I bought a Chevy Duramax from Jeff & Lacey at Crosspointe and the process couldnt have been more easy! The truck was everything they said it would be! Ill be making all my future car purchases from Crosspointe.

Tom was so friendly and polite and helpful. When we decided on a vehicle and was all ready, paperwork was done. Jeff didnt give us any options but one that didnt work for our trade in. He didnt even try, like he didnt care. Really wished we could have worked with Tom. Hes the only reason Im giving 3 stars.

I drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle during their posted hours and no one was there. When I called the following day they informed me that they leave half an hour before that every day. I returned to look at the car I had researched to find that multiple flaws had been strategically hidden from pictures as well as false statements including features that the car did not have. All in all I was very disappointed.

I live in western washington and I bought a car from the Crosspointe team. I flew out and they picked me up from the airport.The team was very friendly and helpful. I had a slight issue with the radio and they took care of everything! If you want a great experience with getting a car go to them.Best experience Ive had with a used car dealership. Wish there was more like them.

I found the truck I wanted online and sent a message. I could not be happier with the fast response and the help that Jeff gave me over the phone. He got me videos of it running and good pictures and gave me all the information I needed. We got everything done over the phone and I had good quality customer service. This place is great. Small town dealer personal feel, no pressure, they were honest and up front on what they knew about the vehicle, and were very fair with the price. I will be returning when I’m in the market again. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice used vehicle.

Cross pointe Autoplex went above and beyond for my family! We were car shopping for a smaller, used 4wd car for one of my sons. We found a great deal at Crosspointe. While test driving it, the ABS light came on. They offered to repair it and then we could talk numbers. They did fix it. After signing, while driving it home the check engine light came on. I called, worried cause I knew I had signed an “as is” contract just an hour earlier. They said bring it back, we will make it right. They spent three days and lots of money making sure the car was safe for my son. They also happen to have another car on the lot that we loved for ourselves! Ended up giving us a great deal on that one too! We will always look here first and we will recommended them to everyone we know!

I purchased what seemed to be an excellent vehicle from Crosspointe Autoplex, and within the 7 months of owning said 2006 Dodge diesel I have had $3000+ in repairs done. I have contacted Jeff in an attempt for compensation of some sort and he was very rude and I would never ever recommend this dealership to anyone ever, stay away!!!!!!

I bought a truck for my wife here and I didnt have a lot of money to spend. I found a pickup that was reasonably priced and went to look at it. We test drove it and heard a noise in the rear of the truck. Crosspointe inspected the truck and found that the gears in the rear were shot. They offered to fix it and they did., and even lowered the price of the truck. We bought the truck and on the way home, my wife had a problem with the front end shaking. We contacted them and they told us to contact a mechanic who does their work and lived near us. Remember, this is after the sale with an as is, no warranty vehicle. The mechanic fixed the problem, which Crosspointe paid for after the sale and we never paid another dime. In my experience they are honest, helpful and truthful. The truck I bought had 170,000 miles on it. I dint expect a new truck for what I paid. I was treated fairly and beyond what I expected.

I had such a great experience working with the folks at Crosspointe Autoplex in Airway Heights. They were so helpful in making sure all systems were a go for my purchase! It is very clear that their inventory, attention to detail and customer service is at its highest quality!

We were given the carfax report, the high/low used car value (which matched what we researched), as well as a summary of work done on the car when it came to the lot without asking for it. After our own mechanic looked at the car, we returned to Crosspointe and finalized minor details.The vehicle we purchased is running smoothly and proving to be very reliable. The entire process was pleasant (no pressure), transparent (no hidden agendas or last minute surprises) and very satisfactory. My husband and I agree that we will not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

Although I didnt end up buying the truck that I looked at, I met with Mike. He was the salesman. I really appreciated his style. He was unhurried, spent a lot of time with me, and answered my questions. When he didnt have the answer to my question, he was honest and said he didnt know. If it was something that someone else could answer, he found that person and got the answer. He was never the slightest bit pushy and never once did he pressure me. He was understanding in my decision making. When it came to negotiating, they were very willing to work with me. In the future, if they happen to get the vehicle that I am looking for, I will not hesitate to return and buy from them.

I purchased a used car from this dealership. I worked with Tom (sales) and Jeff (manager I think). from the moment I walked in the door I got the impression that these guys were straight shooters. they didnt play any games, didnt nauseate me (which is rare for used car sales people) and I got a fair price on a good car. in fact I found a flaw on the grill of the car I was purchasing and Jeff went ahead and ordered a new one. I would recommend this dealership!

This was hands down the best car buying experience Ive had. The salesman was knowledgable and friendly. I had to wait a couple of hours for my wife to get off work, but the salesman was curtious and patient. I had to make several calls to my wife to answer Jos questions. He prepared all the paperwork while I was away and was very organized. We got a good price for our vehicle without a lot of haggling. The Minivan is in great shape.

Trying to cancel my gap insurance been 3 months and still waiting. Had to put over 2k into the truck 6 months after buying it. They tried to say I owed them for over payment on my trade in. I dont even know how to explain how incompetent they are. Thank goodness if they over payed for my trade in because I over payed for my vehicle from them.

Fair, Honest, good deal, would buy again!

I purchased quite the lemon from Crosspointe (not the kind you can make lemonade with) and now am left with a car I cant drive. I blame both Dodge and Crosspointe for this issue that just cant seem to get resolved. The car I purchased was apparently imported from Canada however all the rules and regulations that are to be followed when importing were not followed. Dodge issued a recall on some flapper in the gas tank that prevents the car from dying for no reason when it gets stuck open. My car now dies without warning while driving and then can not restart without mechanical intervention. This has occurred while getting on the freeway, taking off from an intersection, etc. Every time I get in the car to go somewhere I’m not certain if this will happen. I’m left feeling quite anxious and afraid. I have a small child. What if I’m in the car with my child getting on the freeway and the car dies. Will I be hit by another car that is not expecting me to suddenly lose speed in front of them? Rich has been very good about taking our calls and saying I’ll look into it however we NEVER receive a call back and now I have a car I can’t drive. I feel that Dodge should repair the car here in the United States no matter where the car came from as it is a defect in a car they built, however they say I need to drive to Canada or have the car lot correct the issue. Guess who has not corrected the issue as of yet?? My suggestion to anyone that is going to buy a car here….DON’T!!!!!. While the staff is very nice and polite if you have any issues you will never get a resolution. Of course there are other issues that I was not aware of when I got the car…such as the leaking sun roof. We became aware of this the first time I took the car through the car wash. Water ran down the interior and began dripping constantly on my child in his car seat. Since the car was detailed before I purchased it I would believe they knew the sunroof leaked as well. – Sincerely, a very unhappy customer.

As a new attorney, I find that I have overly high expectations for the services I receive. In June of 2018, I set out to find a used awd vehicle. I visited a number of car dealerships where I was bombarded with ridiculous price offers provided by stubborn and unprofessional sales personnel. I then found Crosspointe Autoplex, which held a 2010 awd Acura TL I was interested in.The first thing I noticed was that, due to the excellent condition of every vehicle on their lot, it appeared as though I was entering a dealership comprised of new vehicles, not used. Even more impressive than the vehicles was the management and personnel at Crosspointe, who not only met my high expectations, but exceeded them. After test driving the Acura, I fell in love with the car and its pristine condition. However, the Acura was far beyond a price that I could afford. I figured there was no way that Crosspointe would be able to drop the price of the Acura low enough, but again, Crosspointe exceeded my expectations. I simply provided a price range that I could afford, and the salesman met my price range with no further discussion. Having been offered a sales price that I could not turn down, I purchased the Acura. Following my purchase, I found a tiny crack in the front windshield that was essentially invisible to the naked eye. I contacted Crosspointe about the crack and they ordered and replaced the window several days later with absolutely no questions asked. Again, Crosspointe exceeded my high expectations.Simply put, my experiences with Crosspointe have been nothing but excellent from the moment I chose to visit the dealership. The management and personnel exercised unparalleled professionalism and understanding. If you are looking for a used vehicle that looks and drives like new, there is no better dealership than Crosspointe Autoplex.

I would not buy a car from another place! Travis was extremely helpful and patient showing my wife and I what they had to offer on their lot and were very patient ! The vehicles were top notch and had a great selection of trucks and SUVs which we were in the market for. Once we had the right truck for our family everything went very smoothly and the guys in the office were very accommodating and professional. Heres where it gets good! Now having the truck for less than 3 weeks we noticed a noise coming from the rear end. I chalked this one up to being a typical dodge! We Called in and spoke to Travis, again AWSOME dude, and we were able to get the truck right into them to be looked at by a professional. Where to start... First of all, I would have to agree with one of the other reviewers - these people epitomize what you think of when you think car salesmen (think the dad on the movie Matilda and youve just about got it). They are very friendly and cheery when you walk in the front door (hence the 4 for friendliness) and will shake your hand and take your picture while they sell you a total lemon. Unfortunately, I did not have much car buying experience and therefore fell for the act and was lulled into a false sense of security (How could a guy this nice be trying to swindle me?!...). So I will preface this with a shame on me for not being skeptical and not trusting the word of a salesman (heck hes the salesman, maybe he didnt even realize he was selling me a POS but whoever let it onto the lot sure did). Anyhow, this is a breakdown of everything that went wrong with the car, all within a few months of purchasing it (this is a manual transmission vehicle): bad emergency brake (like roll down the hill when its set bad); BALD tires (probably illegal, he promised he could get us a great deal on new tires, turns out he could save us 5% and wed have to bring it all the way back to Spokane, not worth it); transmission completely shot to hell (the man who replaced it said there was no way this developed in the 3 months we had the car); Completely destroyed suspension (same story, mechanic didnt know how this had even happened on such a relatively new car). So, THOUSANDS of dollars later we have a driveable testimony to our gullibility. I tried to contact them and see if they would make this right in any way (I admit they dont have any legal obligation to do this but, heck, maybe they are decent human beings, right?) and got no response at all.Ok, if you really HAVE to purchase from these people, HAVE A TRUSTED (NOT RECOMMENDED BY THEM) MECHANIC CHECK THE CAR THOROUGHLY!!!! This may cost you a few bucks. Its worth it, I wish I had. Buyer beware!

Total Con Artists. Needed a bigger vehicle for the work I do. Sold me a truck that didnt last a month. Said theyd take care of me, and instead, traded me out and doubled my debt. I know, shame on me. The vehicle they traded me into, 1 month later, no longer runs. 10k in repair costs, and all they can say is, youre on your own. I was given an opportunity to relocate for work, but now that Im stuck with a non running vehicle, and no means ofbaffording the repairs, I can not take the position. You will be better off at a car auction.

The salesman and manager of Crosspoint Autoplex in Airway Heights swore the mechanic and the owner had both thoroughly inspected the vehicle we purchased yet within a few months we learned from a full inspection by a professional mechanic that it needs a full engine reseal ($5,000+) which is just about the price we paid for the vehicle! We also found out that Crosspoint Autoplex attempted to rig the wiring harness to make it appear sellable but it failed immediately and our mechanic found the unprofessional wiring job they tried to pull off to make the rear windshield wipers and defrost work long enough to get the car sold off the lot. These guys are dishonest and scammers. Now I have a vehicle that is a ticking time bomb. Multiple different major dealerships and mechanics I spoke to confirmed the reputation upheld by Crosspoint Autoplex. I wish I had known this in advance. I cannot believe these guys are still in business.

I work as a mechanic and was having warranty work done by cross point. They tried covering up mistakes they made on my vehicles airbag system and made excuses like my vehicle came from Canada so the airbags work differently. When I informed them I was a mechanic and that I felt they did not dignose my issue correctly the refused to halp or speak with me any longer. I know have to take them to court to honor my warrenty.
