Asked for a loaner nope, we dont do that.Finally the freezer is back at the store. I called for an update... huh, well maam, doesnt look like he got around to looking at it yet...Seriously???It is now 5:30 pm and the appliance mechanic has already left for the day ?? Without looking T my non-working freezer purchased 5 days ago???When I asked to speak w a manager I was told, ok, you have a good day.When i asked this man for his name he said I didnt need it, hed get back to me, click.I would not send my worst enemy to this place.This business is a total scam and the workers could give a damned less about their job.

A couple years ago i took my washer in he looked at it said the pulley was bad and it would cost more than it was worth to fix so i let him get rid of it then i went back a couple days later to see if there was a different one i wanted to buy it was on his sales floor then against my better judgement thought i woukd give them a try one more time my brand new washer went down so i took it to them had to pay the diagnose fee to tell me they dont know whats wrong with it then what did i pay for there a rip off and everyone that gave 5 stars will get screwed eventually and they will lose there buisness for ripping people off

I purchased a bottom fridge freezer when my fridge at home stopped working. From the moment It was delivered the fridge ran contiuasly called right away and was told I had to buy themomators at my expense so they new what the temps read before they would come out. They came out and the problem was still there a week later the offered me a comparable fridge what I got was my old fridge I donated to them and not functioning properly. I brought this to their attention right away and was told they have a right to resell my old fridge and I should be happy because now I have a 3 month warranty on it. I refused to permanently keep or accept my old fridge and was told they would be repairing the one I purchased two weeks later I call after not hearing from them and was told you can wait this is how we handle people who complain. He refused to give me a timeline of when to expect the fridge I purchased. Finally he agrees to dump the fridge I purchased at my doorstep with no warranty or to promise it would even work. Do not do business with these crooks. Now I have a non working fridge financed that I have no choice but to pay for.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! This place is a total rip off! We purchased a washer and dryer for my sister and brother in law to use while in Spokane during the time that their son was battling Leukemia so they could be close to Sacred Heart Children’s hospital. We picked up the washer and dryer and installed them. In less than one hour the washing machine flooded and the dryer just stopped working the very first time it was used. We returned both of them the very next day and was told “sorry, we don’t give refunds”. They offered to fix them for additional money! When purchasing items, even refurbished items, it is expected that the items will work, this is where our consumer rights come into play. This company is purposely selling items that don’t work in order to get more money from purchaser to fix it. This headache was not something they needed to deal with while trying to take care of their son.
