They dont take into consideration that it takes longer to get checked out then it does to shop here. Lines are always wrapped around. They could staff a few more registers

I wouldnt rely on Winco for your business if you depend on being able to purchase certain items on a regular basis. There are artificial limits on distilled water because of a heat wave that happened months ago. The shelves are stocked to the brim with the water, but they wont sell it in a qty. greater than two. Additionally, distilled water isnt even supposed to be for consumption, but I digress.

Great variety, good quality produce and deli products. We save at least 30% of what we would have spent at Safeway. We find everything we need when grocery shopping. The bulk bins are great too!

The people are great in there they always help me. But there is so much stuff that I used to go there for and its no longer there so I cant find it anywhere. Maybe one day you guys will get it back otherwise we are treated so well there. Thanks guys

I love this place because on Sundays theres this Maintenance worker who honestly I dont know why he hasnt been given a promotion because he always makes me smile and feel good about the day, he always has jokes and impressions.... My favorite is his Stitch Impression. The day always gets better when I see him, I hope Winco hires more like him.

I am new to shopping at this store in spokane, Washington. Im visiting from Texas. And all I have to say it wow this store is amazing with all the bulk items and different items. I love it. Im like a kid buying everything in the store. Really wish we had one in Texas

Start your shopping HERE FIRST,The PRICES are GREAT and the STAFF are VERY HELPFUL POLITE, and COURTEOUS!!!(Even when theyre short staffed, and the lines are long, they take time to assist you and still pick up the slack to get you thru quickly)Then if theres anything left on your list that you couldnt find, just wait until your next shopping schedule because chances are, you wont find it anywhere else.

Update: Im done with Winco. Horrible lines every time. Dirty produce. Carts got better after my last review but are worsening. Love the employee ownership aspect, but the store simply must deliver better quality and service. My last review and last trip to Winco.Ive decreased my rating from five stars because things seem to be slipping management wise. The carts are horrible! I cant find one that doesnt pull to the side so badly that my arms are strained when I leave. In addition, the produce bags seem to run out and not be refilled. Its annoying to have to back track to get a bag. Finally, the lines get too long these days. More checkers are needed. Ive been a loyal customer for years, but shopping somewhere else is now crossing my mind.

Its WinCo. Great prices . No frills, bag it yourself. Produce and meats are hit and miss imo. But its hard to beat them day in and day out on everything else.

WinCo is the best. Totally the best grocery prices in town. You may have to bag your own groceries but Im much better at it than the kid at Safeway putting your canned food on top of your produce so it doesnt bother me. The bulk bins are awesome and have great variety! You can stock up on so many staples for wayyyy less money, bring your own produce bags and ditch all the extra plastic garbage from packaging! Employees are always friendly. Sometimes some of the produce isnt great, but WinCos great prices make up for it.

For the most part I shop at night late at night. Theres not a lot of people out and you can get it done in a slam. I shop well grocery shop WinCo nothing but. They have great customer theyre very friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Definitely no problem on their service the store is always clean stalkers stalking all the time so they have the variety of two or three things you know the same subject but different brand names prices are awesome you get out of there with the healthy load and not too hard on your checkbook. Youre going to get a great price and selection. Youre also going to deal with a lot of people. Youre going to deal with employees who would probably prefer you not be there. The fresh food like your veg, bakery, meat, etc will be near the end of its life. Go there to save money. Go somewhere else to spend more for better fresh foods and a better shopping experience.

Good selection, huge store, amazing prices. My only complaint is how jam packed this location is, and nobody watches where they’re going or people block entire isles like they own the place. Maybe there should be a new location opened up to relieve the traffic jams. Also, every register is usually running but there are still incredibly long lines.

My first time visiting and I found everything I needed very easily. The store was clean with a lot of options.

This store has great produce, nice selection of meats and deli items. I found most of their prices a little bit lower than Walmart... good place to shop and stock up if you have a big family. The only downside is you have to bag your own groceries.

Awesome place. Its like a smaller Cosco. Decent prices for decent amount of food. Plus the bulk bins are amazing! Chocolate covered gummy bears and salt water Taffy by the pound

Three stars. one star for each cashier on duty. dont get me wrong, the price is most definitely as right as you can get in town but the store is usually short-staffed. wish they would commit one way or the other: automate or pay people to do the work to cut down on wait times.

If your a foodie like me then shop around, huckleberrys, trader joes,natural foods,sonnenbergs meats etc...my last visit at winco the parking lot looked like a concrete landfill, kinda depressing.

I love the prices of the various items I usually buy. The staff is good my only complaint is the bathroom could be cleaner and more registers could be open during peak hours. Other than that its a good place.

Super busy today, hate it when there is only 5 registers open and each line has 10 people in it. Im sorry but thats just ridiculous. Other then that same as always, got what I needed and left.

More people than I was expecting for the time of day, but as always the store was clean and well stocked on items. Cashier was friendly and quick. Only downside is they dont take credit cards so only debit or cash which I didnt know the last time I went.

Most employees are very helpful at the North WinCo. Only one employee is quite rude he is at the 15 items or less usually and is quite abrupt and rude to most people some people he really likes and some people he doesnt. I refuse to get in a line where hes at to help

Would be five star but there was a curly haired cashier that was rude. And when it was brought to managements attention they failed to do anything.

Best prices and quality meats and produce available in the area, as well as wonderful baked goods. I do all my main grocery shopping here, I save a fortune compared to other stores.

They really need to have staff on the floor to just help customers. 😒 I dont usually shop there but went with a friend and was ask three times where something was.

I like to support employee owned companies. I enjoy shopping at this huge grocery store that has more than just groceries. I find the employees to be attentive and willing to help. I also appreciate the motorized carts available to those of us who would not be able to shop here without them. I find the variety of brands available to choose from impressive. I particularly like the bulk section. I have found the folks in the meat department easy to approach and they answer my questions readily. Most of all, I like the low prices and I feel like Im able to make my dollars stretch a little further here than elsewhere. Some of the fastest cashiers I have ever seen work here, I am amazed at how quickly they get me checked out and on my way.

I actually really like this place and feel like theyve done a good job in stocking items and cleaning the store.Today, I did not have a good experience because there were multiple people without masks on despite the stores mask policy. One person was eating, and the other was spitting on to something in their hand. I find that incredibly disgusting under normal circumstances, but even more so because of COVID. The person spitting was by other shoppers near the check out. There could have been greater efforts on behalf of the store to keep such behaviors in check.

Great store as a customer, as an old employee, they dont do well training newbies (they train you for 1 day and put you on your own). Take it easy on new hires for that reason.

Great prices on food. Quality of meat and produce are comparable to other supermarket chains. I haven’t found many knowledgeable employees if I can’t find an item, but they are usually friendly.

Was a little bit busy today, but it seems like its always busy when I go shopping at WinCo Foods. But I love to do my food shopping there. They have a pretty good variety of different brand name foods to choose from. Im looking forward to grocery shopping next month. As I do every month. Only thing. I dont like. Is they have many registers..only a 3rd are have employees to check out.. Like walmart costco.. When i wait too long..ill leave my cart and go..Why have 20 registers..and only 4 or 5 open?

I usually go to this location when ever I feel like driving the distance. I gave them 2stars because I had a problem with an older lady that was working self checkout. I was checking out and the scale started to run out of space so I started putting some of my groceries into my cart now everything was good until this older woman walked up to me and told me I cant put my items into the basket leave them on the scale. I explained to her that no one else has told me this not even the self checkout automated system then she points to a sign that stated not to and I had enough so I had left and went to another location. I just up and left because I dont need someone to come behind me and act as a parent I get they might have problems with people stealing from this location but I know for sure I dont look like a thief at the other location it was okay to place your bags into the shopping cart. First I am an adult I came out to enjoy my shopping experience not be hassled by the employees. Other than that winco is a great place to shop always low prices love it

It was very busy today. Its normally busy, but today it was more busy than usual. They had some great sale prices on pork and dry goods like au gratin potatoes and rice dishes. They had a lot of good deals on asparagus, broccoli and other veggies too.

Most prices are even lower than Walmarts..we definitely notice how clean they keep it and how helpful they are to customers.

Great as always and love that it is 24hrs.

Winco has great prices and their layout is organized making the items easy and convenient to find. The cashiers are friendly.The reason Im giving 2 stars is because the employees who work on the floor stocking shelves always cut in front of the customers. They have the me first mentality rather than putting the customer first, the latter is what I was taught when I worked in grocery stores.Also, they have cut their cashiers way back. Every time I go in; day or night, weekday or weekend, the lines are so long.

The number of people without masks is only made worse by the stores compete lack of caring. I pointed out people without masks to employees and nothing was done. The signs require covid precautions, but little is enforced.
