Im very impressed with the Division store. I was signed Im promptly and waited less than 5 min for my turn with a rep. I had several issues to tend with and was in and out in under 30 min as lol with a smile. Kudos Division store and thank you!!
I love the service but honestly,the support staff really need to converse to run the operation smoothly. 1 guy told me one thing while his notes said another. So now I have to wait up to 2 weeks so the supervisor can go back and listen to our phone conversation. I appreciate that theyre willing to get to the bottom of it but I am without service until then. Its not right. Im sure my account will be credited but its fact that this could have been taken care of at the time (per the phone call) Im looking into their phone service next. Im thinking itll be well worth it.
Parked store front, which is nice for accessibility. Nice open store. I liked being greeted and signed in by a hostess. Browsed for just a minute before a salesperson called me over.Once with the salesperson it did take a while, but he ended up setting me up with a whole new bundle, upgraded equipment, more channels and unlimited internet. For just THREE MORE DOLLARS than my current bill !!Although I am having some issues setting up the new cable box, but thats not on the store employees, Im inept with technology.
I went in to talk about the free basic tv service you get with your internet. If they spent two minutes on this item Ill be surprised. Went right to tell us what you want or need so we can help you... wanted me to change my plan to adding many dollars to bill.I dont watch sports anymore, about 4 years now. just wanted a local news show...My wife and I walked out, never did get the information on the service i was interested in.Reminded me of false advertising.Why not have all the local channels in a basic package, dont need 90 percent of the other worthless channels. Cost should be low, it can all be done by computer.Very disappointed.

Swapped two phones from Verizon to Xfinity, and added a third line and phone for my daughter. Lars was helpful, friendly and efficient. Easily the BEST experience Ive had with mobile phones in over 14 years. And saved money too!

I called in regarding a connection issue, and Travis was sent out that afternoon. He fixed my connection issue and told me about a service I did not know I had. Very professional and polite.Not 5-star only because I would have appreciated more clarity on the price when I began the service.
I wish they would put the local number on Google. I had a simple question to see if a certain product was available in the store and it was impossible to get through the computer automation. I finally got to a “customer specialist” who didn’t have anything to do with the local store!
Front desk helper guy was very nice and helpful to show me how to use the Kios to make payment.
They are great people but the internet is a little sketchy. If youre in to trading stocks then be aware of not so good response.,,hope that sounds right!!!
Useless at just about everything I need. Came here several times to replace my phone after being instructed to do so over the phone to no avail. Got frustrated enough that I went and bought the phone unlocked. Came back to get a screen protector put on and the person who did it did a worse job than I did and this was a 50 dollar screen protector. His excuse for getting a bunch of debris was the phone and the screen protector were different material instead of admitting he made a mistake. I wont be coming back to this place foh.

Went in to buy a mobile phone. I already have cable, internet, and phone already. Got a very nice smart phone that serves my needs very well. Monthly rate is also very low. Customer service was great. Everything went quickly.

Put off coming in to get new remote thinking Id have to stand in line forever, and by looks of it they were packed,, or pay ungodly amount of money for new one. Walked in, greeted right away by friendly staff member, asked what she could help with, told her I needed new remote. Minute later, literally, she brings me the style Id had, and the new style. I asked how much they were oh theres no charge! Take them both and use one for another TV in your house! I about fell out of my shoes. Anything related to Comcast or xfinity USUALLY ends up costing a fortune. I thanked her, was in and out of store in less than 5 minutes!!
Daimen was the rudest person ever. I haven’t had cell service all day and the address that they have in their system is incorrect. When I asked him to update the address he asked why does it matter…?He told my attitude sucked and he couldn’t help me.

They came out to my work to replace the modem and replaced it with four boxes when they left everything was broken and nothing could connect to anything I tried to reset up the printers and it failed to find them.I had to rip out all of the equipment they had put in and call Comcast customer care and have the modem put into pass-through mode and replace their router with a Linksys and everything started working again imagine that!!I should have known better when the technician was on the phone having problems!!!
Went in person to arrange for move. I am not a big fan of cable companies becuz i think they overcharge. However in every instance for service they have been knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

Over priced, very poor customer service, had comcast several years and it is the only decent internet, they really rob you to get it. when you switch to another company they try to make it as hard as they can. customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.
Walked into the store yesterday with a suspected modem issue. No questions asked. They traded it out and I was out the door in about 10 minutes total.Update, about a year later : OK so, I had to go back to Xfinity only this time for a billing issue. Again, I received very good customer service. I really dont know what all the angst is about this place.
Great with masking and social distancing. The man who waited on me was knowledgeable, genial, and succinct. Turns out that while my deal is ending, the price and speed are not going to change!

I went in an angry customer due to the fact while being in the hospital my house sitter was able to transfer his service over and they let him with out checking if he lived there if he was on the lease and had this authority anyways and they installed their equipment with out my knowledge, after returning home I let this man stay for another month and in that time he also did some stocker crazy stiff to where I had to kick him out well he out a block on the service, so now I have a block on my address so I had to go prove that this was my house and no one else was on the lease and then not only did they help w that and have the block removed, they also help me get home security and because of the situation they waived the 100$ installation fee for the cameras and turned the experience into a new safe matter for me, tars was amazing at doing this, not only did he go for the wow to fix the service he was kind and caring about my situation and helped me every step of the way, he deserves a raise as he saved this loyal customer here for life 🧬@north division store

Horrible service, constantly had to reset my modem, constantly adding things to my bill, I was set up on auto pay and they would take the payment then say I didnt pay it and charge me a late fee. Call them and they wont even talk to u unless u pay the late fee that shouldnt be owed in the 1st place, so then I go to the store and try to talk to someone and they are just rude and wont help at all.

I was returning my router and cancelling my account. Staff were very helpful and considerate. I just dont care for Comcast but it was the only broadband available in our building.

Comcast likes to advertise specific download speeds and if you have your own equipment that supports beyond the capabilities that they will provide you with, they will blame that same equipment for not having the speeds they advertise you with to then throw you there equipment as if it is anything better to also add extra to your bill. Yeah it can be 10,12, or w/e extra on your bill the point is they say there equipment is better when it proved to be the opposite for me.
We planned on dropping a huge tree into the field behind us and had to coordinate with Modern Electric, Comcast, and CenturyLink to drop the lines. Comcasts response to our request was so quick! They understood that the alternative could have been another wind storm which would cause more work. They sent out two trucks promptly on the date and time we scheduled. While the team was here, they are truly amazing to work with. Thank you so much to the entire team at Comcast.

It took four days and several hours to finally get the local president in charge of customer service.Ive had issues for a year. Ive been charged a higher rate and never received it and the difference has become significant over time. Id be ok if it slowed down not fail while running fast enough. Id probably never check, none of my needs require the top tier I pay for. Which was partly to combat that signal lagging on phone calls and online games makes har stop cope with. Happens on the phone with them when Im trying I switch to my cell service.I was transferred in circles promised calls, that never came that were supposed to remedy it. Finally a rep called four days of complaining for hours and gave me his email. I will only edit this to add his address if they dont compensate me fairly Im guessing its a 300 dollar shortfall on them serving me. I paid on my end if the agreement, they should provide their end of the agreement.I asked for an employee package for a year.I dont even want a home phone or tv, totally happy as is when Im watching video which buffers ahead it rarely but does lag or kick me out of a show.
I am a professional caregiver. I take care of an older gentleman. On May 31 I, with the help of a technician from xfinity hooked up my clients new modem. When I left, everything seemed to be fine. I came back over this morning to find out that my clients wifi, which runs his cable tv, his internet, and also his home phone line had been down since I left on Monday. I called xfinity only to find out that they had not reset his phone systems, so it knocked out everything. He had ZERO contact with the outside world. If he had had a medical emergency, he would have had no way to call out! Its an issue that Xfinity should have caught and fixed while I was on the call with them setting up the new modem. Xfinity girl blew me off when I tried to mention it. And I can almost guarantee that its not been reported to someone above the tech support rep I talked to. Oh and no wifi means he didnt have his, help Ive fallen and I cant get up button to work, cuz it requires either wifi, or a phone line. Hey Xfinity, train your personal better
They sent the wrong person out to put in my security cameras 3 times, finally the guy who could only do them walked out on the job. I would not recommend them, they have done nothing to try to make up for this.
Was underwhelmed by the experience. The space was beautiful but comcast is the only game in town and they act like it.
I called the 1800 number and was told the wrong info so when I came in I did not have the correct paperwork. I explained my issue with the staff and they were able to help and fix my problem. The staff did a great job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was charged overages for MONTHS for my daughter using the internet for school. When i called to cancel to switch to someone else THATS when I was told for $11 more a month, I could have unlimited. I switched, and now they are trying to charge me overages again.

Can’t speak with a real person. Been waiting almost a week for them to come fix the downed line. Had someone call us 2 times who couldn’t speak English just for us to tell them the same thing again. They fixed our line but could not fix our neighbors at the same time. Still have a huge tree and downed lines. Kids and dog can’t go in the yard. Paying for doubles channels. You click on a channel and it brings you to the same channel/show just a higher channel number. Been using them for years and now this. They said they can’t do anything for us and no deals.

There is zero customer service to be had with Comcast! I have spent hours on multiple calls trying to get Comcast to honor the pricing they agreed to for internet/cable service, with no success. The store location provides no support either. All they can do is accept payments and equipment returns. Useless!

I got two kids at home going to school online. So these guys decided to charge me an extra $150 because my internet usage went up. During covid of all times to do it, like people arent struggling enough right meow. I would seriously consider another company, one that doesnt have data limits. They are out there.
Went in 11/1/20 to swap out box. Usually takes less than 3 minutes. Front desk Rep treats people of Color horribly. Non black customers are given preferential treatment. Blacks are skipped over. Whites first. Then black customer told to go to the back corner and waitWhite customer sat upfront.This is not the first time derogatory & disparate treatment has happened at this store.Xfinity/Comcast is a large company that supports and employs all walks of life. This company has stores that are well managed even during Covid -19.This store needs organization and human interactive training. There are other Great People at this location. Try to be patient and hope you get one of the Great ones. Scheduling helps too. Thats is new too.

I was helped with my grandmother, by Val, at the Division store, and she was extremely helpful, super polite, and very outgoing. She made sure that we werent leaving till we figured everything out and even helped us with more than what we went in there for! Seriously could not thank her enough.
I would rather watch infomercials on analog tv all day long than pay a dime to this joke of a company. After spending a half hour on the phone with the guy to set up an appointment he tells me that the 2 times he just offered we’re no longer available so I had to push my appointment out another week- A little frustrating but fine, whatever. Then when the day finally comes they are 20+ minutes late to the 8-10 o’clock window I was told to be ready for. The best experience I have had was calling to cancel.

I had problems with a friends phone from previous competitors that really took advantage of Covid19/Stroke patient new phone and more than quadruple charged him for internnet services --and then added fees to more than 1600.00 in 2 months! Then shut him off from emergency services.. could not call his doctor nor nurse for 4 days before we found out what happened!!That was AT&T!!Damion found the perfect easy setup phone for his hands n vision. Easy payments with all unlimited services n data. Found other discounts as well. He left setup.My own phone had problems with internet access n texting all of a sudden. Which I need desperately on my Healthcare travel support job between facilities n boss. Both Damion n Kavan worked late and had my phone working in time for my night shift. Great Service!!
I understand social distancing yet they would not allow my wife AND I into the store (together) to speak with a rep about moving our service over. I understand not allowing two strangers at one time, yet a married couple who are as one. So disappointing and they will not receive our mobile business.
