This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. The manager of the store flipped me off and was extremely unprofessional! I’ll never go back to this store.

After having to switch phone companys i meet with Ryan who was very short and felt like he was being very quick to get me out of there. I didnt get to pick my own phone he went to the back and started to activate a new phone I also didnt get to pick my own phone case. I wasnt told what type of plan I was getting before switching all of my information. I donated my old phone so they could give it to a crisis center. Ryan informed me he had switched everything over. He did not all of my old photos were gone including the ones of my grandfather who is currently in the hospital under comfort care and wont be around much longer. When I called to ask if I could get my photos back he said it was my own fault and he couldnt help me and hung up on me. I ended up calling the national customer service line and a very nice lady who I cant remember her name was able to recover them for me. Needless to say I wont be going back there and I am not impressed with Ryan and his customer service he was very rude and less than helpful.

Im a fan of iPhones and I generally like Verizon. But I recently ordered an iPhone 12 pro Max, shipped to the store. (Shipping to the store for pick up avoided a few fees, plus I can trade in my old phone for a rebate.) I received notification from Verizon that the phone had arrived. So I went in to the store to pick it up. The manager told me I couldnt pick it up, that due to COVID, I had to have an appointment to do that. I told her my phone was in her store and I wanted to pick it up. She said only the sales person who sold it to me could set up the appointment to pick it up, and that my sales person would call me the next day to do that. I waited four days... no call. So I called Verizon.I looked up the number for the store I shop at. Thats the number I called. It turns out that the call did not go to the store I shop at but went to a corporate sales office. I was on hold for 57 minutes until a guy named Dan finally answered my call. I explained the situation. Dan told me he wasnt actually at the store, that he was a corporate representative. He could not set up an appointment for me. In fact, he said it was weird that I had to have an appointment at all. Dan offered to cancel my order and to reorder a new phone to be shipped directly to me, waive the shipping fees and set up fees, and that I could take my phone with me to the store to get set up. Dan was nice, but he talked faster than anyone I have ever heard. I needed him to repeat several sentences. When he offered to give me his direct line number, I had to tell him to say it slowly. I told Dan that I will go into the store one more time, and hopefully I wont have to get rude to be served.

I have been going to this store for years and Ryan and the store manager Kelcee are the best people I have ever worked with! They got me everything I needed and more, saved me money on my bill and Kelcee is a Samsung genius. Thought I had lost everything on my old phone and she recovered it all and moved it to my new phone for me! She even had me triple check I had everything before she walked me through how to delete my old phone to make sure I didnt lose anything! Ryan is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, the two of them together are a killer team. I have read some of the previous reviews and just want to say you can write anything on Google, that doesnt make it true! They are amazing!

After having some issues with my phone, I had to upgrade to a new one earlier than I was anticipating. Finding the right phone for yourself can be a stressful experience when youre not sure what you want to do, thankfully, when I went into this store to figure out what would be the best fit for me, an associate named Anndy walked me through the various deals and pricing arrangements that they had at the time. After I went back and forth through my options, she remained patient and helped me find the best fit for me. She even walked me through the many accessories and helped me find the best items for my new phone.

From being with at&t for ten years plus and finally doing the switch to verizon, couldnt ask for more from beginning to end my sales rep which was charlie p. which I highly recommend was very understanding, patient and professional got us some good deals! Everybody at the store was nice and welcoming, so thanks! And good work guys!

I went to Verizon yesterday with my boyfriend because we needed to buy new phones. We had a wonderful young woman by the name of Anndy help us. Going in I was confused on what I wanted and what phone would fit me best, but I was instantly at ease with her help. We went back and forth multiple times which I know would be irritating to many employees, yet she acted professional and courteous the entire time. She talked to us and made sure everything was clear and made sure we felt comfortable with our decisions. There were many other kind employees as well, but we definitely suggest Anndy.Thank you Verizon

Went in to the store with a chock full of questions and was helped out by the most wonderful people who answered them all. I specifically was talking to Bri. S which of whom had some of the best customer service. There was another worker who showed us in depth the difference of phones from her own, she was also great. 10/10

I was having problems with my apple watch, and Jon, the manager, made sure to get me a new one so I did not have to deal with sending it back and waiting for it to be fixed. It took a good hour to figure it out, but he made sure to help me. Whenever I need to deal with Verizon, I am going here. Kara, Jon, and Jon are awesome. They actually remember you, most Verizons do not care too.

I went in to buy a new iphone after my old contract was up. I came with my boyfriend and we got in a fight in the store and we left! I came back a little later and Jessica had saved my pizza for me that I had accidentally left there! Now that’s true customer service! Plus she was really helpful and knowledgeable. She had a couple of customers at once but gave us all time and attention. She was really good at her job because I was in and out of there and all set up really quick. As were the 2 guys ahead of me. It was great. The best part was a follow up call last week just to make sure everything was working out between me and my boyfriend. Haha no she didn’t ask that I’m just kidding, but she did follow up to see how I was liking my purchase. I 100% recommend River Park Square Verizon store and ask for Jessica.

My daughter and I went in to Verizon to look for the cheapest phone possible for her, shes 18 and very rough on her phone. The customer service rep that helped us was Justin Nelson and we will be going back. Justin is the only sales rep I have ever met of his kind and caliber, we explained to him our situation a little bit and he explained that it would be silly to buy a cheap phone if it wasnt what she wanted, After a kind hearted conversation between my daughter and Justin we worked out that my daughter has a temp phone for 2 months while I save the $50 needed to pay the tax for the phone she really wants. I have always recommended Verizon to my friends and family but, I will definitely recommend the downtown store and Justin to anyone who is looking to get a new plan or upgrade a phone that they already have, this Verizon store in the downtown mall is the place to go. Thank you again for rizon for erasing my daughters tears.❤

Worst customer service ever! I like Verizon but this store is joke. I seem to get exceptional service at other locations but not at the River Park Square. Employees appear inconvenienced by your presence and are clueless about Verizon products and service. Do not waste your time at this location.

Bree was awesome. Needed a new phone that fit my budget, I wanted a different phone but she let me know about a promotion and saved me a bunch of money! Helped me transfer all of my data to the new phone! She is an assett to the Verizon team, and I wont consider looking elsewhere for a phone.

Walking into the Verizon Store, I was shocked that it’s Go Wireless . The Rep Alex that had helped me was very helpful. This is the only store I will come into for now on. There was two other girls working as well, and they were very helpful. I’m glad customer service has improved with this store. The old Reps never wanted to help. Hands down the best cellular service I have ever received in Spokane. Truly each representative is very helpful and patient. Bri, Bri, and Bree have been helping me sporadically with all of my concerns, and even achieved helping my mother understand our plan (pretty difficult to do).

Absolutely the best phone service Ive had. I am from Wisconsin and had U.S. Cellular and wanted better service coverage. Walked in and Joe helped me find a better deal than I thought I could get. I recommend them to anyone who hates a hassle switching carriers and a friendly group of people!

Dont even think they deserve 1 star. The most unprofessional, and worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was barely 48 hrs late on my return, and even the manager wouldnt even look at the account, or try and see what they could do. Never ever going back! If it werent for actual Verizon customer service in the phone, my problem would have been gotten solved! Dont ever go here, and give them commission off of your purchases!

I had a terrible experience at the Verizon store in Cheney when I first switched from AT&T but the staff in this store (Luke & Jon) were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to straighten things out and because there a corporate store makes them a lot more capable.

Walked into the store today about 2:15pm and was very disappointed. The two associates sitting at the table didn’t awknolwdge me or say hello. I wasn’t sure they even worked there until I had to ask. After that I received blank stares and just nods instead of answers. Very disappointed with the lack of personality and customer service.

Ripped off by the store. Sold me a package of 3 screen savers getting one at a time as you come back if they break. I bought my 1st one there not honoring their deal they cant find me in the system under the phone number I gave them and they said thats all I would need. Try to buy another one they dont even have it in stock they suck. Will never do business with Verizon again, Back to T-Mobile they always took care of you should never left.

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. Sales agent there, I didnt catch his name but hes a big tall guy, older probably in his fifties. What a freaking jerk. I too, just had a question and its not the response to the question that bothered me. Its the way that he answered it. Just arrogant. He could have cared less. Unless, of course, I was buying a phone and setting up a new line of service..... Rude and unprofessional. I will never sign up Verizon Wireless if they were the last carrier on the face of the Earth. Never again will I set foot in that store not even to look at phones. No thanks!!!

We want to thank Nicholas Taylor who works at VerizonWireless in River Park Square. I had a problem with connecting my Ipad to the Verizon network. Nobody at Verizonwireless tech support Phone service could help us. Nick was the only one who stayed with us an hour PAST closing time. He was patient, polite, and really did everything he could for us. We did not buy anything from the store, so he did not get any commission on helping us, but he did not leave until he figure out the problem. Thank you, Nick!

Horrible. I thought other reviews were over doing it, but theyre right. Very unprofessional. I came in and stood around for 15 minutes without even being approached, one was with customer, and 3 were not fsr in corner doing something on an iPad, didnt even bother to come greet or ask what I wanted. When i got couldnt wait and came up to them, they very rudely just told me sir you need to wait more!. Ridiculous when I just had a couple small questions. Seems like they got young teens who dont know **** about customer service working at verizon now. Amazing.

This is the worst verizon store to go to. Ive been 3 times and terrible service. Just waited there for 15 minutes for an associate, then when I should have gotten help as I was standing at the front counter, the guy went and helped a lady who had just walked in. Never again. Ill get my help from calling customer service
