Mike bent over backwards to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Tristan was also phenomenal about being attentive and answering all of my many, many questions. I immediately felt at home with these guys and could feel how much they really cared. They treated my family with respect and made them feel at home while we sealed the deal. I see that there are some negative reviews on here, ignore them, there is no way for dealers to guarantee a perfect vehicle, it is up to the customer to do their own research/inspection. Mike and Tristan were able to get my family lined up with the perfect diesel truck and we could not be happier with it!

I personally had a great experience. Both Tristan and Mike were very accommodating to help me get into my truck. Tristan was friendly and I feel they were honest and upfront throughout the whole buying experience. Would highly recommend visiting them. As for the other guy who felt gilted, maybe it was his personality and knowledge that got in the way of a great deal. As for me, Im happy and will return in the future.

Bought a 2011 F-150 back in March and it’s been nothing but headaches since. Had both rear axle bearings fail, one of them was so bad that two days (TWO DAYS) after I drove the truck off the lot there was fear oil getting thrown all over the rear wheel well, this is something their mechanic should have seen before hand because there are signs to a bad bearing (I.e. a wet break dust shield). I text the salesman about it and no response. The reason I gave them two instead of one star Is they did have good customer service but should look into a new mechanic.

Nice little dealership out in Airway heights! I randomly stumbled upon this place and I am glad I did. after having negative experiences from past used car dealerships, Woody answered all of my questions and concerns. He invests more money into making sure his vehicles are in tip-top condition than ripping people off like most of the places out there. He truly wants whats best for the customer... I will only purchase vehicles from Woody from here on out.

Save yourself the hassle. Just buy somewhere else where vehicles are sold with honesty. WORST DEALER EXPERIENCE. Not only the sales people, but management and ownership all do not act with integrity when selling cars. They sell with misinformation and photos that hide any issues with vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, they have told us to **** off at this point. We will be continuing to report here as it develops as well as to the BBB.
