I had a tile floor installed in my laundry room/mud room a few days before May 12, 2021. The job was left incomplete still to date (8/2/2021). The transition to our hallway had the underlay board still visible and no transition was installed. Our stairway to our mud room was left with large holes and again the underlay board visible. This is the type of work they call complete.I have communicated on numerous occasions about how I am unsatisfied with the work and they still have yet to complete the job for three months. I understand some delay due to COVID, but three months is far too long for an hour of work left. The portions that were tiled were decent, but the attention to detail is lacking, communication is poor and they do not care to follow up with unsatisfied customers. I have got the run around with a number of employees, but the job is still incomplete! I will update this post if they care enough to fix their work.

We have been using Great Floors for all of our flooring, tile and countertop needs for our rentals. Always a great price solid installation and working with Brett has always been a pleasure.We will continue using great floors for our rentals!

They seem to have a really good selection of products, but their method of display is quite poor. A lot of the items arent priced, or described, so its hard to do any comparison shopping. Save yourself a trip and check out Spokane Floor Trader instead. If you look at both places youll have to agree there is no comparison for ease of shopping experience.

We went to GF on Francis after having an awful experience with carpet one northpoint Spokane. Worked with Monique McCoy in sales. She had a great personality, listened to us, helped us find colors, answered all our questions, even when she was off. Booked a great installer, order colors and they matched the samples (seriously never thought that could even be a thing). We had extra carpet 12x18 piece that she drove out to our house in her personal truck. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Thank you GF/ Monique McCoy

We had a wonderful experience with Great Floors and Heidi did a great job helping us select carpeting for our semi-finished basement. Every person we interacted with was fantastic, from Craig who measured, Dave who answered questions when Heidi was out, and Jesse who did the install. The carpeting and small area of LVP look fantastic and our basement has been completely transformed. Thank you for helping us out!

Had North Side store install new vinyl in our main bathroom today. WOW what a big mess. First off they orded and sent the wrong cove base so now we have to wait another 2 weeks to get the right materials. The second problem is the used a Bright white calk around the tube area the flooring is a dark tan, the tube is not white it is gold very shabby job. The third problem is that when the boys they sent out put the toilet in it leaked all over the room! Just an awful job. Dont shop at this store or use their installers.

I have been waiting about a month for my carpet to be installed. It is paid in full. Almost 4,000. They finally came today and my my grandson was staying with me,he has asthma and coughed a few times which put the guy pulling carpet into a covid panic. Said he could not finish the job. So,he left and said they would send someone out to finish his job. This was at 9:30 am. We left. No one called, I left messages but great floors never called back. Finally at 558pm someone answered. They had known all day that no one was coming. Said they were going to reschedule for possibly next week. Are you kidding me??? My kitchen and bathroom are stacked with furniture and I am 66. Im so disgusted with this place. Dont go to them!!!?

I am very impressed with the Great Floors that I received through this fantastic company. Every part of the process was explained to me in detail and by the time the work was ready to be done, I had great peace of mind that the crew was knowledgeable and skilled in their trade.One particular employee especially sticks out to me. Cody provided one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in my 52 years on Gods green earth, and truly made me feel like a long time friend.10/10, would receive Great Floors again.

Heidi at the North store was AMAZING!!! I really appreciated her knowledge and service with the probuct and the sale.I was not so thrilled with the installation supervisor, Cody. He was unprofessional when I was purchasing the productfrom Heidi. He came up to Heidi in the middle of my transaction and abruptly asked to see her in his office. My friend and I thought she was in trouble or something. He initially called me on the Monday after I purchased my carpet asking for dates to install. I then had questions for him and texted and called him to get answers and never heard back. 2 weeks later I finally got a call back to schedule the install after multiple times calling and texting to find out a day so I could take the time off work. He finally called me back and scheduled the time another week later. I got the carpet installed. Lance was Awesome and got it installed quickly. It is beautiful and I love it!

Really good carpets, but long wait for installation. When the installer finally showed up he pulled up part of the carpet and left because he said he was afraid of covid 19... go figure, what a wuss! I prepaid for installation but was still charged $450.00 for the installation what a scam. So when they finally got the carpet installed it wasnt even the one I ordered!!!

Ended up 1/3 of a plank short when installing our floor. I was willing to buy a whole box but finding one in the warehouse on a discontinued item had to he a hard task. Justin, the salesman, found loose planks to complete our project. Big shout of thanks to all that helped!!!!

They have a good selection, but I found another flooring store where I got almost identical flooring for half the price

The selection is great, however the install was awful. We ordered carpet that was late being delivered. When they brought it to our house there was a huge cut through the entirety of the roll, so we had to wait even longer to get a new order. Their only excuse was that it happens sometimes. The install in our living room was done by a different person that did the rest of our house. The install in the living room was great, however, the rest of the house left seams that are spreading apart. The guys who did the install left staples all over the carpet and in our driveway. Were lucky that children and dogs didnt walk all over them.

Very weird to deal with. 3 different sales reps 3 different prices. Had a rep give me advice and then said he couldnt give me advise???? Weird. Wont ever go there again.

We bought a mobile home, and it really needed the ugly, dirty carpet removed and replaced. In October 2015, Great Floors got the job Done...in a week ! Im so proud of my new blue, low nap carpet. I vacuum the trailer end to end in half an hour. Thanks, Great Floors !

Horrible customer service. Salespeople will tell you anything to get the sale. Guaranteed us a quick install date when we were in a pinch, then cancelled on us the day of the appointment, then was incredibly rude to my wife when we cancelled our order. Shouldve stayed local from the beginning. Avoid big chain stores like these.

UPDATE (FALL 2019): Sorry for the delay guys; this is long overdue.We ordered some tile this summer and when it arrived 3 of 7 pieces were broken. They got my replacements ordered right away, and when those arrived they were broken also.This happened twice more before the manufacturer got smart and sent extras.The guys felt bad, but it wasnt their fault and we all got a chuckle by the time it was all said and done.Their service after the sale has earned them that 5th star. I wll have no qualms about shopping here in the future!!SUMMER 2019: Very helpful! Justin gave us great advice on how to best replace the floor in our bathroom- subfloor and all.My wife found some really nice vinyl flooring to finish it off, and Cody managed to score it for us in 2 days instead of the 10-14 days as he was originally told.These guys rock!!

This a great example of a company that gets the product out the door and then you are on your own. Twice burned, never again. Lied to by salesperson the first time. Sold defective product the second. Received a one line response to my warrantee claim. Claim denied. No explanation, no negotiation. As a suggestion, be sure to buy the book, by Alan Fletcher, The Complete Carpet Buying Guide. $10.00 on Amazon. This book will outline what you should be looking for in carpet. It also will make very clear that warrantees are pretty much useless and that you, as the small consumer, are powerless after the sale.

Worst. Company. EVER. They lied to us about who would be installing our tile, the price, and the time. Read the Yelp reviews for the full story (My wife posted there). The short version is they promised to be done in 7 days but didnt finish for 21 days. The managers did nothing to help us (even go as far as blaming us for their crappy work) and neither did corporate. We spent over $10,000 on the worst tile floors in the history of the world. And that doesnt even include the cost of fixing the furnace they broke or the amount we spent in the hotel while they worked. Over all a miserable experience. We hate our floors so much we just covered them with rugs. We cant even put new baseboards in because of how uneven the tiles are. The grout lines are deep in some areas and bubbling over the tile in others. Its disgusting the amount of money they took from us just to cause us stress and over all LOWER the value of our house. Please dont trust them. They promise the world, take your money, and then just dont care.

Very dissatisfied with the installation of our berber carpet that was installed in April of 2016. I had discussed with salesman that I wanted the seam in the low traffic area, but the installer chose to put the seam in the wrong area. The installer also took a huge corner off of the tile that transitioned to the stove. A month after the install the seam was very visible and started to unravel. I would definetly use a local company next time.

Just a real hastle picking up the carpet here nobody seems to know anything wont make any cuts make sure you have a lot of time
