Lie to get you in the door, I’m sure they’d lie to sell you a car too. They send out scams to get publicity. Everyone in town gets something in the mail with a scratch off that says they won a “$500 gift card”. We all showed up and, first off, they didn’t even make enough of them to hand out, and sent people home with nothing. second off ITS NOT GIFT CARDS. It’s coupons for like 10% off at restaurants and stuff. I love coupons. I hate companies that lie to get you in the door. Never shop here.Edit: I just wanted to follow up after the response I received: I called the number the owner provided to remedy the situation. He did not answer or call back after I left him a very respectful and cordial voicemail. I just want it to be known that the response they left was only so other people would perceive they want to remedy the situation, but they did not and I don’t believe they intended to. Once again- all about perception, no actual care.
CAUTION: If they lie just to get you in the door, theyll lie to get you in a car. I get these mailer promotions all the time. Scratch off to see if you won a $500 gift card. It said I won, Ive been wanting to check them out, so I decided to go claim my gift. Its NOT a gift card, at least not by the common understanding of that term as a same-as-cash credit for a named retailer. Its simply a coupon card worth $500 in coupons. Youd have to spend like $10,000 at all these different retailers to even come near saving $500. These are the same retailers that plaster their coupons EVERYWHERE: 1-800-flowers type stuff.Look, you dont have to give me or anyone else $500 to come hear a sales pitch. If you want to, fine, thats your choice. But dont LIE about it. If you want to give away a $500-in-saved-value COUPON CARD to get people to come in, then be up front about it and say thats what youre giving away. Just be honest.
Dan did a great job getting me into a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. Derrick put a lot of work into getting me financed with the lender I wanted, at the price I wanted. Both gentleman were knowledgeable and friendly.

The Only reason why Im not going into details about my negative experience is because these guys are so shady I feel as if someone would turn around and diminish myour brand name . Mike is a great person to deal with. Our 3 days of going back and forth with the sales manager and then having money stolen from us was enough to never make us go back. Buyer beware and DO NOT PUT A HOLD PAYMENT DOWN ON A VEHICLE UNLESS YOU 150% ARE SURE YOU WILL BUY IT. (unless you like having more money taken from you without your permission that is then go ahead and do that) 🙃
Said that all the fliers that had been mailed out were from the wrong promotion, so prize was unwinnable even if the number had matched. Gift card is a hard to use coupon and had discounts for none of the retailers advertised on the card at the time I checked.Did not end up considering a car from them. Im fine with not winning anything, but this was a nasty way to handle things all around. Should have listened to my friends who said they had a rep for this and worse around here. :(

Edit to add update: Went in and met with Jeremy yesterday and he was very patient and empathetic with the situation. We went over all the paperwork and there was a communication breakdown somewhere along the line. He remedied the situation for me and all is good. I will be a return customer in the future.We agreed on a down and got financing done and then after a month and a half, I called to see where our plates were and they said we owed more down which was never agreed on. They wrote the contract with a higher down than agreed on and never said anything about more being owed. Now they are holding plates until “the rest of” the down is paid. I would have bought my next vehicle from them as the people were great during our visit but this, in my opinion, is a very shady way of doing business.
We have always had a great experience at Arrottas. This time was a little different. Normally we deal with Tyler but instead we got the pleasure of having Chase as our salesman. He is a very polite and respectful young man and a hell of a salesman. He listens well and never tried to influence us into buying something we would not be happy with. The process was quick and the employees were nice. The person that I signed the papers with was able to correct an error when he was not told the gap and warranty was included. The salesperson was nice but said some things were included that we found out were not. Overall we got a good rate and the atmosphere was good at the dealership. We were told a safety check was done but we found out two lights were out that we had to replace. We should have checked and we know that but we also trusted their safety check. We replied to the ad for $500 gas card with all sales and special extra money for trade for Dad’s and Grads but we were denied the gas card and told we didn’t get it because of what we were given for our trade. Also, longer test drives should be encouraged from all customers because we didn’t know the sunroof made a noise too after we left the dealership.

The first car I looked at wasnt for me and he didnt waste my time trying to pressure me into it, but let look until I found the one I liked, and bought it. AWESOME dealership!!!I went in really hesitant. I had seen some bad reviews and was a little worried about the warranty.I left so happy with an (almost) new car!Yes they offer lifetime warranties. You just have to understand them. The warranty is NOT through the dealership. The warranty is through Mitsubishi itself. So you have to sign paperwork stating that the dealership doesn’t offer a warranty and the car is as is. It is a little different than most dealerships, but you still have a lifetime warranty.You also get free lifetime oil changes, and a free car wash with your oil change.They were able to finance me at a SUPER low rate. It was 1/2 the lowest rate I’ve ever financed a car at. They also traded in my car several thousand dollars above KBB value.I am super impressed, and they just gained a lifetime customer.Ignore the bad reviews. Those people just aren’t understanding the contract.

I dont recommend this dealership. Theyre the worst. We have a lifetime warranty on our SUV but we had to pay over $600 for injectors..we didnt even have the vehicle for 20 days.. weve had their loaner car for longer than that.. dont buy their vehicles. Theyre good at lying. Also pressuring you to buy a car. I asked to talk to Jeremy the GM manager but cant get back to me. No excuses!!

I found the perfect car here thanks to Chase. I am in love with my 2017 Ford Explorer! Chase helped me find a car that suited my needs perfectly. He also helped walk me through everything in a very professional way that kept me from being overwhelmed. It was refreshing after going to few other dealerships that were not as friendly and showed me cars that just weren’t that great. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt strongly about sharing my experience about this business. I found a vehicle I wanted to purchase with this company; the price was right and the miles were low. After test driving and spending over a hour going through the vehicle, I went inside to buy it.The salesman was with another customer so I waited 10 minutes for him to see me. I told him I wanted to purchase the vehicle (cash offer) and I had a few more questions about the warranty. The salesman went into his office and spoke with the sales manager for 5-10 minutes. Once he was finished, he sat down with the other customer and spoke with him. Again, I waited patiently for my turn. Once he was finished, he went over the details of the warranty.Here’s the best part: He told me they couldn’t sell me that truck for that price because he missed matched the VIN number. The price on that vehicle is going to cost me $13,500 more. Then he had the audacity to tell me, if I waited, he could show me some other trucks in my price range.I’m disappointed with Max AutoSports for waisting1 1/2 of my time with no apology and treating me with little respect. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

This is the most untrustworthy car dealership in Spokane. Their salespeople will say absolutely anything in order to make the deal, even promising add-ons (for example, they commited to adding a remote start, new carpet kit, touching up my paint, and more) with absolutely zero intention to complete them unless you make a big fuss about it. They did do some of what they promised, for example, the remote start. However, I was asked to pay $150 after the fact when it was supposed to be included in the original deal! I told the salesman absolutely not and he backed off, but how dare they try to ask for payment when it was supposed to be included and especially after the work had already been done. That has scam written all over it. I had to deal with the same shady salesman for months before I made enough noise for the owner to get involved. Once he was, of course, I was promised the moon and again, they could not deliver! I was promised a brand new carpet kit when I purchased the vehicle, and when I took it in to be installed, it was the cheapest most unprofessionally installed kit I (and the owner even admitted he) had ever seen! So I was told they would order a new kit. This took months for one reason or another (the service center told me they didnt have approval and then they told me once they got the approval there were shipping delays After, it was a mess!) So finally when the new kit was shipped in (4 months after I purchased the car) I just picked it up/installed it myself rather than having to wait any longer. Now that Ive washed my hands of all of that, the final issue is that I am 4 months in with no permanent plates. I have heard that there is a plate shortage right now but that is absolutely not the issue here. The dealership apparently failed to have the car properly signed over when it was traded in by the previous owner. The stories I have gotten have varied from the odometer reading being inaccurate to the previous owner having a marriage/name change. Point of the matter is that this should have been taken care of long before I had to go in and get my third (yes, I said third) set of temporary window plates. There is absolutely no excuse for the shady business practices of this establishment and I urge anyone who is looking to buy a car to STAY FAR AWAY from any one of Dan Arrottas 5 different dealerships in town.

Max AutoSports listened to our needs and found a line up of vehicles we might be interested in. It was a no pressure environment and they gave us the time to really think about our investment. The environment was clean and they were children friendly. Overall very impressed with the entire process in purchasing our new car.

Im changing my review. I was sold a jeep which ended up having bad tires....as confirmed by their tire/build out technician. I had an agreement with AJ (manager) to trade out tires, but the tire guy refused due to my bad tires. The tire guy told me he would get me a set of tear off tires within 2 weeks. Its been a month and he is now not responding. Please do your due diligence. Dont trust them at their word.Ive added a screenshot of our texts.
Dont give this business your phone number unless you want constant text messages hounding you about their deals and trying to sell you a car even after you have repeatedly called in and requested to be taken off of their call/messaging lists.

I went looking to trade my car in for a truck and the sales man MARK was helping with the purchase and he was able to make the deal happen but I wasnt 100% on the deal I was offered and he sent in his college ASHLEY to try and finalize the sale and her sale tactic was poor she told me and I quote I understand this truck is to much for you as if I couldnt handle driving a truck of that size. To me that is a piss poor way to sell a vehicle. I would not recommend this be the place to take your business.
Impossible to get ahold of ive called multiple times and sat on hold for hours. The answering machine just keeps playing music and says continue to hold. Ive gotten ahold of them once and when they transferred me over to the right person they just hung up

WOW! Bought many cars in my years and this group is surely at the top! Treated like family from the beginning. They wanted to fix a small ding in our truck before letting it go and ended up giving us a loaner for the week to go on a camping trip. Thanks Chase and everyone!!!
The Good: Artis and Jeremy worked with me to get what I needed. Walked out with a beautiful truck. Took it in for an inspection after purchase and zero issues. The truck was priced comparably to others of its trim on the market.The Bad: The truck was imported from Canada. I knew this when buying it, but did not know and was not explained the implications. Any vehicle that is imported from Canada has the manufacturers warranty voided. The sales team informed me that I would be receiving the remainder of the factory warranty when purchasing the truck. This was false. US service centers will NOT honor the factory warranty and you can NOT purchase an extended warranty for the vehicle through the manufacturer. So if factory warranties are important to you, steer clear. Ive messaged the dealership for a resolution and will update if anything comes of it.Update: Response from the dealer You get a lifetime warranty with the purchase of any vehicle 2013 or newer with under 100k miles. You will receive the paperwork for the warranty in the mail in about 30-45 days from the day of purchase. It is an extended warranty that we provide.I was emailed a copy of the warranty terms about a month after purchase.
We have done business with many of the very well known car dealerships in town, but never have we been humiliated as we did today. Do not waste your time here. If I could give them a zero star, I would. After repeatedly mentioning that we did not want our credit pulled because we were already pre-approved for a loan from our bank, they still inquired. We walked in to test drive & to talk numbers if we fell in love with the vehicle. After doing so, they go on to tell us someone else put a down payment on the truck. They chose to take a down payment WHILE we were talking business (I know this because we were told the down payment wasn’t there before we sat down to talk). Very unprofessional and a waste of our time! You could’ve easily sold a truck today and earned a loyal customer.Edit:We got a call back and were told they in fact did not take a down payment on the vehicle we were interested in. Chase (the guy who helped us) LIED to us because he wasn’t man enough to tell us the truth that the price THEY posted online was an error on their part. The thing is, that’s not even the upsetting part, it was the fact that they MADE the choice for us. We were already pre-approved for a *large* loan, not only that but we were also doing a trade AND putting a down payment. They probably thought we couldn’t afford the dang truck. 😂 This place is a joke!

21 days ago I drove a car home from these guys. They are very pleasant on the surface, but didn’t communicate within their own place and ended up giving my sweetie and I 5(or 6) inquiries each! My credit is amazing and I have worked hard on it. Not only did I receive a rejection letter from a credit union stating their ONLY reason for saying no as “too many inquiries “ but after actually finishing the deal with a another credit union they STILL haven’t paid off my trade. So, now I have a late fee and a lien on my savings acct for the payment which was due 10 days ago. I definitely don’t have confidence in these guys anymore and don’t recommend them.
I went here yesterday to see if they were willing to help me get into a car and drive off with a car. I’m so happy to say that Ashley was such a great help and went beyond for me to make sure I got into a car. I’m sad to say that I wish I would of known about this dealership before others. I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone is so friendly and they were so friendly to my kids. I was very excited to drive off in a 2017 car. I have been shopping around for a vehicle for my family and they had a vehicle listed that we wanted. It said call or text for price, I texted the number and got a question back asking me where I am seeing the vehicle. I told them their website and never heard back from them. The car had high miles, but the add for the car said it included a lifetime warranty, so the miles didnt bother me if it came with a warranty. I decided to check the car out in person the next day despite never hearing back from anyone.When I arrived at the dealership, I couldnt find anyone to help so I checked out the vehicle on my own. Someone eventually came and asked me if I needed help. After I drove the vehicle, I made an offer and I asked what was included with the warranty. I was told their warranties were only for vehicles 2012 and newer (this vehicle was a 2011 of course). I asked why it was mentioned on the add and he admitted that they put that on every add to get people to come in. He could tell that I was frustrated so he said I could negotiate it into the deal. I told him I would not go over the price I offered and if they could include a warranty then I would buy it. I have cash and was ready to buy. I sat in an office for what felt like a long time and when he came back, he said the best they could do was $300 over my offer and no warranty. I said I wasnt interested and then he told me to wait and he would see what they could do. After another long wait, he came back and said the best they could was now $500 over my price with a 18 month warranty. I had the cash for the deal, but I was very specific that I would not go over my offer before we even sat down, so I was frustrated. I am the type of person who goes to a car dealership expecting them to try and take advantage of me, so I go in with a budget and I dont go over. Once he could tell I didnt like that deal, he tried to get me to stay so he could go back and see what they could do once again, but I was done at that point fr sitting around so long. Once I tried to leave, the salesman starting saying remarks that really upset me, basically saying I needed to look at less expensive cars and condescending me. I have an excellent job with a good salary and could have went home with any car on that lot, so to be treated that way was annoying, but I think he was just trying to goad me into taking the deal.As I was walking out, he was following me to my car and said he wanted to show me another car. It happened to be a car that we were looking for, and against my better judgement, I agreed to follow him to this other car. Except he was just taking me back to the office where he left me to go talk to his boss or whoever to see what they could do I assume. I waited to see if maybe he was just getting keys or something, but after waiting a few minutes, I just walked out.One other thing I think I should mention that is sketchy is that they take your social security number and run a soft inquiry, even if paying cash, which doesnt make sense and sometimes those can actually hurt your credit a little.I am someone who really likes vehicles and I buy and sell cars a lot to try something new. I had higher expectations than normal because of the good reviews, but they are just like every other dealership. I really wanted the car, and if it wasnt such a frustrating experience, I would have drove home in it because I had the extra money in my budget, oh well, on to the next place.
I would not buy a car from this place. A friend of mine bought one and 5 months later it was undriveable because there was so much internal engine damage prior the sale.

I came to max auto sports to buy my last car and I was first told that i couldnt have the car for 3 days cause it had to be detailed first. So on the third day I called and was told they dont know why I was told that cause it was actually in service for 3 days so i told them not to worry about cleaning it cause I just wanted my car. Then i was told I could pick it up that night. When i went in there to get it it still wasnt ready so i had to wait over an hr, when I complained I was told I could make an apt to get it cleaned and they would give me a loaner, after driving it home we realized the tire light was coming on and off and it pulled to the right and the stearing wheel shook. When i brought it in to have it detailed i told at least 4 ppl there about this problem and knowbody did anything about. The sales manager also informed me they could t give me a loaner cause they were being audited. So they gave me my trade in back. I was told i could pick it up at 5 the following day then that changed to 5 and when i got there i had to wait over an hr for it again.I ended up paying 150.00$ to get an alignment and balance the tires something they should have taken care for me especially since it had to sit in service for 3 days. Worst car buying experience ever. It seemed like k is both there knew what they were doing. All they care about is selling the car they dont care how many lies they have to tell u to make it sound good. I will never go back.
If I could give less stars I would. Was led to about cost of vehicle when I test drove got in to do the paperwork and it was 12,000 more. Waste of time
Sera was an amazing representative. She was relatable, kind, and professional. She was not pushy and had quick replies. She made sure we left satisfied and I would recommend her to anyone. I absolutely love my car and am pleased with our experience. Donald in financing did a great job listening to our request of setting a cap on our payments and did a great job getting us the best value. We left with more than we expected. Would definitely see them again.Also a quick shout-out to Hugo from Leskover Mitsubishi over in Kennewick for helping us find the last car of its kind in a 500 mile radius ☺️. You guys are awesome.

They continue to spam craigslist outside of Spokane and using keywords totally unrelated to the vehicle for sale. Hopefully craigslist will ban them for violating the terms of service.
What constitutes a 1 star review? Really for me with an auto dealership it comes down to trust. I dont feel like I can trust these guys at all. Here are the biggest reasons why I feel that way.1. Found a car online that we wanted to buy. An older 2007 Honda Element. I filled out an online request, got an email back from them and started talking about the car. Although the price online showed $6631 as well as the email I got from the inquiry. They insisted that it was not priced right and wanted almost $10k to get out the door.2. No matter how much I tried to reason with them, they didnt want to work with me. There didnt seem to be any pride in honoring a price or a deal. To me, it felt like they only wanted to convince me why I should pay the extra money. Not that they were listening to me at all.3. Lastly. This was a huge waste of time for me. I ended up buying a 1 year older Honda Element later that night for $5800. Which proves to me that the pricing at $6600 was in line with the market.I am posting a few photos to back up my issue. The online deal was for $349 off and that is what shows in my email as well. $6631 + $150 doc fee. If you didnt fill out the inquiry form, you saw the $6980 price that I am also posting.I have blacked out my personal info, but in the invoice for the purchase, they have a RO Service for $2000 saying that those were repairs that they did to the vehicle. This was not said anywhere on their website, no where in the vehicle description, and it makes this vehicle priced way high and out of line with other Elements for sale.I complained and the manager AJ and he said cars get posted online for the wrong price often. That seems alarming to me!I have bought a fair number of cars in my lifetime and this has to be the worst dealer experience I have had. If you are not an educated shopper, and not willing to walk away when they add costs to your deal, I would be steer clear of this dealership. Especially if you are traveling to purchase a car. Get everything in writing with your name on it all the way down to sales tax before they waste your time.

Pretty disappointing. Website was a mess, kept backing to home page. Went it with a estimated value of 16k for my car, got less than 10 offered. Also with them they were offering 3000 above kbb. As soon as i got their they said the mechanics take 1000 off right away. The place was messy. The office has dirt all over it with papers and highlighters around the room. Just not a good experience overall.
I went in looking for a truck for the winter and their salesman Artis Golden not only helped me find what I was looking for but got me in a 2017 Ram 1500 4×4 much newer than what I thought I could afford. Over all they were very helpful and very flexible with financing. I will definitely be doing business with them again.
They take care of you well at this place! Me and my wife heard that they were a Christian based car dealership and that was the biggest factor in getting us to do our business with them! We got the car of our dreams and the staff was friendly and made the whole process easy as pie! We had a little snafu with being told we would have a second key with the car when in actuality it only had one but the manager AJ made sure to take care of us and got us a second one on the house because of what we were promised! Would be happy to recommend this company to anybody!
I came in with 2 hours before work and Tanner R helped me narrow down what I was looking for, showed me multiple vehicles, and set up a time for me to come in the next day to finalize paperwork. Whole process has been pain free, and very quick. Lots of thanks to Tanner, Ill definitely keep you in mind next time Im car shopping!!Edit: got dragged through a week long process, was showed a Mercedes, then a Cadillac, then a Ford Fusion, and eventually told my credit that Ive spent a year establishing was still too young and I needed either a higher downpayment or a cosigner. Did not end up with a vehicle.

This was definitely a great experience...I cant believe I am saying that about buying a car but it was true. The car was priced better than any similar car in town or on-line, They gave me a great value for my trade in and found me a really low interest rate.There was one hiccup in the process..the salesman thought it had gone through all the service checks but it had not. Day 2 I went out to my new car and the battery was dead. I contacted my salesman Jasen and he came to my house ( 20 mile drive) and jumped the car and followed me back to the dealership where they completed the checks and put in a new battery. It would have been nice if the service had been done before hand but they went above and beyond to make it right. Thanks !!!!!
