Attentive and friendly service writers. Didn’t feel like I was being talked into anything. Good communication through the day. Seems like the team like working together.
*UPDATE*This is responding the the owners response...I emailed Ken Toon on 9/22 and never received a response via email or phone call! Im not surprised really!Look I understand unforseen circumstances pop up now and again and appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled....but there are no good excuses for lack of communication or customer service!Service department has horrible customer customer service! If I could give this zero stars I would! I will never go back to this dealership!Had an appointment at 9:30am and was told at 3:00pm that they were too busy to look at my car...even though I had the scheduled appointment! I was told that just because I have an appointment doesnt mean that my car is guaranteed to be looked at...that doesnt even make sense! Well off to Gus Johnson I go! Maybe they want the business!
Bruce Warren was professional and friendly. Great customer service.
Outstanding service as usual. Mathew and the service go out of their way to ensure I was updated throughout the day on progress. Everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Would absolutely highly recommend.
We scheduled repairs TWO WEEKS before delivery to Wendle Ford. When we delivered our vehicle at 7:30 am, they had it all day. We called for check ups twice to pick it up for a 4 hour repair schedule. Finally by 3:30 pm we were told they did Not have, nor had they ordered the correct part. They ordered it, and it came two days later, as our car sat in their lot. Repairs were made, and upon driving home, there is a new squeak in the area of the repair. We shall see if it has stopped today. We live 40 miles north of town, so scheduled repairs and delivery of any vehicle is a chore.
Wendel Ford refuses to do warranty work if it is a problem that will take some time to locate and fix the issue. I have a drivetrain vibration that has been there since I bought the truck brand new. They took it for a test drive and said it wasnt that bad. I drive it every day and it is a very annoying problem. People that ride with me ask me what that vibration is.Now my 36000 mile warranty is up and I still have the problem.Consider this problem when buying a Ford as Wendel may or may not want to take the time to fix an issue if they cant figure it out easily. Its not right when you buy a brand new truck and it vibrates when you drive it and the Ford mechanics wont stand behind the truck and figure out what is wrong.BUYER BEWARE!
They did a great job. Received the gift certificate as a birthday present and truck looks an smells new.
Only place to go for Ford service! Great people 👏
Service was quick and great that I was set up in a rental at no charge when I traveled 2 hrs to get to this location for service.
JR was great checking me in this morning even though it was the first day with a new computer system. :)
Good service and fair prices. I particularly appreciate the texting option for updates on my 1997 Expedition diagnostics for the check engine light. Will use their service again.
The service was great but a little longer than i expected.
Josh and the entire service department ALWAYS take fantastic care of me with both my personal and business vehicles. I dont go anywhere else.
The Service Department took excellent care of me.
I needed an oil change while traveling. They got me right in and took care of it. They included a complementary wash. I interacted with several members of the team (phone and in person) and to a person they were helpful, polite and interested in my business. Very good experience - Highly recommend.
Hate getting service done here.. always end up having to go back ... dont think the mechanics know what they are doing
Was awsome
Always great service!!!
Was very helpful and professional
Fast
I was told my car would take a few hours. Then after not hearing anything we’ll after that I had to contact them three times before I got ahold of the service person. I was told nothing had been done yet. But good news they would be able to change my oil today. But not fix the issues I brought it in for regarding my doors. Despite having set up an appointment far in advance for specifically that. I ended up having to leave my car over night. Not an easy thing to coordinate being a single parent and working 50 hours a week. Usually they rotate my tires. check my fluid levels and tire pressure. However that was not done. Service used to be good here that’s why I prepaid for oil changes and purchased the extended warranty. The excuse I was given was they don’t know how busy they’re going to be from day to day. Isn’t that why people schedule appointments a month ahead of time?
