Savemore is the only shop in the city Ive been to that is honest and not trying to sell you stuff you dont need. Theyre awesome at letting you know what needs to be taken care of soon and what can wait if money is tight. Theyre always professional and very informative. They also send your inspection to your phone with pictures and explanations of everything which is so helpful for people who comprehend through reading better than listening. I have a lot of anxiety with things I dont understand but any time I take my car to them I feel that Im always taken care of and they explain everything in a way that makes sense.

I’ve used various mechanics/shops in Spokane over the years, these guys are by far the best. They are not pushy and tell you up front what the car needs but do not try and shame you. For the amount of work they did I was very pleased with the price and it would’ve been at least double almost anywhere else. Even got an Uber for me to and from home. Seriously they are the best.

Went in for oil change and they always check out the car good. Go through it to check if they see anything needed. Nick, Corys brother found why my a/c wasnt coming out anywhere but defrost. He found it had something to do with suction.Evidently a hose had a hairline cut that needed replaced or repaired. He made a new piece from hose and it worked. I appreciated him just hanging in there.Thanks Nick!

Took my truck in here to have an alignment done on it after because after having the tie rods the alignment was way way bad, so bad that it chewed thru the front driverside tire down to the steal threads. I left it there to be done but went back not even 45 minutes later and the guy said that it was gonna cost well into $1200 dollars to fix ball joints and that didnt even include the alignment. But it drove straight before I replaced the tie rods on each side. He didnt even attempt to do the alignment and wont do it unless I do ball joints and a camber kit. He was younger and not very informative he wouldnt even talk to us he just printed out what he said needed to be done and how much he would charge us not including the shop labor . Very expensive compared to some other big named shops

I cant say enough good things about Save More Automotive. I had my truck towed there for a fairly major repair. When it arrived at their shop, they reached out to me right away to communicate timeline and cost of repair. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. I had a couple of unique requests, like me purchasing some of the parts at other stores and they were very accommodating. The final price came in well under the estimate (which they told me was worst case) and they finished a day earlier than expected. I am happy to have found a good mechanic that I can trust and will be returning next time my car needs a repair.

Save More Automotive did a great job fixing my vehicle. My vehicle was not starting and I needed it. I called around to different shops to get estimates. Save more Automotive listened to the information I gave on the car issues. They were honest and very professional. They gave me an estimate that was affordable. After diagnosing and replacing the starter as the issue. The car didn’t start. I worried that the cost of fixing the car would be much more than I could afford to budget. They just explained to me they’d need to take another look and they would ensure that figure out the issue. I trusted their word and luckily enough they would able find a blown fuse line that had also gone out. They are a recommended and reliable mechanic service shop.-Thanks you fellas.

I honestly couldn’t ask for a more honest auto shop. I don’t trust anyone else with the repairs of my truck. When I get a quote for repairs, he will hold true to that quote AND no extra repairs will be done WITHOUT first calling me to see IF I want it done. SPEND MORE AUTO... Bad diagnosis would have cost me many hundreds more$$ABS diagnostic work cost me $95 and estimated fix of $591 all together $686 for a sensor that I bought for less than $30. Also left testing probes in connectors from drivers side ABS. They claim to do a thorough job you would need to replace the entire hub assembly. This is inaccurate laziness because your tech didnt bother to inspect properly and Cory knows it. Only lazy techs leave testing probes in the wiring harness.They also quoted me an alternator at $349 because of flickering dash lights turned out to be a loose battery ground wire. Fix 8mm wrench and 30 seconds of my time.Drivers side CV quoted at $270 they claimed the boot was torn which I inspected it is not torn there was some grease in the area from a ball joint job previously completed.I did speak with the owner Cory about all this. He appollogized but didnt offer to refund anything they did. Teachable moments for you cost me time and money.In my experience youll save far more money getting a proper diagnosis and fixing the actual problem with a knowledgeable mechanic. Save yourself the headache.

After 3 years of getting oil changes on my jetta here they now wont do my oil changes. I now have to find a new mechanic for all my vehicles. I am not going to use 2 different mechanics for different vehicles

I decided to make the family 2000 Honda CRV my daily driver and she was in need of some TLC. I brought her in and they broke everything down and detailed what was needed, and they showed me a picture of my leaking oil pan! I decided to have them fix quite a few issues and I love how detail oriented they were, and when something didn’t work properly they called, explained the issue and then made it right without charging more. I took my Hyundai Tuscon in for what I thought (hoped) was an issue with the brakes. Turned out to be much more than that. Im ashamed to admit that I hadnt taken very good care of my car, and a lot of the work that needed to be done could probably have been avoided if I had been a more conscientious car owner. However, I wasnt made to feel that way. They went over my car carefully and explained all the work that needed to be done in terms that I could understand. Some of the work was held until I could get my car to the Hyundai dealership to see if it might be covered by warranty. Bottom line, I really appreciate being treated like a valued customer instead of a dumb woman who doesnt know how to maintain her car properly. These guys are my mechanics from here on out, I just wish I knew about them many years ago.

We all know the story about what happens to women once they enter a mechanic shop. However, I found Save More and its owner Cory to be very honest, helpful, and courteous. It is rare to find a mechanic with integrity, but my hope was restored after coming to this shop. Cory even found many items on the car that I didnt tell him about. He was extremely thorough. I will happily return there to repair some items that have been sadly lacking for a long time. I wish this young man all the success with his shop as he is very deserving of it.

Fast service with no unexpected charges! They also corrected a non-retracting seat belt and adjusted the hood latching mechanism - no charge! A slow leak in a power steering line was pointed out and suggestions made about its repair. Good thorough checkup, courteous treatment and fast service.

I took my 2007 Chevy Equinox in to have my transmission fluid changed. Not only was Save More Automotive much cheaper than any other place I called, they were thorough in their explanation of how they would be doing the job. They fully explained that changing the filter in my situation wasnt the best option, as it would at 12 hours of labor onto the job. I was also given a ride home after dropping my vehicle off. Something that no other shop has even offered me before. Great place with honest employees, and my vehicle runs much better now.

I went to Save More based on Google reviews and their strong reputation within the community. I had my check engine light on and needed to go through emissions so they diagnosed the problem and presented me with short term and long term solutions with cost as well as the cost for a separate issue they discovered.After fixing my vehicle one of the new parts they installed malfunctioned so I contacted the owner and he made time for me right away. He had already ordered the part by the time I arrived and made the fix quickly without trying to charge me more money. He even offered to go above and beyond and drive my vehicle around until it was ready to go through emissions which I appreciated but declined.Overall the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was skillful and professional. I will be going back for all my mechanic needs in the future.

He gave me good estimates, and there was no hard sell. He just provided the information in a low key manner. His advice was sound and I intend to take my vehicles back to him for those repairs.

Awesome fast service! Cheap price! Honest people! Honestly this was not my fist option, but I really wish it would have been. I would have saved time and money had I just came into this shop fist. I walked in there was greeted by Cory I let him know what was going on with my vehicle and what I thought might be the problem, I seriously thought it was my A/C compressor my vehicle was just to squeaky. Cory said lets go find out exactly what the problem is. Cory got a couple of his car DR tools and literally found the issue within a minute and told me that it was not my A/C compressor witch was great news because that is not a cheap part. He told me it was actually my BELT TENSIONER that is causing the squeaking nose in my vehicle. Cory gave me a cheap price and him and his team fixed my vehicle in under 30 minutes and my car was squeaky free I was very impressed with their service and will definitely be going into their shop anytime I have car problems. I would strongly recommend Save More Automotive anytime so if you’re reading this call them first!

If youre looking for an all around mechanic in the Spokane area, look no further. Theres a reason Save More Automotives reviews are almost perfect. I brought a recently purchased Jeep Cherokee in for an inner tie rod. I had a diagnostic and inspection done through a different shop a couple of months ago, and was told that I would need all of my tie rods replaced. The staff at Save More informed me that the outer tie rods didnt need to be replaced. They could have easily done the unnecessary repair to make a quick buck, but instead they secured a new long-term customer. Repairs were quick even though they were busy that particular morning. Randy even gave me a free beverage from his personal stash. Great guys.

Save More Automobile did just that. They saved me a lot of money. Finally an honest and reliable shop I can trust to take my car when it needs fixing. Randy checked my car, couldnt find anything wrong with it, and didnt charge me a penny. I couldnt believe it. I am disabled. I have MS and bone marrow cancer and trying to survive on a fixed income so I cant tell you how much this kind gesture meant to me. But let me explain my situation a little for you to understand what I went through. While running errands one morning, my car just would not start. It didnt make a noise when I turned the key, so my son came to help me and tried to jump the battery. Nothing. I had just bought a brand new battery 2 months ago so I knew it wasnt the battery so maybe the starter or the alternator were messing up. I had my car towed home, but 1/2 hour later it started without a problem. I checked online for a mobile mechanic. I didnt want to risk it dying out on me again. Spokane Mobile Mechanics ad said I could save money and time with them. I called and explained how my car wouldnt start after running around, that I had a new battery, trying to jump start it didnt work, had it towed home, but then later it started without a problem. The guy immediately made it clear to me that I would be paying $85 for them to come to my house plus whatever it would cost to fix my car. Really? I asked him if he would deduct the $85 from the bill after they fixed my car and he said no. The $85 covered their gas, running a diagnostic to figuring out what was wrong with my car and for their time it cost them to come to my house. Wow. So far I wasnt saving much money with them. So I decided to call Save More Automotive, because they had many reviews of praise from people who took their cars there. I spoke to Randy who explained that as long as my car was running without a problem, he couldnt run a diagnostic. My check engine light wasnt on which I also explained to Spokane Mobile. Randy said if it wasnt broken he wouldnt be able to find anything wrong with it. Made sense to me so why didnt Spokane Mobile explain this to me. But he offered to check my battery, alternator and starter just to make sure. After checking my car and finding nothing even remotely wrong with it, I asked him how much I owed him, and he said nothing. He said he had not fixed anything to charge me. Wow. One other shop I took my car to earlier charged me $85 for running a diagnostic on my car and then they claimed they found nothing wrong. I knew they had not run a diagnostic, because my battery went dead the very next day. I would definitely recommend Save More Automotive above any other shop in town. They are honest which I appreciate and isnt something you find easily these day. Thank you Randy and Save More Automotive.
