My cell phone was having issues so I stopped in to ask if they could help. The employee working the counter was nice but said he was new and I would want to ask the tech who was with a customer. I said no problem and I took a seat. After two hours of sitting there I gave up and left with out finding out if they could help. Over one hour of the time I sat there it was just the customer the technician was helping and myself. Even with only two of us being in the store he didnt take half a minute to say it could be a while if I wanted to drop the phone off, ask what my question was or even acknowledge that I was sitting there.

Had issues with the phone I purchased from them. Went in thinking I was going to be out of luck but man was I incorrect!! Kristy and Mark jumped right on it. Found issues that prevented repair. Gave me a loaner and 2 days later I had a new phone!! This company and the people that work there are incredible in an industry that isnt usually that way!! Thanks guys! You rock!!

IF YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR PHONE IN FOR SIMPLE REPAIR AND HAVE IT RUINED, PLEASE COME HERE!I brought my phone in for a simple repair on the back glass that was cracked, when I got my phone back the Face ID wouldn’t work so they took it back and tried to fix it... for 6months! Then when they finally offered my broken phone back the people including the owner and receptionist were blatantly rude to me acting like I was a nuisance to their business. It’s not my fault they are incompetent to do their job and can’t complete a simple phone repair. When I brought the phone in it worked perfectly besides the minor crack on the back, I never should’ve brought it to this place. Then when they offered my broken phone back the owner said he would have to take the screen off (that I paid to have replaced in the first place) or I couldn’t receive my money back for the faulty repair. Also at this point the phone won’t even turn on an the owner says their is nothing else they can do to fix it. I am beyond frustrated now my 1000$ phone is completely broken and can’t be traded in, sold or used and they are offering no type of assistance, the owner argued with me about taking the screen off (that I paid for in the first place) or he wouldn’t give me my money back which then finally he agreed to giving money back and letting me keep the fixed screen but regardless now my phone will not turn on and is a lemon, they told me that I will have to pay to take it in to Apple and even though they broke it! They cannot fix it and I’d have to pay to get it repaired at a more competent shop like Apple! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE THEIR REVIEWS ARE LOW FOR A REASON! And they are cheap for a reason terrible quality of work and customer service if their was an option for 0 stars that’s what they would receive.
I can not brag enough 9n this business. I traveled from Newport Washington to Spokane after getting the run around from TMOBILE and AT&T. Spokane wireless charged me a VERY reasonable dollar amount to fix the issue and it was done very quickly. I will not waste my time at an AT&T retailer ever again.. I will be using them for any cell phone needs I have in the future. Fast, friendly, reasonable, I couldnt have asked for more!!!

I had brought my iPhone in to get it fixed (the charger port broke🙄) & I left it there for 2 hours. Before, my phone wouldn’t charge. Everything worked just fine besides the charging port. I get my phone back and the home button/thumb id magically stopped working. So, I went back in to ask them to fix it, and this guy said “it must have been broke before you brought it in. And we can’t fix that type of thing anyways.”
Straight up lied to me. I called them up on the 7th about a cracked phone screen. They said theyd order one in, and would have it in on the 15th. So on the 14th, I brought the phone in and dropped it off, because they said if I brought it in before the part arrived, theyd be able to get it done as soon as the part arrived.So the next day I called to check on the status of it, and they said the screen wont be in til the 26th. When I reminded the guy (Dillon) that Id been told it would be in that day, he asked who told me that. I said you did, I have your name written down here. He replied Really. Well, dont know what to tell ya. Sounded stoned out of his mind this time, too.So I drove over, got the phone back, and took it to Batteries + Bulbs on North Division. They had a screen for my phone in stock, they got it fixed in an HOUR, and charged the exact same price Spokane Wireless had quoted me.
Thus place is great!! They are friendly and know allot about cell phones highly recommended..

Wasnt aware this place existed and now Im going to be using it for cell phone purchases. Very nice gentleman helped us and assured us our grandson could contact him if he had any questions or return phone if it was working correctly. Locally owned and great source of phones at reasonable prices. Still in the box, never used.They may sell newest models but our grandson got a last years model iphone which made it possible to replace his cell on his budget.
Owner is a deceptive crook who sells faulty phones. My nephew purchased a phone here that was broken. He immediately brought it back to return it because Mark, the shady owner, said he could if it didnt work. When we came in to return the phone, Mark became pushy and tried to get my nephew to trade the phone in. I stepped in and kindly explained that we would like our money back and we would not be getting a new phone, simple as that. He threatened to throw us out and would NOT return the amount the phone was purchased for. Buyer beware. Ive looked this place up since and there are too many reports of shady business.

My poor husband took his iPhone here on my advice. Wow! Has this place changed. I would not recommend it at all! His 5s iPhone (which was my old phone) was not charging & it had an old battery. I bought a new battery on Amazon & told him to take it there & see if they could fix the charge connection & replace the battery. $90 later - he brought it home & it would still NOT charge. It went dead! So, my husband took it back in the next day & the young lady there was rather snotty & commented it was a knock-off battery! Why didnt you tell my hubby that the day before? Why didnt you check to see if it was charging? She was very condescending & my husband is the sweetest man you would ever know! With NO choice - my husband paid another $50 for a new battery! This young lady also commented on my hubbys charging cord when he wanted to make sure it would charge this time! I am thinking the $154 that he spent - we should have put towards a new phone. Spokane Wireless- you need to give a training on customer service because you do not have it!
Have gone here multiple times to have things fixed on my phone. This is the second time in the last few months Ive had to have something fixed. Last time I was there, I told them what the guy at the Apple store told me about my phone and having a couple of little pieces bent in the charger port. The guy took it apart and cleaned it really well. No broken or bent pieces in the phone. Just needed a good cleaning. Only charged me $25! Love these guys.
Ive been a customer of Spokane Wireless for 3 years now and have had a wonderful experience being so. Their products have been great and so has the customer service. I always enjoy the friendly banter and great attitudes despite working with a sometimes formidable crowd of impatient jerks. They are often busy but have the courtesy to let the customer know they will be right with them. I only assume they have so many customers because they are in fact a great business with a great product.
Recently Spokane Wireless got broken in to and I understand that but along with that it would have been nice to have gotten a phone call or to inform people who had items there to be repaired if the items were safe, fixed, or simply to let us know it would take a little longer due to the break in. Instead, I received no calls, I had to call in and went straight to voicemail to leave name and number and that they will get back to me but they never did. I have called more than 6 times and still no response of what is going on with my items that I brought in. This place is horrible and doesnt have good customer service!

I should have known better when the first two loaner phones didnt work that something was wrong. They put a new battery in my phone. A week later my phone doesnt work at all. I bring it to a different place and learn that Spokane Wireless installed a defective battery and they didnt even bother to tape it down which is the standard procedure when installing a new phone battery.When I was talking to the owner Mark about battery issues he told me how important it was to fully charge the battery when it is new. Having researched Lithium Ion batteries extensively at Battery University I knew he was completely wrong.If the owner doesnt have a clue it makes sense that the technicians dont either. Avoid this incompetent place like the plague!

I will never go here again. My son broke his Turbo face plate. We were told they had a face plate in stock, we went and paid for the repair before it was done. My son went in the next day because we were told that it would be ready and SHOCKER!! It wasnt. We were told that they had the wrong part it would be three days to get the part in. This was on a Wednesday. He went in on Monday mid morning, and was given the wrong phone. When he told them it was the wrong phone they replied that it was the only Turbo they had. They couldnt find his phone or our paper work. My son left and came and told me. When I called they said 2 seconds after he left they found his phone but had no number to call. REALLY?? His phone was in for repair!! My son had left his dads number as a contact number. We were told his phone would be fixed in 45 Mins. We will see. Just beware!!!

Very unprofessional. Was quoted 7-9 business days to fix my phone screen. That was on November 5th. Today, December 17th, they were finally able to fix my phone.I had been told that the screen needed to be ordered, no big deal. They then received the incorrect screen in shipping. Seems plausible, and is totally understandable...the first time. The second? Thats just unprofessional.And not only was I charged up front, but the clerk tried to charge me again, upon pickup of the device! The paperwork literally has the words paid written on it!Do not, under any circumstances, ask them to repair a phone.Would do 0 stars if I could.

My beloved Galaxy S4 stopped taking a charge due to a bad USB port, so on Verizon store recommendation, I dropped off my S4 with these folks yesterday around noon and they had the port replaced before 6pm closing. I thought the customer service was fine. The folks looked busy and a frazzled at times but working retail will do that to you. Everyone was professional and courteous to me personally. Id use these folks again.

If you have an iPhone I would go to the Apple Store as Apple retains a tight control over their product. I had my screen replaced here, went to update and had the dreaded unknown error 53, phone dead and Apple (they suck, hate them) would not even fix the phone for any price. Would Ford get away with that? We did not replace your windshield now your car will not start. It is your fault. We will not even work on it, do you want to buy a new one?Spokane Wireless refunded my money and I got a Android with the money. Spokane Wireless made it right.I will NEVER buy an Apple product again. One can only hope that many years from now they go the way of Pam Am who thought they owned the skies.

I havent been in this store and I dont have any plans visiting this location. I called and spoke with a very rude disrespectful guy that has (probably) no class. I was trying to explain my situation to him regarding my cracked screen on my Galaxy S3. The tone of his voice was rude, he kept cutting me off, his comments were sarcastic. He was talking to me like as if though I was stupid. This guy has issues. Im not sure if hes a lonely man or if hes having problems at home. What is your deal? We the customers dont deserve to be treated like this. Maybe his business is going down due to lack of respect and dignity.....how sad for this guy. I will not go visit this pathetic place!!!!!!

Went to get my phone unlocked and ended up paying 80 bucks to wait 2 weeks for no pin. The guy told me that it would take 3-4 days and if not he would give me a full refund. I go in the get the refund and he tells me he can only give me 40 cause he used 40 of his own money and he cant get that back so he can only give me the difference. I feel like thats terrible business. Charge people to make 100% profit
I had some problems with Page Plus and they immediately cured it. Later, I needed some more help in transferring information from my phone to others for a legal matter that was very important to us. It took about 5 minutes to get waited on- they were busy - good for them! - then instant service again at no charge. It is a small kind of frumpy place, but the people are great along with the service. What else do you want? I will stay with them & hope they continue to grow.

This is the worst service I have ever received. I purchased a Sky Device from Spokane Wireless in April 2015. Exactly 34 days later I returned to Spokane Wireless with my box, device, and receipt. The device I had purchased had several issues. The device I purchased NEW from Spokane Wireless would gets so hot you are unable to hold onto it. The volume button does not work, and the device just randomly shuts off with no warning approximately 30 to 40 times a day. When I purchased the device I was guaranteed to be able to exchange the device with the receipt and box if anything should happen within the 1st 90 days. I was told if there were problems with the device after 90 days that Sky device would replace the phone. I went into Spokane Wireless exactly 34 days after purchasing it and was told that they would repair the phone but not replace it. That I would be issued a loaner phone while my device was repaired. This is unacceptable for several reasons.1st the device has too may problems to be repaired.2nd I own and operate a type of medical practice and is not acceptable to ask me to put peoples private information on a loaner phone. Even with a factory reset some information always remains and this would be a huge breech of confidentiality.When I went in to the store 34 days later the owner of the store was rude, disrespectful and unwilling to follow thru with the warranty I was told I had when I purchased the phone.This company is charging people a large amount of money and giving false information about what they will do should you have any problems.I was told although I took extremely good care of my device, kept my receipt and my box that they would not honor what I was told was my warranty. I was told it was my problem not theirs.Think long and hard before you purchase ANYTHING from Spokane Wireless, they do not stand behind their products. They take your money and run.
I sent my mother here to have her screen protector put on. Since I live out of town now. They charged her $20 to do this . WHAT! She even gave them her old phone and goes through them for cell service. This is absurd as I thought they would do it for free. Taking advantage of an older persons ignorance shame on you guys.

The men I spoke with were ridiculously rude and obnoxiously condescending! I called a man who gave me information I found out to be false through personal research. I called back to ask women a question concerning pricing and was told a general price that ended up being more. When I went into the store a different man with horrible interpersonal and customer skills reacted to my questions like I was crazy for asking them. They were completely valid questions. I was told that the service I wanted wasnt available. This could have been avoided by the women I spoke with if she knew what she was talking about. Overall, this was very poor experience. Probably the worst customer experience I have ever had.

I have to say i walk by this business all the time. Ive never walked inside. Funny how our surrounding can become so commonplace. Then see it online. I will make a point to stop in next time.

Just from one interaction with this company I will never go here. I called in the morning and was told I would get a call back from a tech person. That never happened. When I called back over 4 hours later and said I was promised a call back and didnt get one, the girl who answered the phone sounded genuinely annoyed I was bothering her. When I finally spoke with the tech person, he used foul language and accused me of breaking my phone. quote You probably mashed the piss out of the damn button and broke it I just hung up. Unprofessional, rude, and have no clue how they are still in business.

Brought my galaxy S4 in to sell. I had reset to factory. The tmobile version needs a sim card to allow you to go through setup. The guy was back in a room with the phone for 5 minutes, and then came out saying that the home button doesnt work. It works fine, but it needs to go through setup first. One would think that a person who says they can fix a phone would know that... Went out to truck put in sim card, typing on phone now, all buttons work fine.

My phone broke so went here to get a used one. Their prices are outrageous for a used phone but found one for $49 took it home charged it, it was broken would not charge took it back the next day the guy was very rude seemed like he delt with rude people all the time. They told me it was the charge port not the battery and they said they fixed it. I took it home put it on the charger and it was even worse than when I bought it now the c key was sticking on the keyboard. Went back to the store on Saturday and they are closed on the weekend. So brought it back Monday and just decided to return it I was done with this place and we had to pay a 15% restocking fee. I do not see how you can restock a broken phone, so needless to say I will never go here again
