I took my car in recently when I got a notice about a recalled part in the mail. Scheduling the initial inspection visit by phone was very quick and pleasant. They informed me while on the phone the first visit was just to check if I had the part being recalled and a second appointment would be needed for replacing the part. I waited at the service center during the visit (they estimate 2 hours for inspection) and after about 1.5 hours they informed me I did need the replacement and they had the parts in stock due to another customer they were meant for no longer needing them (other customer car was in an accident and car was totaled). They asked if I would like to replace the parts that day and estimated another 1.5 hours wait. I said yes. The whole time I spent at the service center was about 3 hours. They have a text update service and I used it to get a status update on my car near the end of the estimated time. Overall it was a pleasant and uneventful visit. Most other customers in the waiting area were fine though one male waiting did not have his mask up and was talking on his phone for about 40 minutes which was annoying.

I dont always have the best experience with dealerships Larry H Miller Honda has a very good service department and sells department Andrew the GM is absolutely amazing Bradley a sales manager is absolutely amazing.Things may not always go as planned nobody wants to spend a lot of money fixing things but let me tell you they do understand life happens and they are willing to try and work with you where they can dont forget these people are at work trying to keep food on their tables for their families as well be nice again thank you Larry H Miller Honda

My seatbelt hasnt been working properly for a while, it recoils very slowly and sometimes jams all together causing me to have to yank on it for about 5 minutes to get functioning again. I read about Hondas lifetime warranty on seatbelts so decided to take it down to get fixed. They quoted me $600+ to fix the issue, when I asked about the warranty they told me it isnt broken enough to qualify for the warranty. I asked them if I had to wait for it to jam up again for them to fix and they told me yes, unless we cant pull on it it doesnt qualify. It is extremely clear the seatbelt isnt functioning properly, and their reply is very frustrating. I am under the impression they simply did not want to do the work because I was asking for it to be covered under warranty. I immediately drove to the mechanic I have used in the past and he quoted me $110 for the fix. Next time I buy a Honda I will be sure to avoid this place.

It’s hit or miss with these guys. Sometimes I get good info, parts, and service and at other times they have tried to cheat me. They tried to sell my mom an Automatic transmission flush on her 5 spd. manual car. Yesterday I got a $185 quote for parts and they wanted to charge $210 for the same parts the very next day. Customer out of necessity, not by choice.

You can read my review or not. I am a customer of Larry H Miller. I bought a 2013 Honda CRV brand new from them in 2013. I have been going to Honda service ever since I bought my car for my oil change. I needed some stuff to my car, then so I checked their prices against other people and they were very high so the recommended service that was to be done I had other people do. I went back for Honda to just change my oil because I have free oil changes with the car I bought. They said I needed to have some things done, one was my brakes needed to be changed the fluid needed to be changed and there rear differential fluid needed to be changed. I had already done that with another car company. So now I know that Honda lies. I will never buy a car from them and I will never have my oil changes done through them again. And we have bought 2 cars with them a Honda element in 2009 in a brand new Honds CRV 2013.

So my wife and I put are 2007 Honda CRV in the shop at downtown Honda and I only use non ethanol fuel in my car. At the time I was averaging 30.1 miles to the gallon. Now alls I had Honda do was replaced my spark plugs and do a valve adjustment and a 4-way alignment since that day three or four months ago Ive only been getting 22.3 to 23 miles per gallon since I pulled it off downtown Hondas lot. So I called down there and talk to one of the guys not sure who it was but he started yelling at me my mother could hear him from Clear across the room. Telling me it could be because Im not using non ethanol gas or its something else or something else just giving me the runaround. I know my car very well, and when I put it in the shop getting 30 miles +to the gallon and it comes out of the shop only getting 23 miles to the gallon at most. Well something just doesnt seem right to me. Downtown Honda wouldnt even acknowledge the fact that maybe they messed up for once and didnt even offer me to bring my car down and take it for a road test or anything. No offers to check to see if the problem was their fault. For me I absolutely believe downtown Honda messed something up. I mean were talking about eight miles to the gallon that just disappeared gone. No offers to see if the valve adjustment was done wrong or the spark plugs were gapped wrong. I mean if a valve adjustment is done wrong is my engine in trouble theres questions. Got me concerned a very great amount. I mean you dont just lose eight miles per gallon just like that after downtown Honda has made improvements Ive paid good money for those improvements. Im hoping downtown Honda work with me on this to fix this problem. Im just not having much Faith right now in downtown Honda after my last phone call.

I emailed dealership about best price on a 2018 Honda Pilot ??? They responded where did I live?? (Confusing at best) I wanna buy a car specifically mentioned above..then she (jennifer larson) Internet salesman responds if you just tell us the price you want, we could help you better (my interpretation) so I responded I can’t buy and sell it for you!!! With a later response she sends pricing...as I move on looking for a deal...I find one...copy an paste it to her in an email with a response...then she responds goodluck “TOOL” ....mmmmmm I’m not sure how,when, or why,??? this could ever be appropriate and I would never buy a Honda from this dealership w/o them firing their internet person!! Jennifer Larson!!! I’ve been in customer service all my life 48 yrs...an thought some pretty bad things about customers, but never in my wildest imaginations, would I convey my thought in an email response, where someone could have documentation of pure stupidity and then to represent a HONDA DEALERSHIP which I’ve owned 12-15 Honda’s currently 2 in my home now!!! My Moms Ridgeline had a bizarre issue where the windows, sunroof, door locks, dash lights, etc. all stopped working, and it was stuck in Park!! Had it towed to Honda on 5/11/15 and they went out of their way to fix it for her (dead fuse--not a blown fuse) and get her back on the road so she could drive home to Seattle. People complain a lot about service departments but these folks were top-notch. Thanks, guys!

Very bad service went there for a car they wouldnt even let us test drive one maybe it was the way we were dressed never judge a book by its cover and thats exactly what they do to you we went to Idaho Toyota and gave us test drive a new car no questions asked Idaho no problem Toyota. Toyota of Spokane Washington and Honda of Spokane Washington very poor service highly disappointed
