I called nearly 10 different florists in Spokane to get flowers delivered for Mother’s Day and none of them were willing to help due to shortages and high demand. I called Bloem and they were experiencing the same issues but were extremely accommodating and were able to complete my order. Thank you for the great experience!

Bloem offered same day delivery, outstanding, quality chocolates, and a flower design that is so far above FTD mass production in personality and elegance it was a no brainer to use this shop. I live out of the country, and the website made things easy. The recipient had the gifts hand delivered with a handwritten card.

This week Bloem was on a street corner handing out pay it forward bouquets of flowers. My daughter recently had her wisdom teeth removed & we were just leaving the dentist office getting help for her awful remaining pain. Needless to say, she was having a terrible day. As we walked back to our car, Bloem staff and some cute little girls gave us each a bouquet to keep and one to pay it forward and give away! What a beautiful, joyful thing to do! I was delighted by this act of kindness, and it made my daughter cry. Thank you for this thoughtful act of service & giving us the opportunity to pass on the floral joy to others! I will happily do business with this shop in the future!

I ordered a cut flower bouquet for my wife on our 57th wedding anniversary. We have dealt with Bloem both as a customer and recipient over the years and, although the virus shutdown was a concern, I knew I could expect top quality and service from Johanna and staff. The bouquet is beautiful as expected, but best of all, it gets prettier every day as the new beauties open. This is a great florist with great people.

How wonderful that Bloem is delivering during the virus restrictions! We were really touched by their personal service, scrumptious items, beautiful presentation, careful no-personal-contact doorstep delivery, and above-and-beyond effort to bring some delicious joy to my father-in-law while hes keeping isolated! Even though I ordered online from far away, the staff recognized his name on the order from times hes visited the store and contacted me to suggest a swap to his very favorite things! In a world of impersonal button-pushing, its a happy surprise to discover that computer form goes to thoughtful people on the other end who make the effort to help you care for someone you love even better than you could on your own. It brought a tear to my eye! We appreciate being able to rely on Bloem to help him feel a little less far away during this crisis.

Your website was very easy to navigate. I was surprised to receive an email with a photo of the flower arrangement, which was more beautiful than I could have imagined. My friend loved her arrangement! You far exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely use your services again!

Went in yesterday and ordered s $50. Designers choice arrangement. Mentioned to clerk that I liked the one in the window but the lilies were too open.Today they sent me a picture of my designers choice and you guessed it- it was the one in the window. I paid $50 for a $45 arrangement that had been sitting for who knows how long. Not exactly the customer service I was expecting. Buyer beware!

The flowers where amazing just extremely expensive. One thing I didnt like was how you have to park at the mall to go to them and they dont validate for you. Spent $100 in 15 minutes and no validation for parking. Flowers are amazing though.

Bloem... you were wonderful. I live across the state and ordered over the phone for my moms birthday. Hannah was the one to answer my call and she was extremely helpful and friendly. Their prices are great, as well. My mom loved her arrangement so much, and Bloems chocolates blew her away (the tag was left on the chocolates, but Ill forgive them for that!).They send a photo of the arrangements when they finish them and I havent ever heard of such a service. So I knew ahead of time that my mom was getting a beautiful gift. How great! They will definitely hear from me again.

They have some magical karmels from Portland or something sea salt caramel that are delicious I havent been here for everything else nice-looking store great customer service and some yummy yummy carnivals I mean if you like sea salt caramel this stuff from Portland is a Gods gift thank you

I love going into this store and admiring all of their beautiful items. A few times Ive purchased chocolates for my friends and once I bought flowers for my boss. It just sucks that their customer service is lacking and it feels very unwelcoming every time I walk in. I love friendly customer service and I think it changes the atmosphere 100% and Ive given this place several chances so unfortunately I will have to give it 1 star and I will not be returning.

As soon as i walked in, a lady asked if id like to sample the drinking chocolate i had picked up, and of course it was delicious. the store is so lovely, great staff, and the help picking out my chocolate for a gift was invaluable, even with a free taste.

What an awful experience I had with Bloems. My sister-in-law contacted the manager, Johanna, back in January to find out if Bloems made chocolate covered strawberries, which was going to be the dessert at my wedding as they are my favorite. Johanna said yes, but that it would be a custom order, and for an order of 200 strawberries it would come out to $250. We had to order in person, so my mom and I traveled from Denver to Spokane to go into the shop to place the order (granted, we got other wedding stuff done while in town, so it wasnt the sole purpose of our trip).We get there and the sales guy says that Bloems doesnt do strawberries. After explaining that we had talked to Johanna and that this would be a custom order, he said she wasnt in at the moment and that we would have to come back. So we did, and once again she wasnt there, but the sales guy informed us that the cost would be $2.50 per strawberry, not the price she quoted, so again we had to leave and come back later when she would be available. We finally get to meet her and discuss the cost, and after a lot of push back (I had to show her written proof) she agreed to honor the quote she originally gave. We tried to place the order then to lock in the price, but she insisted that we shouldnt do that until 3 weeks out.Then, 3 weeks out, we contact her again to place the order, and she says shell have to talk to her vendor about the price of strawberries. No problem, a little increase in price was expected. She comes back saying that her vendor has greatly increased the price of strawberries and that that cost would be $44 per pound of strawberries, which a pound is only about 10-12 strawberries. When you do the math that is $880. So, from $250 to $880! Im not sure who her vendor for strawberries is, but they must be living large.To wrap this up, when I expressed my concern about Johannas business practices (focusing on the initial quote and then how she made me wait to place the order, so I couldnt lock in the price) there was absolutely no apology or any hint of empathizing on her behalf for the position that she has put me in. 25 days until my wedding and now I have no dessert.I would absolutely not recommend Bloems to anyone!
