Was really excited to come look at a car here. Spoke with Tony and told him what I was looking for. He told me to come in and I mentioned to him twice I wouldn’t be able to get there until close to when they close and he said it wasn’t a problem. So as soon as my husband got home from work, we packed up our toddler and newborn to go and buy the car he told me was available that suited my needs. I was ready with cash in hand. We got there at 5:50 (they close at 6) and all entrances were blocked and they had already closed. He had my number.. he could have at least called me to say he was closing up. I ended up buying a car from across the street at Nissan where they were very helpful and more than happy to stay a little late to make the sale.

TK has been nothing but good to me and my friends. Always polite and willing to work with me and my issues. I bought a car recently, had a mechanic check it out and whatever he found TK fixed right away along with promise to be here for me with other issues. His crew is always nice too. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dependable car.

They did a trade with my family for rig that they actually got the better deal but me and my family needed something that could fit us it burnt up in less than 30 days and I have proof of $12000 coming on taxes and they wont help us get into a rig unless we are willing to put kolataroll up when they did not inspect the rig.

After dealing with theses crooks. I got a truck. Engine light comes on. So I had my mechanic look at it. Transmission overheated. So I limped back to Spokane and have them fix it. Drive it back home and engine light pops on. Ball joints are so wore out. I could of gotten in a wreck. Was told it was okay to have my mechanic fix it. So I go up and show them the bill. Got rejected rudely saying they can’t afford to pay for it. So needless to say I won’t buy any piece of junk from them.

I bought a Volvo from here spend 4,000 $ and notEven 30 days I had to spend 900 dollars to get the radiator hose replace. Four months after I’m have fuel problems where someone taped part back together etc tried to get it fix at the main office in Spokane wa talk to tk he said they will fix I left my car there for two days had to miss work, I have five kids and it’s been very difficult. Took it there for two days then they called me said it ready everything is fix. But find out a few hours later the only thing that was done was fuel filter and was still smelling gas which had a leak the mechanic looked down there and rubbed something and he said yes there is a leak I’m highly upset because this was suppose to been fixed when I picked the car up. So me and my family are riding around in this car that still smell like gas if I had the money this would be fixed but I have to go trade this car in and find something reliable for my family and going to work. It’s all about a quick buck and really not caring for the customer. Tk did say bring it back in but at this point I just need to trade it in.

I purchased a vehicle for $4000. After I drove it away the check engine light came on. Ran diagnostic...7 codes had been cleared the mechanic said get rid of it quick. The sales person said pay it off and he would work with me and was sorry for what had happened.I paid it of in 6 months and the owner wants to give me a $1000 trade in with $1500 down! On a vehicle that is $4500. Oh yeah and my payment would almost double!!! Thanks for screwing me over. Buying a used car has risks...especially when you do business with this company!!

ANYONE CAN BUY GOOD REVIEWS. THE NEGATIVE ONES TELL YOU THE REAL STORY OF MOST BUSINESSES.Went in to look at a Jeep wrangler. Anyone with an half an eye for cars could see all the issues they were trying to cover up by making everything inside and out shiny and greasy. Its one thing to sell a car with issues. Its another to try and cover them it. Regardless of whether I bought it or not this told me all I needed to know about their business practices. Theyre just preying on low income families desperate for cars.

Worst experience ever, they lie and sell broken wrecked vehicles promising in their contractual agreements as they take your payments. Hard credit checks after they scam you. I filed with better business bureau and they lied again. Dont ever buy a car from them. Dishonest, untrustworthy and my attorney is after them as they continue to con me on a silly vehicle purchase that has immediate transmission problems, no ebrake, no working front shock s, no plates til three months later. Please do yourself a solid and go anywhere else, even buy a lawnmower and itd be better

Very good place to buy your next vehicle at. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them and have been very pleased with all our dealings with them. Our latest car we purchased had an issue with the trunk release and they agreed to fix it thinking it would be an easy $100 repair. Turned out to be about $650 to repair a wiring harness but they stood behind their word and took care of it for us. 2 thumbs up!! 👍🏼👍🏼

My husband and I just purchased an Audi from this dealership, our sales person was Bobb Bats, and he was so helpful! He guided us through their huge selection of vehicles within our price range (so patiently) until we settled on the one that we really wanted (after 5+hrs and numerous test-drives). After which he was able to find financing for us, and also connected us with the cheapest insurance quotes around! We left very happy.

Honestly the worst experience Ive ever had buying a used car. Excellent customer service, but terrible ethics. The most expensive used car I have every purchased, and it has been nothing but a money pit since I got it. So many issues and money lost. When I asked them if I could trade it back for something else, they offered me less than half of what I paid for it. Im a single mom and this has devastated my finances and ability to get around. The car has been nothing bad bad luck and untimely repairs.Im going to try to trade it in somewhere else, because I just cant afford the repairs anymore. I just need something that will get me around safely without the stress of wondering whats going to go wrong next.

I went in a week and a half ago. Got a vehicle, and the next morning went to work. It overheated on me before I got to work. Took it back, they worked with me and got put into another vehicle. Now, i am having to go buy a new battery because the one that was in the vehicle is toast. If you buy from them, look at everything! I should not have to buy a brand new battery a week and a half after buying a $4000 vehicle.

These guys are solid. I bought a car from them that had some problems (2007 Suzuki XL7 w/122,000 miles), and they kept fixing it without charging me a dime, or asking me any questions. The car eventually quit running, but they paid off the bank note, and put us in 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan w/70,000 miles, the option to buy a warranty (we did), and gap insurance. Aye, I straight up have respect for all of the people (Craig, Gary, and Bull from the Sprague location, and Danny, Lorne- the mechanic, and the owner TK at the Market location) that Ive had the privledge of dealing with directly. All of these fellas treated me with respect, and helped my family stay mobile. Not one time were they shady, made excuses, or tried to put it on me. Theyll get my business for life. The owner was very rude to me, I was trying to buy a SUV with cash, but he would only talk to my boyfriend. My boyfriend told him very clearly it was not his money or decision on what SUV I chose, but the owner still refused to speak to me. He doesnt treat women with any respect.It was definitely the owner that I talk to, it was on Nov 26th and it most definitely was NOT a missnderstanding. The original young man who helped me was very kind, but when we were directed to the owner with our questions every thing changed.

I bought a used 04 Ford F250 from these folks. When i test drove it I noticed a noise in the front end, they said they would take care of it. The deal went through and i bought the truck. These folks have bent over backwards to have it resolved. It has been a 4 week journey to figure out what the problem was, and they never hesitated when the diesel shop kept finding new issues, now the truck is fixed and I couldnt say enough about them. Sales men are great. the mechanics on the other hand. dont take your car here for work. get the parts and take it someplace else or do the work yourself. deleting codes in my cars computer is not ok. thinking im retarded when i have all the tools. makes them look like fools.

I bought my first car from here back in late November. Within the first two weeks the check engine light pops on and the car immediately overheats...on the freeway. I call them, and they gladly tell me they can look at it. I bring it in, they work on it for about 4 hours, call me, and tell me to come get it. I ask how much I owe they say nothing. I thank them (very much) and ask what was wrong. They tell me don’t worry about it, they fixed it. I asked what they fixed, they told me to not worry about anything. I say ok so what happens when the check engine light comes on again? They said that they would be happy to take it back and fix whatever is needed. I leave, the check engine light pops back on 2 weeks later. I call them up, they are too busy I say that’s fine you helped the first time so I take it to Fitzgerald Motors on Ash (highly recommend these guys, they are very friendly and get the job done, and quick!) they replace a spark plug, and send me off. They told me that if the light comes on again and it’s the spark plug again we are looking at a bigger problem. Two weeks later, ding there it is. But this time we had just got gas, so we fix our cap and it turns off. Phew. A few days later, DING it’s back. I fix the cap again, and it turns off! Few days later, DING my old friend came back to visit. This time I just ignore it. It must be the gas cap acting up. I keep driving with the engine light that keeps coming on and turning off every other day. Then, it started to just stay on. I’m pretty sure the whole month of February it was on. Saturday night 3/17 the check engine light starts blinking at me. I google it. Uh oh, this means it needs to be done NOW. On a weekend... great.... I can’t do anything at this time besides get my shift covered for the next day. The next day, Sunday, I call TK auto and speak with a friendly gentleman who sounds extremely busy, I explain my situation and he tells me he can’t help me today because he is the only one on the lot, plus he is not a mechanic. He told me to take it to Orileys to get a free check engine test done. Tells me to call him back later and tell him what was wrong so he can have a mechanic look at it the next day. I thank him, and go to Orileys. They check it out and tell me it’s a cylinder misfire. Great.. the spark plug. By this time, TK Auto was closed. I keep the driving to a minimum, and wait for the next day. Today. I call TK Auto, they immediately know who I am. They play hot potato with the phone until I get who I think was the mechanic. As he’s yelling in the phone telling me to take it somewhere else, I get super confused. Where was the friendly man I spoke with the day before? Why is the situation changing all of a sudden? He’s telling me that they will not take it, they are too busy to take back cars that have already left the lot. When in the beginning when they first sold me the car, they told me they would gladly work on it if there were any problems. Every time I spoke to this man, he made sure to speak over me, very loudly and aggressively. I remind him that I did bought the car from you guys, and it did have problems from the beginning, that you guys said you would gladly fix. He says sorry super busy won’t have time till June. I tell him that we have the diagnostics test and that we know what’s wrong we just need it fixed. He laughs, and says bring it somewhere else. I don’t know why the situation changed all of a sudden. But the whole thing seems odd. I still have payments to be made on it. And I regret coming to these guys in the first place. I would not recommend these guys.

Let me tell you all a story about this tk auto on market. The guy running it is a real champion. We bought a truck with a deal of coolant leak fixed we did this in feb a week after we got it.we took it in spent 5 days there for a heater core came out in the ride from market to deer park 5 gallons of coolant. Called them went in for 3 weeks picked it up still leaking, they said we are ordering a new engine i have pictures to prove all this. Engine came in took it in a week and a half later they said done. As i am heading home i am noticing a problem i call its the turbo binding up i said ok, guess what it wasnt there mechanic cold cranked it and bent a rod so 30 miles down the road on side of hywy it bangs.. Call them next day they say we dont care not our problem. We start calling attorneys his dad at valley location says after a threat of law suit change them out wr got a new rig but only cause mark in valley talked to owner and helped us..so use valley and stay away from tgis tk auto .. Thank you tomar for reminding me how crooked people can be .. Dueces
