When the heck did an oil change reach the $100 point!!? The price posted on line for high mileage was $49 base price ... Base price I paid was $79! Other than the sticker price shock, the service was great! Zach was delightful and did a wonderful job with my car! :)

The quickest and best place to go for an oil change as well as filter changes (these are the only services that I’ve had done here so all that I can attest to) but they offer many services. Very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. I will NOT go anywhere else. Jeff, Rob and Chuck are amazing!!

Would have given them a 5 but they tried to put the wrong wiper blade on. Although the young man who replaced it figured out that it was wrong and checked so alls well.

Heard one employee say center brake light was out. Asked technician at checkout if all was good. He said yes. Also see on check list the air pressure was 35 pounds all tires! I had just aired all 4 tires to reccomend 44 pounds and verified that when I returned home!! So would not trust this store again. My first and last time here.

They said they filled my tires to proper level but they didnt

Lots of pressure/talk about extra services that I wasnt interested in. I asked them to check my tire pressure twice but they didnt and on my service sheet it said I declined it. The quality of the service seemed not as good as Valvoline. Valvoline shows me the fluids on a sheet. Also seemed more expensive and didnt go over price before service.

I took my car in to have an oil leak checked out. They got to it quickly and told me that the problem was a leak in my oil pan. They were not able to fix it, but they showed it to me so I could take a picture for a mechanic. They were extremely helpful and courteous. I fully expected to pay something for having them take my car in and take a look at it, but they didnt charge me anything. Kudos to Jeff for excellent customer service!

The mechanic told me he was ready to cash me out. I asked how much it was. He replied with whatever I told you over the phone. I didnt remember how much it was so I gave him more then what I thought the estimate was. He said this should be enough. And gave me my 3 dollars back in quarters. He didnt go over what he had done and checked on my car like every other place Ive had my oil changed. Seriously bad customer service.

Always friendly, always fast service. Every time I come for an oil change I get the impression that they are happy to have my business. Have been coming to this location for years and always have had good service.

We have had mixed service here. It used to be quite good, but the last time we went they could not even find our car in their system. They said the fluids were fine, but we took the car in for service a couple of weeks later and the transmission fluid was noticeably low.

Best service in town! These guys are the best! I was stuck with a flat and low oil, even after they closed and literally helped me after they had everything shut down. Shout out zack and Steve! You guys are the real MVPs. I would have been stuck all night without them!

Its not about when things go right, its about when they go wrong. I brought my vehicle in for a routine service and unfortunately I wasnt happy with the condition of my vehicle when returned. When brought up, the situation was handled more professionally than Ive seen dealerships act. They took responsibility of the matter and were persistent in solving the issue with multiple follow ups. The branch manager Jeff has been quick to respond and has owned up to every ounce of their guarantee. I cant say enough good things about this company and thats after it all went wrong. Despite my most recent interaction not going well, I wont hesitate to take my familys vehicles there for service and maintenance. They STAND behind their product.

Courteous and efficient

These guys absolutely saved the day. We were halfway through a trip and noticed a brake issue while stopping for dinner. We pulled into the shop right before they closed. They diagnosed the problem, had a new part delivered in minutes and fixed it, while staying after closing to fix it. Jeff and the crew were fantastic to us. A huge thank you to this business.

I recommend Grease Monkey if you are looking for a place that will get you in and get you out. These guys aim to please and do a good job while they are at it! We will be back and will be recommending them to our friends. One little gesture that I thought was so kind was I found a white carnation lying on the dashboard when I got into my car. Very nice.

I took my car here for an oil change and made the silly mistake of taking my dad (because we were going to have lunch while I was waiting) and as soon as my dad came into the line of site the Grease Monkey employee he stopped talking to me and only talked to my dad even though I (a female) made it clear it was my car.I do not appreciate being made to feel lesser because Im a female.I will never go here again.

I have been coming here for years. They are always friendly and courteous. I like having the door opened for me and theres always a flower on the dash.

Untrustworthy. Had just gotten in town after a long trip and took my car in knowing it needed an oil change ASAP. I have no idea what they did to my car, but there is no way they could have changed the oil. After only a few days of driving around after my supposed “oil change” my car was acting up worse then it ever has. I went and bought a filter and oil to change it myself. What came out of my oil pan didn’t even look like oil, it was sludge. It literally came out in chunks. This was 4 days after they supposedly changed my oil. And yes they upsale hard! Taking my car here was a $120 mistake that I’ll never do again. Consider yourself warned.

$178 for a simple oil change....$40 full service 4x4 oil change which normally includes the oil and filter, but no. Then charged $58 for the oil, $13 for oil filter and $49 for a new fuel filter which we had already changed out recently. Save yourself $150 bucks and just go to walmart service center. What a ripoff!!

I brought both of my cars in today to have one if them look at for a noise coming from one of the tires and the other to have the brakes looked at. One of the mechanics informed me that it would be about an hour before they can look at it. I took one of my vehicles and left the other for them to look at. I came back over an hour later and my vehicle was still sitting in the same spot. I waited in my vehicle and watched as several mechanics were taking their breaks and closing all the bay doors. I then entered the store and waited for help. After several minutes someone finally came in and asked if I need help. I then asked what the status was on my first vehicle was and they stated they hadnt gotten to it yet but would i like to speak to a manager. I replied yes. I waited for a few moments and realized no one was coming. I then looked outside and observed all of them standing out back smoking cigarettes and hanging out. I then asked again for a manager. Finally a manager came in and asked if I needed help. I replied yes. I would like my keys so I could go somewhere else. Without saying anything the manager just handed me my keys. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

I live a few blocks away from oil can hennerys, which is were I used to get my oil changed, I never liked going there because I have to wait in my car and get bombarded by there up sales, my cousin told me to go to grease monkey, which is right down the road, never knew they were even there. when I pulled up I was immediately greeted by a very friendly man, and they got my car in right away.I was very surprised at there lobby. in a great way. It was so clean, and they have amazing coffee, and fresh made cookies. The same man who greeted me came in a few minuets later with his Service Review, I thought to my self, o great here comes the high pressure sales.... he showed me my dirty air filter and it was filthy, he asked if I would like It to be replaced, and I said yes. He then gave me all my recommendations my manufactures mileage, and asked if I would like any of these services completed today, I said just the air filter and oil change, he replied great we will take care of those and have you out in a few minuets, and not 5 min later I was being cashed out. Not only was there no high pressure sales, they were very kind and professional. I have recommended all my family and friends here and we are all very exited to have a great place to take our cars.

Brought my Van in here to get a full synthetic oil change. Paid almost $90. They over-filled my vehicle with motor oil by At Least a Quart & a Half. We found out because it was running weird; a couple weeks after the service with Grease Monkey we checked our oil & it was wayyy over filled! We had to empty out quite a bit of oil, until it was back at normal level-was over half of an oil catching bucket full!! Crazy! After I got the oil change here, my vehicle just didnt run the same.

So I went in for an oil change and when I asked for conventional 5w-30 I over heard one of the employees say to another that I was an idiot, and that I must not care about my car. I brushed that off, but while I was in the lobby I began to hear that same gentleman screaming profanities at the top of his lungs while my 2 young children were listening to every word he said. I am extremely disappointed with the way that these people acted in a professional setting. I dont think that I will be going back anytime soon, I dont need my children knowing what the F word is.

I took my car in for an oil change not too long ago. The guys were very nice and professional and I was happy with the service I received. However, they are definnently very heavy on sales and tried to sell me a bunch of services for my car that would ve ended up being unnecessary. For example, They told me I had a a headlight out when I in fact did not. I dont think this will necessarily prevent me from going back. I just know to be adamant that all I will be needing is an oil change and nothing else and not buy into the old up selling tricks.

If they break anything in your vehicle they will only honor their “warranty” if THEY get to diagnose the problem, if you take it anywhere else then they will blame everything on the other guy. If you break something in my vehicle, why would I ever take it back to you? Most deceptive business practice I’ve seen in a long time. Only spoke with owner and upper management and both are serious scumbags. Stay as far away from them as you can. Cannot discourage anybody from going her hard enough. Grade A swindlers. Will never return.

They put the WRONG oil in my vehicle and now it sounds like a damn Go-Kart. Do you really want someone monkeying around with your car? Shoulda known, its in the damn name.

I would like to warn anyone thinking of getting services done at Grease Monkey at the Wandermere location.I went there to get my oil changed knowing that it was a synthetic oil and looking at the board shows that the cost of this service is $71.99 when my service was completed they are going over on the computer with me what had been done and they were charging me $91.99 for my oil change and when I questioned the charge they said well your car takes special synthetic oil its 5w 40 what kind of crap is that? NO ONE told me that my car takes special synthetic (which it doesnt) they just charged me for it and no, they did not honor the price of $71.99 as any reputable company would have. If I would of known I was going to be charged an additional $20.00 for special synthetic I would of got in my car, left and taken it to the dealer where the oil change is $64.99Did they do this because I am a woman? I would say, yes. Why do I say that? Looking at my invoice it shows they put Mobil Delvac 1 in my car (which is the special synthetic oil my car requires) thing is my car is not a diesel engine which is what Mobil Delvac 1 is used for and also to verify what oil my vehicle takes I had a man call other Grease Monkey locations in the United States and they all said no, it doesnt require Delvac...hmmm, interesting. This was my first and last visit and I would never recommend going there.

When I need a oil change Grease Monkey is where I take it, so when my car started smoking from the hood while I was at a stop light headed to work I ran it over to them asap,The boys at grease monkey sprang to action and told me I was leaking coolant, they got a $5 bottle of stop leak to temp fix my car so I can get back on the road. Didnt get charged a dime and was in and out of there. Thank you. :)
