Ive had two different vehicles serviced here over the past seven months. Since I moved from Minnesota.Nothing but expertise service. A friendly smile. And the staff is honest. And doesnt waste your time. Or money.Will always return! Highly recommended from a grumpy old guy like me even!

I stopped in for an oil change and had a great experience! Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and the service was completed super quick compared to the dealership. They didnt try to convince me to get any other services that werent needed and the price was about what I expected. I will definitely be a return customer!

Our car ran fine until after it left this place! Now it smokes and oil is dripping by the oil filter. I dont recommend you get your vehicle serviced here unless you want it screwed up! Here is what the bottom looks like. Amazing job!

Very friendly and Very knowledgeable staff. My car burns oil and I stopped in just to get oil added(on my lunch break) and was very low. They filled me up and told me top offs were free(they did more than just a little top off I was down to less than a quart probably and they got me to a good level on the dipstick) even though id never been in. I will go here from now on. Its hard to find good people who dont want to just upsell issues that dont exist

I like this place, but I was in a week ago, and I was told that all my fluids would be filled? My windshield fluid was ignored and never filled. Now I need to check and see if transmission fluid and brake fluid are topped off?!

I have changed my rating from a 1 to a 3 ... and may adjust again in the future. I had a problem with the way I was talked to and treated several weeks ago. I posted the situation here. Within 2 hours the Area Manager called me and asked me about what happened and apologized. I feel he tried to make things right and I will try the service again on my next visit. After that service, I will adjust my review. Thank you for hearing me and addressing my issue.The oil change itself was quite quick --although a bit pricey, even for synthetic oil. I have to look into whether I truly need it or not going forward.

Seriously was amazed at my service here. I got right in with no wait. I spend a decent amount on my oil change and got new airfilter and cabin filter! They showed me a total price after tax so I could make the best decision for what I could afford at that moment. Every single person had a great additude and worked hard! You can tell its a great place to work at which made it a perfect experience for me! See you in 3 months!

Francis store... Amateurs. These guys shouldnt be touching a car. They spilled oil all over the top of the engine and forgot a rag in the engine compartment that I didnt find until I got home. For $118 bucks for a synthetic oil change I would expect to have some trained professionals doing my oil change and that certainly was not the case. I now have a disgusting oil covered engine that will never be the same. How hard is it to not spill oil when your pouring it in? Never going back.

Had good service today. The tech actually knew where my air cabin filter was, some other places miss it. Service was quick and professional. Will return to them again in October.

Sat out in line in my vehicle for 10 min. and no one even approached or acknowledged me. I was the only car waiting. Drove 2 blocks to Jiffy Lube and got acknowledged immediately.

They guys here were so helpful and knowledgeable! They got me in and out in less than 20 minutes! Premium oil change gives me free fluid top offs between oil changes and I couldn’t be more stoked. They even vacuumed my car and filled my low tire! Great price too! Really friendly place, I’ll forever for here!

Do Not Go To These People. Shady practices and I personally witnessed, as an employee, multiple issues created by individuals that should Not be allowed to do any sort of mechanical work. Witnessed incorrect lubrication and, guaranteed, it was done in a shoddy and unprofessional manner. Quick... to charge unnecessary services to be performed, by untrained and lackadaisical service men. Go at your own risk...I reccomend going to one of the major chains. At least they have effective protocols. Worked 50 hours and paid for half. See you in court.

Installed the cabin air filter wrong! So it fell out, a different mechanic found it in my motor bay. Also supposedly did the fog light but it never got replaced even though I payed for it. Ill never be back here. Get what you pay for here, kids that done care.

Getting my oil changed right now actually and found out with premium service I get free top-offs between oil changes! For 165,000 like car, premium service is actually saving me money! John Fay you were lucky it was only a rear main seal. They blew the bottom end out on my rig. Also way over tightened the drain plug. I cant see how this place is still in business. Only reason i took mine there was because i didnt have my tools at the time. Never again going there. Should also be reported to the BBB.

When I first showed up I was told to move to the other side so I would be next. After waiting for 20 minutes another car was pulled into the side I moved away from and was immediately being worked on. I left very furious and when I came back I was told I would get a discount that was never given and an oil I never said yes to was put in making the charge $20 more than I expected. Poor service and bad customer service.

Pleasant experience in general. My wifes Durango requires six quarts of oil. The standard quantity is five quarts. 11 dollars for the sixth quart. They changed the oil, filter and 100% coolant flush. The Durango warms up a little quicker in the cold mornings

WARNING FO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING NO MATTER HOW SMALL! If we could give zero stars we would. Went in for an oil change. Quick lube must have checked the radiator because our radiator cap wasnt screwed back on all they way. We had no idea and their mistake almost ruined our car driving it after.We went to another place to get it looked at since we no longer trust quick lube and it cost us a ton more money.When we went back in to explain how they basically almost ruined our engine and cost us 170 more dollars. We asked them to pay us back for almost totally destroying our car and they just shrugged. The owner took my reciept but refused to ever contact us again about paying us back for their own negligence. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!!!Update: said if I emailed them they would make things right. Emailed days ago with absolutly so reply. Again do not go here. Skeevy business.

It is a quick lube

All this place wants is to over charge you and replace parts on your car that don’t need to be replaced. Just because I am a woman doesn’t mean I don’t know the basics of an car. They tried their best to trick me and the second I started asking question the manager got on the defense. I had a second opinion done because quick lube told me that I needed to fix all sorts of things on my car and it would cost me more than I thought necessary. The second place I took my car told me that I did not need to change or replace the things that quick lube told me I did. Very disappointing... and on top of that, the manager working criticized me by saying “maybe in a couple of paychecks you’ll be able to afford to get it fixed.” He had no idea what my financial status was/is and he judged me based off of my 10 year old vehicle (which I’ve owned for 10 years)... Has no one ever told him, “you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover?” I will never take my business here again.

I was shocked! I went in, got an oil change with the more expensive high mileage oil. When I went to pay the owner/manager informed me this one was on them. He told me all new customers who are veterans get a free oil change. I was stunned. I didnt expect that at all, made my day!!

Wow.Im lead in by the price point of $29.99... then Im bumped to $35.99 to have fluids topped off... then Im up to $50 after they start the service and THEN tell me I need extra quarts so its more money.Not to mention they couldnt get my oil cap off and told me it was a problem- but they still drained the oil. I was in pins and needles until they got it off.Is that the best way to go about this?? Shouldnt more precautions be taken?Young, inexperienced workers, overly tattooed managers.... this was my first time here, it will be my last.

Went here with my girlfriend for just an oil change. They then stated for our safety that are rotors and pads were bad. And needing replaced immediately. It was gonna cost 400$. We declined to get a few others to verify the concern. Went to golden rule brake and led Schwab tires and both stayed there was nothing wrong with the pads and rotors. Do not go here for service. Not honest huge money scam to get you to buy things your car doesn’t need will never go back.

Worst experience ever and two months later still paying for it. Originally had the oil changed and they offered to change the air filter as well. Sure, if you have one. They didnt, used the wrong one. Cost me 600+ at the dealership 4 days later for a new mass air flow sensor and a couple other things. They were good about it and reimbursed me. Fair enough. Having the oil change again and the oil drain plug with their mark still on it is torqued so tight it had to be removed with an air wrench and replaced. If you absolutely hate your car and dont want to drive it again take it to these idiots.

Been using them for years and will continue to use them always in and out clean and inviting waiting area very well kept restrooms.

If I could give 0 stars or - stars I would. Went there for an oil change, tire rotation and a tire patch. They dishonestly upsold me on oil, the patch didnt hold on my tire and the tech left 3 of 5 lugnuts hand loose to the point my tire was wobbling. When I told them what happened they were very slow to act (1 week) then tried to give me free service. Uh....no! Im never letting them touch my car again. Its attourney time.

I NEVER leave bad reviews but goodness, I have given this place TWO chances now. First time I had spent over an hour waiting for a routine oil change then they finally tell me that they had broken a piece on my coolant hose and they HAD ATTEMPTED TO SUPER GLUE IT (um, excuse me?) after three hours they finally fixed my car and I was on my way to Seattle. While i was in Seattle, the same piece broke again and i had to take it to a mechanic and i spent over $400 getting my car fixed AND missed two days of work. THIS TIME in my new car, they got my seats all wet and dirty, I HAVE PLATINUM INTERIOR, now i have black dirt streaks all over my drivers seat and theyre all wet. I just paid like $90 to get my oil changed and you ruin my car seat? Now i have to pay to get my seats shampooed to attempt to get the dirt out of my seats. EVERYTIME I COME HERE I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY TO FIX WHAT THEY DO TO MY VEHICLE. This is super disheartening especially after being told that theyre under new management.

Over filled my engine one qt of oil. Now leaking rear main seal. Dirty store and work area. Stupid guy with a beard was not paying attention to what he was doing. Am contacting a lawyer to sue for the problem they caused. Do not trust them. Found they put the wrong oil filter on my car.

Literally just left this place paid them 70$ for them to do all this work including topping off my fluids cleaning my windows and vaccuming out my car which were actually not done. I Touched the outside of my windows and my fingers were black my windsheild wiper fluid is empty. I cant account for the other fluids i have not checked, oh and my car was not vaccumed. Makes sense since i was there maybe a totaly of 10 min.

I has the oil in my GTI changed here and somehow they missed a seal on the oil filter which caused a leak. By the time I noticed I had lost a lot of oil and may have damaged my engine. Thankfully they inspected things and refilled the oil and fixed the filter seal. Im just not sure I trust them to do anything further on my cars.
