This is my absolute favorite coffee stop. The baristas are sweet and personable, the options are always interesting and refreshing, and of course, the best lattes. The lavender truffle is my current favorite and its always delicious. Absolutely recommend stopping by here. Occasionally theres a bit of a wait which doesnt bother me but they really try to be on top of it and take orders in the line in person when the window is held up.Love this place. I hope it stays here forever.

They are pretty fantastic, but if you get in line at 15-20 minutes til closing and they don’t make it through the line they will close up shop and refuse the rest of the cars service.

The staff is so friendly and kind, my coffee was fast and delicious, and bonus points for having such a cute shop! Would much rather come here than any chain coffee shop any day!

I am 100% okay with this location not wearing masks. And I believe it is an individual choice.The coffee is great!BUT I give them one star because I went there when ALL drinks were half priced. And they did not give me 1/2 price. They didnt have me sign my credit card slip, so I didnt get to see a total. Later I looked at my bank statement and I see that two drinks were $10.75. I feel this was a bit shady and that they took advantage of me.I would love to hear from a manager to get this straightened out. As it is truly unprofessional and just dishonest.

I love blissful blends. the drinks are amazing and the girls are so nice, but they don’t wear masks. that is very concerning considering we’re in a pandemic and they are normally busy. the rating would be higher if they wore masks.

Ordered on uber eats and everything was raw... not even cooked .. I’m shookeh right now.

I am beyond happy with my delivery (grubhub) order today!!! I ordered a 32 oz vanilla buttercream and I am used to it being iced and today with this cold snowy weather it is hot and also got a cute little note on the bag of my ham and cheese bagel on how to heat it!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I dont hate Blissful Blends. I actually love Blissful Blends. The reason for the 1 Star review, after waiting in line for 15 minutes, I pulled up to discover they werent wearing masks. Id say it was a fluke, but both locations, no masks insight. While I get theyre annoying, make it hard to be social, and can get sweaty. But, if youre serving people food, made to order, you should be wearing a mask. Once this Covid stuff is over, Ill be happy to visit their locations again.

Always good coffee but this is the only business Ive seen recently where the employees werent wearing masks. So if this bothers you I would suggest getting your coffee somewhere else.

Always great coffee and service! Only frustrating thing is that Ive came to the stand 3 times about 5:45am, amd the sign says open and all the lights are on, but no employees to take my order. Today I watched 5 cars pull away without being helped. Ive gotten coffee at this time pretty much everyday. Also sad that I cant call and make pickup orders for large orders and the poor girls have to frantically serve my large order along with other customers ordering.

So the girl working today has NO idea what she is doing. ? When we mentioned we wanted the drink made with light ice, she responded oh so you want it with ice?.....and then proceeded to mix up drinks, put white chocolate powder in my drink when I explicitly asked for the sauce, and then handed us my daughters Italian soda. It had a HUGE black floaty in it and she looked at it, shook the cup, and handed it to us. When we handed it back she acted as if she didnt notice and flippantly offered to remake it. YIKES!

You really should find a way you tape the lids down or something for deliveries. I paid 20 dollars for a 7 dollar drink. I would like to feel my drink is safe from being tampered with.

Use to go here all the time just left here and my coffee wasnt made right i said something and all that was done is added more whitw chocolate.. Didnt remake it nothing then the eggnog they put coffee in it and made it wrong so gave it back and they gave me a regualr eggnog.. Not happy about this

Wish I could give a better review but if you look at this picture Im sure you can tell why I am so disappointed. Came this morning around 10AM to pick up a couple coffees for some coworkers and myself. I paid for ice and Im not really happy about that, unfortunately The Service Station was closed so I had to make a change. While they did have the coffee we wanted, I got maybe 1/4 cup of actual coffee! I was too distracted at the moment to say anything unfortunately and Ive never been to a Blissful Blends before, never have this issue at The Wake Up Call, Dutch Bros or the Service Station so you might want to discuss this with the baristas unless this is how you intend to rip some people off.

They are always so nice! I love getting a lotus from them they always have unique combinations to try out. Also in the fall I recommend trying the pumpkin bliss👌🏽 So yummy. I’ve been to all of their locations and I’m finally glad I live close enough to this one!!

Best coffee stand in town for those that arent coffee drinkers! Their tiki drinks are always delicious and come in so many different flavors. Never tire of them. They regularly have a fun seasonal menu that helps when you want a change up.Edit: while they are still the best in flavor I had to change my review due to the lack of safety practices during COVID restrictions. Last time I was there they had 3 employees in the small stand all not wearing masks, no extra cleaning occurred as I could see the spilt powder on the counter from a previous persons drink, and each visit Ive had it seems the batista will decide whether or not they will take your card or have you insert the card your self. This lack of safety practices for the employees and customers makes me not want to return. Please note I have gone multiple times during this in hopes it was just that batista at the time but I would consider this a regular occurrence at this time and until this stand takes things seriously I will have to go some where else for lower quality drinks

The coffee is fine, the service is fine but the price is horrible. I regularly get 3 24oz drinks and a 12oz drink at other stands for $12-$16 depending on if I get cold brew or not. Here it was almost $20 before tip. Thats as bad as Starbucks prices. Kinda ridiculous.

Slowest service around 15 min with one car in front.. not a highly recommended place if youre in a rush.. and parking lot sucks

The first rays of light after a long night with old friends can seem cruel and overbearing. Thankfully, the smile greeting me this morning at BB was neither. It is her fault that I have a new addiction (the sundown tiki she suggested) but I suppose I can forgive her for that. I guess all Im trying to say is, thanks for all the rough mornings you help navigate.

If youre looking for an ice blended coffee consistently done right, go somewhere else. This place was my go-to, loved that they USED to ask you to try your drink to make sure its what you wanted, but it seems like that all has changed. Super bummed that any time I decide to give another chance, my drink tastes watered down and flavorless. The inconsistency in flavoring is especially frustrating as I give insulin for everything I ingest and it is impossible to properly correct here since its different every single time.

This is my all-time favorite coffee place the girls are so amazing and the manager Rachel is one of my favorite people in the entire world. They always know when youre having a bad day and they always try and make up to help you have a better day. Lets hope lens is one of the best coffee shops around Spokane not only do they have amazing coffee but they know how to make your drink.

I was surprised by the wait but it was the morning rush so I can understand. My rating is based on my account being charged for a tip I did not approve. I paid a cash tip in quarters based on the sign on the window requesting quarters. My surprise came when the emailed receipt showed that when I marked a custom tip of zero they took the liberty of changing that to a Dollar. A dollar isn’t going to break my bank but I expect I won’t be back when I’m getting swindled for extra money when I was trying to do them a favor by using my change. I don’t stop by often but I will not be back.

We love going to blissful blends. The girls are so sweet and they remember not only what my drink is but also all 4 of my kids.

Do not like there coffee. Or there customer service.

Blissful blends is my main coffee shop I go to the staff are always nice they will have a conversation with you while they make your drink and a big plus theyll remember you and your drink after a little bit of time going their so you dont have to keep saying what you want... Their drinks are far superior to all the other coffee shops in my opinion, but I dont like sneaky prices so I often stick to Starbucks just so I actually know what Im paying :( if it wasnt for that Id say they were equal to what Debs used to be...

Girls are super friendly and they have Spark. What more could you want?! I dont drink coffee, so I am so happy they offer great other caffeinated drinks... unlike Dutch Bros, everything here tastes amazing. You arent paying a corporation, youre paying for someones middle school sports program, or for someone to go to college. Do the right thing and support this business! Got a 20oz redbull, paid $6 including tip for half a cup of ice. Paid before I got my drink or I definitely wouldnt have tipped. Attitude was mediocre, not rude but not very pleasant either. Wont be going back.Never had a problem at my normal location by SCC though.

This was my first time there although my daughter goes there with her friend often. I did not know what was on the drink menu and wanted a few seconds to check it out but the barista was very impatient and unfriendly and acted like we were an inconvenience so I just ended up buying my daughters drink and getting nothing for myself. Wont be going here again since its quite obvious that customer service is not a priority. Ive never been to a coffee stand with a more rude employee in my life.

Waited 20 min to find out they dont have coffee, at the coffee stand. They have Americano which is espresso and water. They should post a sign or something saying they dont sell coffee. Very decieving on account of it being a coffee stand and all.

I let the barista know I was pregnant and didnt want anything with caffeine in it. So I asked how bad decaf was because I have heard nothing but negative things. She told me it was not good at all and pushed me to get one shot of coffee in my drink because it isnt that much. The hospitality kind of sucked, so I asked for something simple like a hot chocolate. It was terrible and her customer service was bad. I usually go to blissful blends as my go to coffee shop, but not anymore.

Very disappointing we stopped for a drink and ordered a sugar free red bull from their menu. The barista advised they don’t have Red Bull just Lotus. Sorry I know everyone is crazy for Lotus right now but I don’t like it.
