I visited Alex at Roots salon yesterday. In addition to being totally compliant with covet 19 guidelines, the salon itself is easy to find, plenty of parking and Alex does a great job both with color and my cut. She stays in contact, sends reminders and is super friendly and professional. I moved to Spokane nearly 2 years ago and shes my go-to for all of my hair related needs. I appreciate that she listens to her clients. Thanks Alex :-)

I saw Naomi for the first time and she did a wonderful job. She listened to what I wanted and asked questions to make sure she had the right idea. I love the outcome! She was ready for me on time and had a great attitude. I highly recommend her!!

Anneke is the best! She always takes her time and asks the right questions to cut my hair just the way I want. Forever fresh. I get several compliments on the style and questions as to where I go. The aesthetic is very niche. I really enjoy the massive steampunkish mirrors hanging from the ceiling by classy chains. Its comfortable and cozy. I dont go anywhere else. Easily accessible from the wonderful Perry district. Go see Annie!

Purchased Keratin treatment through Groupon. Definitely a deal, but what a great find in Dominic. He really knows hair and has the experience to back it up. I felt completely at ease while he was working with my hair. Cut off my brittle, broken ends & it looks great! The treatment left my hair super soft & beautiful!I will definitely be returning to Dominic because he works miracles.
