WATCH OUT FOR CARA... I don’t like being this kind of person but I thought it was important to share! I came in last month to get my first credit card here and I purchased a pair of mag trimmers. The lady at register 1 appeared nice and even helped me figure out the whole credit card situation, and I trusted her. Toward the end of my purchase she told me to hand her around 60 dollars and I assumed it was for my trimmers. I gave her the money and she gave me a random amount of money back, it appeared strange but I had to go to work so I dropped it. I get my credit card statement a month later and it says I owe 79 dollars! The lady took my money and never reported it in the cash register. I called the store to sort things out and they have no cameras and no evidence she took my cash. Watch out for Cara she stole my money and I’m pretty sure she’ll do it again. Most of the other cosmo profs I go to are pretty nice, but I had a huge problem with this one. Cara stole money from me and denied it when she was confronted, she committed credit card fraud for my first credit card. This place is really lucky the cops weren’t called. The manger here is very sweet and she did the best she could, but I suggest hiring knew girls!

They set things aside when I need them to and they let my husband pick stuff up for me and are always helpful and kind. Always the place I go for my Joico brand!

Fantastic customer service!

Irisha has some of the best customer service Ive seen. Some of the girls that work at this store are not so friendly. Everytime Im there I see Irisha greet every customer that walks in the door with kindness and is genuine. She always goes above and beyond and if they are out of a color in a certain line she will help problem solve and find you something in another line or colors you can mix to make the color u want. She knows the inventory and products and its so helpful! I see her do it with all the customers not just me. I have tried products I wouldnt have considered before because of Irishas knowledge and passion. She has made North Cosmoprof a place I enjoy visiting because I know if she is there she will be patient and kind and help me find what im looking for.

Just walked in to ask a question and felt right at home with the friendly staff. Thanks for talking with me ;)

They didnt have the sale products I was looking for and did know if they could give me a rain check. Very disappointed.

I love this store. I will follow the manager wherever she goes. You may purchase product anywhere; you wont get the personal touch that you do here at any other store. 😊
