I moved from Florida to Idaho right before Xmas, and then had issues on a Friday right before Xmas. Even though I ended up driving it right to this shop at around 1:30 so in the afternoon. They ended up getting the car fixed for a reasonable price early Christmas Eve morning and I was able to save like 4 days on my car rental. These guys are professional, timely, and very friendly.

My old Saab broke down on I90, too far to tow to Spokane. When the shop in another town gave me the estimate, I called John and he discussed the repair and options with me. What a gem! He took the time to be kind and patient with me and my problem even though he was not doing the work. I appreciated his knowledge and experience in evaluating the scope of repair.

The owner and chief diagnostic tech John is great. He owns and drive Saabs. He treats your car as if it is his own. Brad the chief mechanic and technician is very very knowledgeable and does great work. I can not say enough nice things. They believe in preventive maintenance in order to save you money down the road.Do not take my word but instead take your car to them and find out for your self.

John and Brad have been taking excellent care of my SAABs since 1994. They are very comprehensive in their approach to repairs and maintenance, with the goal to keep your SAAB running trouble free for as long as you care to drive it. Usually when I call to describe a problem my car is having, John generally is able to tell me what the likely culprit is and what it will take to fix it. They always tell me exactly what the repairs will involve and are willing to use good used parts to keep the costs down a bit. John and Brad are always ready to give advice and suggestions per your request, and it is always a pleasure to go their boutique size shop and avoid the production line lack of personal attention which prevails in the big dealership shops. After the repairs are done, John usually takes the car for a short test drive, to make sure the problem has been solved. Sometimes this leads to identification of other minor issues not apparent to me. When you find a great mechanic, stick with him.

Costumer service is the best youll find, knows what hes talking about and will get it fixed.
