Mark and his team were AMAZING!! This is the second time I have used them and I have been impressed each time… they are professional and their carpets are high quality. Mark went above and beyond by helping me with this floor boards that were as old as my 1968 home and he did an exceptional job of bringing in new floor boards which added a great finishing touch, thank you Mark!

This is the third time Ive used Keystone Carpets for my flooring needs and they are 3 out of 3 in delivering great service and product. Im very happy with Mark and the rest of the Keystone staff, and will continue to use them for my properties.

I found a most friendly small locally owned business. Mark was most patient helping me from start to finish. It takes patience going through all the many patterns, colors, quality options. Then adding Covid can slow the process a tad from the manufacturer.It looks wonderful having a much needed long overdue new quality rug. Thanks . NJ

From the estimate, to picking carpet, to having it install--Mark made the process a breeze. He came to our house, looked at our home, family (dog, 3 boys), color scheme and recommended a carpet for us. That made it so much easier than going to a show room with a million options. Installation was so fast--the guys came in, got started and worked until it was done. The rooms were move in ready by the end of the day. We got a better quality carpet for the same price as another local store. I love that they are a family run business and if I have flooring needs in the future I will be back.

These guys are AMAZING!! Mark came out with the samples, took the measurements & gave us the very reasonable bid. Jeff, Andrew and Eddie were the hardest working fellows Ive seen in years. They had the old flooring ripped out, the new flooring installed and remaining carpet stretched in a day (granted we have only 1500 SF, but still......most impressive.We couldnt be happier with the product, service and workmanship. Very pleased with entire process: in home evaluation of buckling rug, choice of carpet relating to our color scheme (so much easier than taking a tile and paint stick to a company). 3 young men came and went: quiet, efficient and working like a well-orchestrated concert. We had Keystone Carpets install Luxury Vinyl Plank and Carpet in the main areas of our house (Kitchen, Living Rooms,Bathrooms were LVP. Hallways, Stairs and Master bedroom were carpet). They did an amazing job. They let us know what the process was, what we needed to do and communicated really well when making sure it was going to be what we needed. We had them come back and do the kids bedrooms and the office. We highly recommend them! Love the floors!

Our experience with this company was not great. The pad they used we recently found out was only 6lb, something normally reserved for rentals. We were told at the time we were given a carpet pad upgrade... not a downgrade. I noticed at the time the pad seemed far thinner than previous. I should have complained then and not trusted these people. We also have a huge seam in our bedroom carpet (see pic) and now because of the poor pad installed the carpet is terribly worn after only 3 years. In addition, a 6lb pad pretty much voids any warranty the carpet may have had. Total scammers. This could not just have been an honest mistake. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely super and professional. Came out on time, went to work right away and when finished, was superb. And no hidden after charges either. These folks are down to earth and trustworthy unlike several other carpet companies in town who double-talk full of hyperbole and spin.

This company is LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL, they couldn’t even finish an estimate process. They came to my house to take measurements and to give me a quote then they didn’t even bother to send me the estimate or to even give me a courtesy call. This company obviously doesn’t want the work. I can NOT recommend them to anyone.
