Spoke to a salesman today about purchasing a mini excavator very knowledgeable and new excalty what i wanted. When I am ready to make my purchase they will be first on my list.

Rented a 301 mini, price was fair and in good working order. Took a while for them to get it ready.

Western states cat always comes through for my business with the parts I need.

I love Cat. But Western States is so unorganized. Youll buy something and it wont work and waste tons of time dealing with their unorganized business. Unfortunately, other equipment dealers arent much better. The problem in particular with Western States is that they just dont care about you, the client.

The store is clean, some of the clerks couldnt figure out the right filter, but we got it and they were very apologic. Great store

They had the hydraulic additive recommend by the manufacturer for RV hydraulic leveling system.

My wife and son got into a car accident directly in front of there building. A couple of employees ran out immediately to help. After finding my wife and son upset but other than that ok, they ran back for some ice and brought my son a toy truck from there showroom. Hospitality like that is hard to find anymore and theses guys went above and beyond. I have no way to thank them other than to tell them- thank you.
