I couldnt believe how rude the people are and they didnt even have the flavor I want it. Turned around and walked out Ill never go there again.

Customer service is sub par. They are nice but way too many mistakes in ringing up orders. They refunded the issue to my sons card but it was so confusing and not a good experience really for either of our transactions. It seems like they need better communication between coworkers or some way of knowing when people have already paid it was like chaos back there unfortunately.

*Edit*I am changing my overall review of the location because even though the issue with the cake was valid, it was addressed so quickly and professionally by the owner. I can tell that you take pride in your work and ownership in what happens in your store. Thank you for taking this as a training opportunity, that gives me faith that either this was a one off situation, or that a procedure will be put in place to keep it from happening again. Thank you!A couple of weeks ago I picked up an ice cream cake for a coworkers birthday. I had a dinner tonight and was in charge of bringing dessert so I went back for another cake. I could help but notice the same exact cakes from weeks prior were still in the case being sold. I asked the two girls working what the shelf life of these were or if they were rotated out at all.. their answer was no, they stay in the case until sold which could be a very long time. Im not a dramatic person, but this cake was disgusting. I took a picture of the collection of dust on the top layer of frosting. We tried to scrape off the frosting and get to the ice cream inside of the cake but that was crumbled and dried out too. I would love to share the photos I took so that someone can see the impact that leaving cakes in the case forever has. Please let me know if you are interested in seeing for yourself. The girls on shift are always great and personable, and the fresh products you offer are great, but please consider updating your process to keep the cakes fresh, safe and CLEAN.

Places like this make me feel my age. Nothing wrong with the Phish Food shake I ordered, or the two scoops of Caramel Crisp my wife ordered. However, neither employee was concerned with engaging customers, and made it clear that they had better things to do once the orders were fulfilled - like talk to each other about their plans after work. I suppose ice cream is ice cream, but customer service helps create return customers. Ive heard.

You will definitely be getting your sugar overdose here. Many people, as I understand things, dont consider too much sugar a bad thing. Personaly, its too much syrupy flavor. If you like being bashed in the pallet with a giant sugar sledgehammer, go here. As for me, Id like a bit more ice cream with my sugar.

Usually great customer service. Today not so great. It is Tuesday August 22nd 3:39 pm. I feel like the young man and young woman (Jennifer) were bothered by my interruption of their day. Im sorry for that. Maybe it was my request for a float? The guy was particularly put off. Sorry.

Nice place to relax, people watch, eat good, etc. Nothing but pleasant experiences here. Food and atmosphere reminds me of Atlanta.

Amazing customer service. Not from Spokane came here for weekend came to get icecream super late at night like right before they close. I was talking to my friend about how I cant decide between cc cookie dough and the coffee flavor. I order the coffee one. Without asking me they just went ahead and mixed the two flavors for me to make the dankest icecream Ive ever eaten. Didnt notice they did that till I got home but I was super thankful but sad I couldnt tell the employees thank you for the extreme attention to detail with customer service. Would def reccomend.

My ice cream cone was delicious and despite it being the 4th of july and the line sooo lonnngg... the staff was super friendly and looked like they were having a good time. Ill be stopping by next time Im at the mall. :)

Straws are a good idea. Ice cream was good everything was great. Straws are ight tho they break.

Twice now Ive got hair in my ice cream and it is not my hair because it was embedded in the ice cream scoop. Ew. Just two blocks away is a much better ice cream shop and well worth the short walk

Would of been 5 stars, except very expensive for the servings you get.

Wasnt the greatest for the price. My husbands waffle cone broke and was a mess before even getting to the car so he threw it out. The cone just crumbled on him.Workers were not the friendliest but didnt do anything specific.

Of course Ben & Jerrys has good ice cream, but the blond girl behind the counter ruined my experience here. My wife tried a new flavor and we had two bites and decided it was disgusting. I took it back up to the counter to see if they would let us exchange it, and the blond was SO incredibly rude and accused me of being a lier. I deserved free ice cream just for putting up with her. Never again!

Arrived at 10 am prior to movie start. The hours of operation are from 10am to 8pm per website. On arrival the girl at the front counter said she opens at 10 but doesnt start serving until 10:45. Kids were disappointed, very bad customer service!!
