Love this store! It has the most amazing drinks and food i came 2x this week alone! Its worth looking into recipes and going and finding what you need! Very friendly and helpful in both the workers and customers. A great atmosphere and quick check out! Doesnt matter if there are 4 people or 40 you get through quick. Love these guys and will become my routine place again! I used to come 10 years ago and get hard candy for school but now i shop for great food!(:

I needed soy sauce and thats what led me to this hidden gem. The store feels small inside, but thats because it packed full of everything you never knew you wanted. Seriously, it would take hours to see everything this store has to offer. The owner was friendly and the prices reasonable. I found the best chili sauce and found a new soy thats thick and smells like molasses. Dont pass on a trip here, pull up and take your time. *the pic is of my purchase, not the store.

Great variety and customer service! The owners are so sweet and knowledgeable. Every inch of this little shop is stocked with anything you’ll ever need from an Asian market. If you can’t find something, ask the owner and she’ll know exactly where it is in an instant and she will be happy to help you. However, the store is well organized, so you shouldn’t have any trouble. She will also know which products are the best for what you are making. The prices are great as well. This is the only Asian market in Spokane that my husband and I will be shopping at from now on.

Very Unfriendly. After I payed with credit card, the cashier throwed my credit card in the desk and left without any words although we did nothing but just paying. This market was the worst place I ever been in America. I found this market is lack of good service and felt very bad.

This store just makes me happy. I go there for the green chillies, and all the fresh veggies that come on Wednesdays and any last minute indian groceries that I need. Pretty much has everything I need and Paula is just super helpful and friendly.

We picked up several items, excited to get them as this was our first time here, but then we looked at the expiration dates and theyd all expired SEVERAL YEARS AGO. Some garlic paste we had expired in 2012. There was another thing my mom had that expired 2014. I dont know who gave these gross expired items to this store, but i hope the owner takes a closer look at that. We put everything back and didnt buy anything. We wont be coming back.

If you love to cook Asian food, and you need the proper ingredients to have it taste the best it can be, Oriental Market provides a variety of options. Its a small grocery store run by a cute couple who is as friendly as they come. Sometimes, you might even get some cooking tips from Pon, who is an excellent cook herself.

They have a good selection of indian groceries - as compared to the rest of the markets. The owners are very nice and if you let them know what youre looking for, theyll try and order it for you. Just have to be patient. Things do turn up and you can always call ahead and ask.

This place reminds me of SE Asia so much, the woman who runs it is great too. She always has the brands that the other places dont.

This place is not for everyone. It’s beyond not aesthetically pleasing but I guarantee that the folks who shop here do not shop here for that reason. I can always find every single ingredient in need for authentic Asian and Indian food. The store isn’t intuitive but the folks are super helpful. I go in maybe 6 times a year but they always remember me. Good people.

Really great atmosphere with kind and helpful staff, but the parking lot can be a pain to get in and out of. I have been getting a bit of my cooking supplies here lately and its really neat. I still havent found out if they have prawn crackers though.

This place is awesome. I cook a lot of south Indian food and its the only place I could find it town that has some of the more specialty items like pickle and the ingredients to make mango pickle. Its also reasonably priced.

One of the few stores with a wide array of oriental products. If youre African, this store provides a wide variety of west African food items besides the African market and beauty supply shop that recently opened up on Sprague about 3 months ago. You can also find Asian foods and some middle eastern foods here as well.

If you are looking for staples in an Asian kitchen, you will most likely find it here. They get their shipments Wednesdays, so if you are wanting the freshest produce, go Wednesday morning, just be prepared for a line because her regulars know when to go for the freshest produce.

Probably the best selection of international food in Spokane. The name says Oriental, but they offer many more staples from around the world. Market day is Wednesdays so fresh fruits, veggies and breads are there, just go early.

I really like to eat and cook Asian food, so this is my go to spot in town to shop for ingredients. Depending on the day there will be more fresh produce than others but they usually have what you need. Good prices and good food!

Stopped by to get some bubble tea straws (that I use for smoothies). While I was at it, I also purchased some exotic sparkling sodas, the coconut flavored for me, and the ginger flavored one for my wife.Plus, I found my grandsons favorite brand of ramen.

This is one of my favorite places. When I walk in, I feel like Ive been transported to Bangkok. They carry all the best asian food ingredients, including fresh vegetables. They even have fresh okra and giant papaya (for thai papaya salad) sometimes. I highly recommend Oriental Market!

Many years ago (some 20 or so years)I had the opportunity to take Thai cooking lessons from Pon, at her Oriental Market. To this day I enjoy the recipes and knowledge I gained from her during those lessons. I am committed to shop at her store because of the long term relationship weve established, because of her low prices, because of the amazing selection of products under one roof, and because I believe in supporting the mom and pop small business owner(s) that are truly a rarity in todays mega store marketplace. This place is one of the originals in Spokane and my loyalty will remain there for the duration. Heres to 20 more years !!

We go there to buy mostly Indian grocery items, as it is one of the very few places in Spokane that keeps Indian grocery items. But you need to be very careful while buying any items because sometimes there are items that has got expired.

Updated my review as the so called owner Jerry is a rude man. They are selling some spices which are best by Sep 2020 and today is March 2021. As we try to ask Jerry, he was mad at us and asked us to look up FDA’s website. Don’t worry Jerry we will look up there also we will complain at BBB. We were shopping a lot here but they underestimate us. Once they billed me 92x$0.8 of nothing and I have to drive back to them for refund but I didn’t complain that time. No more penny for you guys anymore. Don’t forget to look my previous review at snap shot.
