I just picked up my 3 month supply of the freshest meat you can buy from Eggers North on Rosewood! They make it so easy, call ahead tell them what you want and how many pounds and bingo its done. They even have curb side service so I didnt even get out of my vehicle. I love the variety you can get! Our whole family decides what they want, from the smoked chickens, pork cutlets,bacon, cubed steak, ground beef and roast to the Pea salad my older daughter wanted. Dont forget the Brats! Jalapeno Brats for my granddaughter and Cheeseburger Brats for the old man!Eggers is the place, oh and by the way the prices are very competitive always!

Excellent quality meats and service. I often buy fresh German sausage by the dozen and have them packed in 2 each which is a lot of extra work. They always do it with a smile. Those Fresh Germans are like none other. I travel long distances to get them and fill my freezer.

100% of our purchases from here have been grade A, the best meats weve eaten. Also, I dont know what they do to their pepperoni sticks, but they are far more superior than any of the pepperoni sticks you buy at the store. We definitely recommend this place and will continue to go.

Literally went all over Spokane looking for short pork ribs and no one had them. Finally went into Eggers Meats. They didn’t have what I was looking for on the shelf, but they helped make it for me! They cut some ribs them into perfect little short rib pieces! Thanks Eggers will be back soon!

I live in Canada, many years ago I used to visit my Aunt Queenie Phelps in Spokane 3 or 4 times a year (she has since died). When she new we were visiting she always went to your store & picked up fresh sausages & bacon just for us. Then before we left we would always have to go to your store to pick up more to bring back to Canada. You guys had the best bacon & pork sausages I have ever tasted. Excellent quality and variety of meats available, including smoked. But they are not just a butcher shop, lots of sauces, spices, rubs and cooking related products. The cranberry relish is to die for.

Ive used Eggers every summer for FRESH LOW FAT PATTIES for our family reunion. They make them up to order and I always get a pattie half way between a 1/4 lb and 1/3 lb.I like their product over the Costco 1/3lb patties because they are fresh not frozen so you have less time on the grill.When your cooking over a 100 burgers, time is important.We keep them at 36 degrees and if we have leftovers they can go into the freezer.

The folks at Eggers are always polite, helpful and do their best! Folks need to be patient during the holidays. They have great meat and people love the quality....and literally line up to get it.

Used to be able to get big soup bones for my dogs out of their freezer now they are only 2 inches. I asked to have some bigger ones cut up and was told they dont do that anymore. So your a butcher shop that cant cut up some bigger soup bones? Crown foods it is then...

Great place! The beef is great but dont forget about the fresh made brats and breakfast sausage.. Best place Ive found for both. Oh, almost forgot about the stuffed pork chops, they are excellent as well. The staff is always helpful and you never feel rushed (even when its busy). They still operate like an old school butcher where custom cuts are not a problem and advice is gladly given.For those who make their own beef jerky: Eggers sells pre-sliced Jerky meat thats nice and lean (same that they use for their own Jerky) its hard to beat.

All i got too say is awsome i travel all over the U.S. and traveled out of the U.S. and just hard to find good food and people so keep up the good work your truckers from North Dakota.
