I drove 60 miles after making an appointment for safety Recall work to be done. At the time I made the appointment i was told to allow up to 3 hrs but it would probably be less. I arrived early for my 11:30 appointment And was told 2-3 hrs. It has now been over 4 hrs of waiting, no end in sight! At 2:30 i checked and they hadn’t even started yet. When i talked to the service rep i got No apologies except it was kind of overlooked.... But give them 45 minutes and it will be ready. When I finally did pick up my car after 4 1/4 hrs i was told they had computer snafu which is why it took so long. Yeah, Rrrrrright! I have bought 3 cars from Larry Miller Toyota And have almost always had good service. Not this time I should have taken it elsewhere! I will never really know what the real story was, but I’m guessing because this was a Recall the $$$ wasn’t as valuable to them as real paying customers so i got on the “we’ll get around to later” list.
Took our vehicle in for its first service and had a great experience. From the more we arrived until out vehicle was ready everything went as advertised. The getting crew set expectations early, the waiting area was comfortable and well appointed, and our car was serviced on schedule. Great job by the entire team.

I called today to make an appt. to get my Toyota Avalon serviced - NO ONE ANSWERED - I called twice!I guess you dont wish to service Toyota vehicles...And Im not calling you again. Ill drive to Coeur dAlene.Ill be surprised if this post is answered.

Needed a new battery for a key fob that was failing. The screws were stripped but the service tech managed to change the battery anyway. Charged less then $10 including the battery for a 20 minute process. Much appreciated!

Person answering the phone doesnt know how to communicate with someone asking questions... clearly was bent out of shape and uncomfortable with communication.
Clean, efficient space, good selection of waiting areas, play room for children, great service, good ride service.
