So u know that saying You get what you pay for?? Not here, most definitely the other way around, you get great service as well as not the run around to a bunch of different quotes. You can let them know your price range weather low or high youll be treated the same way. I actually had mom drop my daughter off there for me who was also at the time looking to get to new tires as well and she thought their services great enough that she canceled elsewhere and went ahead to get his tires theyre done instead! And they give you this time of when they think theyll be done dont know if it happens all the time but I know for her and I they were done long before then. Thank you poor boys I will recommend you to anyone looking for rims tires tires to be put on and more 😊

These guys are hands down the best. We were in a tough situation while driving cross country and they saved us for sure. Nice used tires very affordable. We literally pulled up and left 25 minutes later replacing our flat and back on the road. Highly recommend. Drove 2500 miles home with no issues.

Ive always gone to provoice tire Ive needed something done with tires or rims. I was on my way to the hospital the other day in my car and I still had studied tires on the front because my truck was broke down so I had to take the car. The reason for going there was I got pulled over because of my stead of tires on the front Lord knows it is way after the date of getting them off. I went in to see if I could find a couple used tires and a gentleman by the name of Skip who works there offered to take the studs out of my tires. He immediately started taking the studs out helping me with my situation and I gave him 20 bucks Thats all I had in my pocket he would have taken less but I was so thankful for his help and doing it right away theyre always helpful and polite I recommend them

Called Mike first thing in the morning to see if they had my tires, and unfortunately they were fresh out. Mike was extremely nice and sent me over to Randys. Will be visiting Poor Boys for any tires I need in the future!

They said that my daughter car was going to cost me a lot of money to fix it. Took it from there and took it to a different place and it wasnt even what the guy said it was and it was cheaperto fix then what he was even going to do. I well never take another car to this place they charge way to much and wasnt even going to fix it right.

I had a screw or nail in my tire this morning. I went to Poor Boys and they had my tire repaired within 40 minutes. They got me right in. Very happy with the prompt service.

After waiting over 4 hrs, my car was finally done. Idk what the guy (mike) did but my car is messed up! the ABS light is still on, and now the check engine light is on! my air suspension keeps come on while Im driving. I feel like my car slides when I drive on the freeway. besides all the extra problems I NEVER had before, this particular employee had a bad attitude. very unprofessional! I would go sumwhere else for brake service. although the Tim guy is awesome! they need to get rid of Mike before he ruins their rep! Poor Boys has always been good to me n my husband.

I had bought 4 tires last year from these guys. They were very nice and professional. For the last few months Ive been riding on a spare due to a screw I ran over on one tire and a nail in another. Both front tires. The guy who really saved my day was Ray. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He not only explained everything he was doing while doing it but seemed genuinely happy to be helping. I definitely recommend these guys.

Website said they closed at 5 call them and they close the doors at 4:30. Was trying to get my car in so they can mount and balance two wheels and tires. Pulled in at 4:25 but the light was already gone. The bay doors were still open. I called him and asked him what time they closed and they told me that they closing the doors right now. Interesting if you guys say you close at 5 and should be open till 5 if you close any earlier than that then you should say that the shop will close at 4:30. On Google.

Poor Boys delivers time and again. Ordered my tires on Monday and by Tuesday morning I had my new wheels on my rig. Great customer service and honest hardworking men. Cant beat that combo.

Had a flat full of fix a flat that wouldnt hold air. Was there for maybe 20 minutes, they found 2 nails and the tip of a razorblade. Patched it all up.Im back on the road for less than $20!!!Thanks!

Mike was awesome!! Got 1 used tire for under $50, thats with balance and mounting!! And had me out of the shop in under 45 minutes!! He also gave me some awesome quotes for some work that I need done!! Definitely will be returning!!

Poor Boys has made my fears of not finding winter tires for my car disappear! I was about to have to pay well over $1000 for new set of rims and tires for my car. Not here, though! They hooked me up, took a trade for tires that wouldn’t work for me, and I am highly highly recommending this company to everyone in Spokane for their tire needs!!! Absolutely fantastic company!

Came in to get a tire fix, picked up a nail. They quoted me 15.00, called me when it was done. I went to pick it up and they said dont worry about it. Ive never had a bad experience with them, they are awesome.

Helps you out with cheaper services. Ive always taken my car here without fail. My only issue is that they think they know it all, which of course they are car experts but when Im telling you specifically whats going on over and over, dont brush people off. Because, yeah... I was right!

After getting tires they over torque lug nuts Sheering off two of them. And then taking two days to fix it! I will never go back worst customer service I have ever experienced! And do not know what they are doing!

Very disappointed in their service purchased tires from them and they offered free tire rotation but every time I went there they turned me away saying they are too busy and they don’t have time... would not recommend because why offer something that you can not deliver.

I went to a few places to get quotes and chose this place mostly because the guy was so charismatic, knowledgeable and just made me feel good about everything. I know nothing about cars but now I know about winter/all season tires and am currently getting my winter tires as I type! Every employee I come in contact with is so nice. Thanks Poor Boys.

Will go to them from now on for everything automotive and tire. First time and the mechanic Chris brought me to the back and showed me what needed to be done on my truck . Very knowledgeable. The owner Nancy was a pleasure to work with and also knowledgeable. The prices were the best. I called 5 places in Spokane.

After Les swab quoted me 1100$ to fix a wobbly tire. The upstanding folks at poor boys fixed my issue for free. Turns out instead of a new suspension system I only needed a tire balance.Thank you to everyone at poor boys for being stand up individuals.

Dont let the kinda funky outward appearance fool you. This is a great spot. They do good work, theyre fast, their prices are great. Theyre friendly, free popcorn, theyll make enjoyable small talk while you wait. All in all, a great location.

Just had the best mechanic experience Ive have had, highly recommend taking your business here! They did an oil change, rotors and break pads on my car. I though that I might need a tune up too but they checked it out and said my car looked fine and didnt need it (That saved me about $400).They did a great job of communicating with me the whole time to keep me updated. Super nice, super honest and my car was ready in a timely manner. I really appreciate that in a company. Will be returning in the future. Thanks Poor Boys!

Great customer service

This is a great place to go to save money if you have an older car like 2006 or older worth under $10k. They know enough to get it done at a good price for that. So, I am satisfied. If you drive a $80,000 car, youre just an idiot any way, so take it to the dealership and pay then $500 for a tire rotation. =)

After picking up a couple tires to replace the ones we had slashed, we drove away only to find out one was bad. The guys at Poor Boys swapped it out with a smile and a handshake. As someone who grew up around shops, Im glad to find one thats so honest, and forthright. Ill be happy to come back here again and again.

Best prices and most reliable service. Never been steered wrong or over charged. Just had new breaks put on and a couple of other minor adjustments and paid a little over $400. Another shop quoted me $1,100 for new breaks without the extras I had done here.

Every time I call they are friendly and helpful, and I got a used tire from them in an emergency a while back when I was stranded with my new baby and they gave me a wonderful deal. Great place.
