Had gone in to pick out tile for shower along with flooring. After picking out the tile and mosaic flooring we were told several days later that the tile was on back order for three months and would have to pick new tile for the wall. We were also told at the same time they ordered the mosaic tile already and would have to pay for the restocking fee and freight cost of it if we did not go with it. They could not give me a clear answer as to why they would order one product if the other one was not available. Decided I was not going to do business with them and did not pay and went to home depot where I know something is in stock. Ended up saving a lot more, because you can return what you dont use. Person who we had dealt with was Jennifer. I do not recommend this place at all! Hire a contractor and just get the materials from Home Depot/Lowes! They dont give you prices up front, they are over priced and they dont seem to know if anything is in stock until they order it. (At least thats the bs they gave me.)

Waste of time.Started with a hostile receptionist who wouldnt answer my questioned and wouldnt transfer me to somebody who could. She informed me they dont do business with the public, and you have to buy a membership to shop here, then she just hung up on me, so if youre a DIYer, just go somewhere else where there are nice folks will help you out. There are plenty of places starting with Lowes or Home Depot. If you like paying to shop, and enjoy padding the wallets of salesman with a higher margin, this may right up your alley, I just cant do business with rude.

Working with ProSource - and Kayle, in particular - was the best part of the remodeling project! They have a quality product line available; and the assistance of their staff is extremely helpful - from design to ordering. They know their inventory besides having great ideas and help in any way needed.

Ok on flooring-but sold us expensive grout that that scratched the tile that they sold us-2nd time that happened-they obviously they just tried to upsell us an expensive product that they would not give us a refund on

Karen Floch and Rex Rozmus assisted us with the remodel of our home. I found ProSource to be the best company to find almost anything you might be looking for all in one location. They are very competitive with their pricing and also have quality materials.We chose to use Bellmont cabinetry for our kitchen. It was a great fit for the design/style we were going for and the cabniets are manufactured right here in Washington state. It was important to us to support local companies and contractors during the process of our remodel.We used Burke flooring throughout our dining and kitchen area. This product, suggested by Rex, turn out to be the best fit we could find anywhere.On top of the great products that ProSource carries, Karen and Rexs customer service exceeded my expectations. I wont hesitate to recommend them to friends and clients.
