I would highly recommend Northtown auto sales if you are financing your first car or want to finance a car at anytime. Tanner and Patrick helped me SO much! It being my first time financing I felt a little nervous at first but once I walked in those doors I felt welcomed and very at ease. They both listened to me about what I wanted out of a car and made it happen!! The staff here is so nice and make you feel part of their family. After a few days I noticed a little grinding sound in my breaks and called up Johnny and with no hesitation he said don’t worry we’ll get you into our shop! Exceptional! Exceptional! Exceptional! From the very moment I got on the phone with them to the moment I left with my car, I have no complaints. I called Northtown Auto in a rush to find a car. I just moved to town and needed a car quick to get around town and to my new job. Dimitri answered all my questions and put me in contact with Brandon to discuss my financing options. My credit isnt the best so my options were limited but that didnt stop them from finding me options. I live almost 45 mins away from their dealership and Dimitri was happy to come pick me up (in the car that we settled on) that way I got to test drive it and decide if it was a good fit. Turns out it was! This car was within my price range and dependable enough for my needs. Josh (I believe, was his name) their financial guy took the time to explain ways I could improve my credit scores and build an auto history which I feel was definitely something he didnt have to do. On top of all that, Brandon set up an appointment to change all four tires on the car and my shocks (no idea what shocks are). The car certainly drives much better after these repairs. I was reluctant to buy the truck. But, ultimately, I bought it. Needless to say. Long story short. This really is not a bad dealership at all. They have great options and good,nice people that make the process feel easy and comfortable. BUT and this is a big BUT! They can be shady and I mean VERY shady with how they work the paperwork. I was a first time buyer and found a vehicle I liked and wanted. Took it for a short test drive with one of the salesman and my mom because she was there to make sure I didnt get screwed. Thank God for her man. They wanted a bit more than the SUV was worth and it could have done better in parts cosmetically inside the vehicle. Outside was pretty nice. Anyway long story short before lots of going back and forth with the price trying to get it down a bit. We came to an agreement. THIS is where I probably should have thrown the papers in their face but didnt. At the end where we are signing the paperwork he shows me where to sign without even asking if I want to look it over and I ask if they altered the price. He says no. I ask to see it and THEY DID! what was supposed to be 5k was now a few thousand over! 9k? His answer to my astonished reaction was its for vehicle protection through the dealership..... hmm yeah idk if Ill ever not read the paperwork again. Only reason I did was because my mom found it for me. Thank you mom!

This dealership is a fly-by-night, prey on the consumer type. They have a 2011 Silverado listed for sale. Upon inspection I found some odd undercoating on the frame. The salesman claimed “oh, we undercoat all our vehicles”. The local Chevy dealership confirmed my suspicion that the frame was coated to hide a massive amount of rust. This vehicle also had numerous other issue that came to light with a simple pre-purchase inspection. DO NOT buy from this dealership. They are the lowest of the low.

Got a bmw and the motor didn’t even last till the first oil change. Had constant problems with the car the moment I drove it off the lot. Asked “Jocko” or however you spell it about a small sound in the engine bay. He seemed like a nice enough guy and just convinced me it was typical “bmw noise”. Found out when the timing chain guides broke that the noise I was hearing was that. All they care about is moving cars they don’t care what condition they’re in. If they can convince you they will sell it to you knowing it won’t last long. Would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere!

We purchased a diesel pickup truck from the dealership, this was the second dealership we were seriously trying to purchase a vehicle. The other used car lot I went to was terrible and very pushy about filling out paperwork and pushing us for the sale. We actually test drove the truck a few days prior to purchasing it. They weren’t pushy and receptive to the fact we were shopping around. We were so lucky that the truck was still there a few days later as the truck we were looking at was a typically sought after truck. Our salesman was Karl, the only reason I did not give 5 stars was the fact that I was not impressed with his bedside manner and he only did things as a requirement of the job after being reminded by management.I felt this used car lot was very upfront and they made sure that all parties were in agreement prior to meeting with financing. The mentality was that of larger reputable dealership and I appreciated their process. The place we went to prior, we were discussing the price once the contract came out and the contract did not reflect our discussion. Our negative experience was with CAL cars for a second time and when we went to Northtown Auto Sales, we were able to buy a truck a few years newer, with 30,000 less miles and higher trim for $1000 less. When we purchase a new vehicle we will be back!

Just got the loan from the bank. I traded in my Subaru Outback for a 2015 Chevy Truck. They said they would assume the cost of the loan and sell me the truck for 28000. The loan is for 44063. Im not sure how this works but I could have bought a better truck for that price. The truck looks like it was repainted. Not a very good job and when I asked about how the buttons and everything works they said YouTube. Not satisfying.

Jocko was helpful and knowledgeable. The dealership is shady, however.I drove off the lot and within 20 miles the Check Engine light came on. During the sales process I was assured that everything was checked out and in working order and if I had any issues to bring it back. When I brought the vehicle back in they referred me to their mechanic who scanned the code and determined that the O2 sensor was bad. The mechanic couldnt do anything about it until it was approved by some member of management that wasnt there that day. Long story short, the problem was never fixed and I never heard back from them. I took it to another mechanic and was told that it is common for the codes to be cleared so that the light isnt on during purchases. The light will come back on after a certain number of miles once the issue is recognized by the computer again.Then, a week after purchase, I was in a parking lot when I heard a pop and the vehicle wouldnt drive. It turns out that the tire rod had just snapped and was causing my front wheels to point opposite directions (pictured). I got it towed and the tire rods replaced, luckily with no further damage to me or the vehicle. If I had been on the freeway the outcome could have been much different. The mechanic that repaired it said that the crack had been present in the tire rod for quite a while as there was rust in the area where it snapped (inside of the rod).Perhaps I just had really bad luck but I would recommend getting a check out before purchasing any vehicles from this dealership. The staff was friendly but I feel like the business practice is questionable. You get a bad vibe when walking into the office. Everything is cluttered, dirty and doesnt have a feel of a professional workplace. I wish you better luck than me if you choose to make a purchase here.

We came into buy a g37x coupeDidn’t know much about cars, the listing price was 15k for a 2013We ended up financing the car, so many problems with it,Get this they sold it to me without the brake cap on. It started leaking oil the gas gauge doesn’t work right, the gas door won’t close and tps oil light, engine light came on 3 days later.Now i am sitting on a loan for 22k dollars through this,Left quite a bitter taste in my mouth I don’t know how these people sleep at night.I don’t know much about cars, that was my mistake.
